Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, która jest jego zdecydowanie największym atutem. Spokojna okolica, po której przemieszczają się głównie mieszkańcy, spacerują rodziny z dziećmi, a jednocześnie jest blisko do metra i autobusu. Na piechotę nieco dłuższy spacer od centrum. Zameldowanie i powitanie bardzo minimalistyczne, oszczędne w słowa, sprowadziło się do wręczenia karty do pokoju z informacjami o godzinach checkoutu czy śniadania. Co do śniadań - codziennie takie samo: chleb, wędlina, jajecznica, owoce, mleko z płatkami, croissanty. Czystość pokoju w porządku.
