Hotel godny polecenia osobom preferującym spokój i komfort. Duży, zadbany teren, basen dużą ilością leżaków, barem i dobra obsługą. Hotel posiada w ofercie SPA i siłownię 24/7 (w cenie pobytu). 2 restauracje - czyste, dużo miejsca z możliwością jedzenia na zewnątrz. Dobra kochania w tym, dania regionalne. Obsługa pomocna, kompetentna i uprzejma. Problemem jest jedynie słaba znajomość angielskiego kelnerów - w razie problemów trzeba uciekać się do tłumacza z telefonu lub prosić managera restauracji. Nie jest to ogromny problem, ale w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu nie powinien mieć miejsca. Do poprawy organizacja sprzątania pokojów - dobrze byłoby wyposażyć pokoje w zawieszkę "proszę sprzątnąć" lub ustalić możliwość zdefiniowania slotów czasowych (prosta aplikacja do zamawiania sprzątania o określonej godzinie). Obecnie ekipa sprzątając nie znająca angielskiego pojawia się w nieuzgodnionym terminie powodując konfuzję i zakłócając wypoczynek.
