Program wycieczki bardzo bogaty. Liczyłam, że pierwszy i ostatni nocleg będzie w miejscowości nad oceanem, a nie w wiosce. Miasto Porto, mnie trochę rozczarowało, inaczej go sobie wyobrażałam, (...)
Program wycieczki bardzo bogaty. Liczyłam, że pierwszy i ostatni nocleg będzie w miejscowości nad oceanem, a nie w wiosce. Miasto Porto, mnie trochę rozczarowało, inaczej go sobie wyobrażałam, jednak dzięki Pani przewodnik Dorocie, która w interesujący, zaskakujący wręcz sposób przekazała nam dużo wiedzy dotyczącej historii tego miasta, na pewno zostanie ono na długo w naszej pamięci. Jest to odpowiednia osoba, na odpowiednim miejscu. Szkoda, że nie wszyscy przewodnicy są tak kompetentni. Uważam za stratę czasu tłumaczenie przewodników portugalskich na język polski w Coimbrze i Batalha, przez co zwiedzanie było monotonne i zbyt długie, a na zwiedzanie Fatimy została nam tylko godzina. Według programu nocleg miał odbywać się w Fatimie, jednak my spaliśmy w miejscowości oddalonej od Fatimy o ponad 30 minut drogi, czym większość grupy była rozczarowana. Mam nadzieję, że na przyszłość zostanie wcześniej wystosowana odpowiednia informacja z biura. Jeżeli chodzi o hotele to czyste z dobrym jedzeniem, w standardzie dobrym jak na wycieczkę objazdową. Wycieczka ma bardzo bogaty program. Zwiedzanie trwa praktycznie codziennie od 8 do 19, przy stosunkowo krótkich przejazdach autokarem. Jeżeli ktoś nastawia się, że będzie miał okazję bliżej poznać naturę Portugalii, to się rozczaruje. Na Cabo da Roca, mieliśmy tylko 30 minut, jest to przepiękne miejsce i uważam, że czas poświęcony na nie powinien być dłuższy. Wycieczkę polecam osobą, interesującym się sztuką sakralną, bowiem ilość zwiedzanych klasztorów i kościołów jest bardzo duża !!!!!! ( lecz każdy z nich jest na swój sposób wyjątkowy). Wycieczkę uważam za udaną, można było poznać prawdziwe oblicze Portugalii. Nasza Pani Pilotka, Pani Aleksandra jest osobą bardzo miłą i uśmiechniętą, która zawsze służyła pomocą i dbała o nasz komfort, odpowiadała na każde zadanie pytanie miło i życzliwie.

Wycieczkę planowałam od bardzo dawna i spełniła moje oczekiwania w 100% Portugalia jest krajem różnorodnym widokowo, od ciepłego pełnego gajów pomarańczowych południa po pełną zieleni rześką północ. Są cudowne piaszczyste plaże, zapierające dech w piersiach klify i piękne sakralne zabytki. Klimat atlantycki jest idealny w miesiącach wakacyjnych dlatego polecam każdemu wypoczynek oraz zwiedzanie. Program jest średnio intensywny, wiele km pokonuje się w autokarze, w miastach szybkie tempo i pokonywane są trasy ze schodami co wymaga sprawności i wygodnego obuwia. Hotele były o bardzo dobrym standardzie, z pysznym jedzeniem. W Lizbonie standard hotelu nadrabiała lokalizacja - 20 min do głównego deptaku, blisko markety i tramwaj. Przewodnicy w poszczególnych miastach z ogromną wiedzą. Pilotka Monika dopowiedziała wszystko co było potrzebne i świetnie ogarniała liczną grupę szczególnie w sytuacjach awaryjnych. Autokar nowoczesny, komfortowy. Na wyrazy uznania zasługuje kierowca, od 18 lat nie spotkałam się z tak rewelacyjną jazdą. Polecam przedłużyć pobyt o wypoczynek w Portugalii by zobaczyć jej magiczne południe. Jeżeli ktoś zastanawia się czy warto? Warto! Portugalia skradła serce i z chęcią do niej wrócę.

Hotele o różnym standardzie od bardzo dobrego w Fatimie do kiepskiego w Lizbonie. Wyzywienie dobre poza hotelem "Pod wezwaniem Jana Pawła II", w którym wystapiło po obiadokolacj izatrucie pokarmowe 3/4 uczestników wycieczki.

Ta wycieczka zasłużenie dostała "Żagiel Itaki". To impreza objazdowa, więc rządzi się swoimi regułami. Program jest bardzo intensywny; zdecydowanie wymaga kondycji fizycznej, ale jest bardzo dobrze przemyślany: jeśli w jakimś miejscu trzeba być na określoną godzinę, by nie ominęło nas interesujące wydarzenie - to jest się o właściwej porze na tym miejscu. Bez wątpienia ta wycieczka ma ogromne walory poznawcze, a krajobrazowo jest zwyczajnie piękna. Trudno też przecenić doskonałą pracę Pani Magdy - pilotki. Niespożyta energia, wiele cierpliwości i gruntowna wiedza, a przy tym zawsze dobry humor. Doskonale współpracowała również z kierowcą autokaru (mistrz kierownicy na ciasnych uliczkach!) oraz z lokalnymi przewodnikami (choć często miało się wrażenie, że mogłaby ich z powodzeniem zastąpić). Nawet w nietypowych sprawach potrafiła pomóc czy zasugerować właściwe rozwiązanie. Docenić trzeba też jej dbałość o interes uczestników: jeśli np. z racji wieku przysługiwały komuś zniżki na bilety wstępu, Pani Magda pilnowała, by takie zniżki uzyskał. Choć był to ostatni taki wyjazd w sezonie, trafiliśmy na prawdziwie letnie upały. Klimatyzowany autokar, dostępna chłodna woda oraz inteligentnie rozplanowane postoje pozwalały to przetrwać nawet osobom gorzej znoszącym wysokie temperatury. Hotele klasy turystycznej, ale czyste, zawsze z klimatyzacją, niekiedy z basenem - czego więcej trzeba na "objazdówce"?

Program wycieczki: ciekawy, napięty, wymagający, dla osób zainteresowanych sztuką sakralną i architekturą, uwzgledniający indywidualne potrzeby uczestników wycieczki (wspaniała nasza Pani Pilot Magdalena w umiejętny sposób dostosowywała tempo wycieczki do jej uczestników). Dodatkowi lokalni przewodnicy w poszczególnych miastach kompetentni niektórzy bardzo charakterystyczni (brawo dla Pani Dorotki w Porto i Pani przewodnik w Santiago de Compostela), wielkie słowa uznania dla naszej Pani Pilot Madzi, która w cudowny sposób, biegle tłumaczyła nam informacje przekazywane przez lokalnych przewodników . Sugerujemy dodanie do programu wycieczki zwiedzanie w Sintrze bajkowego Pałacu Pena - tego nam bardzo zabrakło . 2. Hotele: w dobrym standardzie, czyste (mały minus dla Hotelu w Monte Gardo - odklejające się w łazience linoleum i wyciekający spod niego klej), hotele z bardzo dobrą lokalizacją. 3. Wyżywienie: dobre, świeże, w wystarczającej ilości może dla niektórych nieco monotonne. 4. Podróż: bardzo wygodny, klimatyzowany autokar, bardzo miły Pan Kierowca, czuliśmy się z nim bardzo bezpiecznie. Kilka słów o naszej Pani Pilot Madzi. Cudowna osoba z duży m poczuciem humoru, z wielką wiedzą i kulturą osobistą. Program wycieczki zrealizowała w 100%, uwzględniając przy tym nasze indywidualne potrzeby (45 osób ). Potrafiła nas wszystkich skutecznie dyscyplinować, otwarta, wesoła, serdeczna, przemiła osoba. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy Państwa ofertę wyjazdu i w przyszłości chętnie skorzystamy jeszcze z usług ITAKI, pozdrawiamy Aleksandra i Krzysztof.

Wycieczka bardzo ciekawa, bardzo dużo pięknych zabytków, można nacieszyć oczy. Dzięki Pani Madzi przewodniczce super dużo ciekawych informacji. Autokar wygodny, kierowca Wiktor doświadczony, siedziałam na końcu i ani razu źle się nie poczułam. Hotele dobre , pomimo że czytałam różne opinie przed wycieczką. Najważniejsze , że czyste i jedzenie ok. Może nie luksusowe, ale każdy się naje i kanapkę na drogę zrobi. Nie można narzekać. Polecam wycieczkę, pierwszy raz byłam na objazdówce z tak liczną i tak dobrze zorganizowaną grupę, oczywiście to też duża zasługa doświadczonej Pani Madzi. Dziękuję i polecam.

Wycieczka pod względem programu zwiedzania bardzo fajna . Jednym słowem Portugalia w pigułce. Program wycieczki zaplanowany bardzo skrupulatnie , dokładnie i o konkretnych porach , przez co pewne przejścia/atrakcje/miejsca były trochę zbyt szybko zwiedzone , bo zaraz już następny punkt wycieczki , przez co np. w Porto było 2,5h czasu wolnego , a można było w niektórych miejscach zatrzymać się na 4-5 minut więcej , choćby na punkcie widokowym do zrobienia fajnych zdjęć. Przewodnik posiadał bardzo dużą wiedzę , dużo opowiadał , wiele ciekawostek. Hotele były średnio przygotowane na grupę 45 osobową , poza pierwszym . Śniadania ubogie , czasem po 1 rodzaju szynki , sera i 2-3 rodzaje pieczywa podane w ilości na 10-12 osób a nie na 45. Praktycznie żadnych warzyw na śniadania , kilka owoców jedynie. Obiady w formie szwedzkiego stołu były ok , w formie serwowanej były skromne i niektórym nieprzypadły do gustu bo nie było wyboru co do posiłku. Hotele pod względem pokojów były dobre , czysto , w każdym ręczniki i wygodne łóżka. Pod względem umiejscowienia albo pustkowie że nawet sklepu w okolicy nie ma , albo centrum miasta ( Lizbona) i strach na ulice wyjść wieczorem. Autokar wygodny , duży a kierowca bardzo dobrze prowadził , nie szarpał. Wycieczkę oceniam ogólnie na 3,5/5 bo pewne rzeczy można by nieco lepiej zrobić a za te pieniądze oczekiwałbym nieco lepszego jedzenia , bo poza pierwszym hotelem to w innych było pojechane po cenie .

Jedyny mankament to hotele, na które nawet Pan Marcin nie mógł znaleźć rozwiązania. Szczególnie hotel w Lizbonie. Brakuje Polakom podczas śniadań warzyw i surówek. Dania serwowane też nie powalają. To tylko drobnych uwag do naprawdę udanej wycieczki.

Wycieczka podobała mi się bardzo i spełniła moje oczekiwania. Program , harmonogram, noclegi w hotelach , wyżywienie, bezstresowe przejazdy z możliwością wypicia szybkiej kawy i w czasie wolnym spróbowania lokalnej kuchni było bez zarzutu. Nad wszystkim czuwał, niczym dyrygent ,nasz pilot, pan Marcin. Osoba o niebywałej wiedzy z umiejętnością przekazania jej nam, turystom, kompetentna, pomocna, o wysokiej kulturze osobistej. Panie Marcinie serdecznie dziękujemy, a wycieczkę oczywiście jak najbardziej polecamy.
