położenie hotelu najbardziej mi się podobało przy głównej ulicy, do morza zejście pod ulicą tunelem, darmowe leżaki i parasole, przy hotelu basen również z leżakami i parasolami. trzy bary - przy plaży, przy basenie i wieczorem czynny w holu, gdzie były animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych. zastrzeżenia mamy co do czystości pokoi, klimatyzacji, która chodziła bardzo głośno i nie była odgrzybiana wieki. wyżywienie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, jedynie śniadania za bardzo monotonne. problem codziennie był ze sztućcami, nie można było się doprosić o czyste. obsługa raczej miła, uśmiechnięta.

Hotel A11 składa się z 2 części: jedna duża główna tętniąca życiem - bary, muzyka, lobby z internetem oraz jadalnia i druga spokojniejsza z mniejszym basenem ze zjeżdżalnia, które działają w wyznaczonych godzinach. Ogólnie obsługa dość miła, ale nie jest łatwo się porozumieć. Czystość w jadalni czy pokojach na średnim poziomie. Wyżywienie dość smaczne, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Fajnie, że dość różnorodne i spory wybór. Pokój w miarę ok, było wszystko co potrzebne. Fajne połączenie hotelu z plażą poprzez tunel. Na plaży dostępne hotelowe leżaki i parasole. Plaża piaszczysto-zwirowa, więc konieczne obuwie do wody. Widoki piękne, super okolica!
