Hotel- naszym zdaniem zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki a nie 5. Czysty, zadbany. Panie sprzątające bardzo miłe i codziennie starały zapewnić nam komfort. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie- dobre, ale monotonne. Często dawali nam to samo na obiad i kolację, tylko w zmienionych formach np brokuły z wody, a następnie brokuły pod warstwą sera. Denerwujące było to, że hotel pozwala kotom na przebywanie wszędzie- podczas jedzenia było ich z 15, krążyły pod nogami. Co było dla mnie bardzo słabe to to, że restauracja ala carte była tylko czynna do 20.10 i koniec. Nasz wyjazd trwał od 16.10 późnego wieczora do 23.10 samego ranka. Na recepcji 17.10 powiedziano mi, że nie ma miejsc by zjeść kolację, mimo, że powinno to być dostępne dla każdego. Tak samo z jacuzzi. Wybraliśmy ten hotel, bo w cenie miał w środku basen, saune i jacuzzi. W basenie w środku była zimna woda, sauna ok ale jacuzzi zamknięte, bo zbliżał się koniec sezonu. Bardzo słabe podejście ze strony hotelu. Wszędzie dużo gości z Rosji. Przez to, wieczorki były skierowane do nich i w ich języku- nawet nie po angielsku. Obsługa nastawiona na nich bo dawali napiwki. Wyjazd ok, ale na pewno nie pojechałabym tam jeszcze raz. Wifi w pokoju płatne 14 euro na osobę na 7 dni. Darmowe tylko na dole przy recepcji. Pokoje od strony ulicy i morza- głośno, nie można w nocy ani wieczorem otworzyć balkonu bo wieczny hałas. Szkoda.

Część klubowa niestety ale pozostawia sporo do życzenia ponieważ po przybyciu do pokoju zastaliśmy mrówki ( całą kolonię) spacerujące od łazienki poprzez pokój do balkonu. Co prawda po zgłoszeniu problemu obsługa zareagowała bardzo szybko i przysłała pokojówkę , która polała je odpowiednim środkiem ale trzeba było na własną rękę zablokować ich wejście przy balkonie ponieważ wydrążyły dziury w ścianie. Sól z kuchni załatwiła sprawę. Kolejnym problemem był cieknący sufit w łazience ( to również zostało załatwione dość szybko po zgłoszeniu). Na suficie w łazience były miejscami ślady pleśni i niestety wieczorami z kratki kanalizacyjnej wychodziły pojedyncze sztuki prusaków ( karaluchy). Pokój znajdował się na parterze, nie wiemy jak sytuacja wyglądała na piętrach. Byliśmy dla porównania w pokoju w głównej hotelu ( po sąsiedzku) i tam sytuacja wyglądała o wiele lepiej jeśli chodzi o czystość i insekty.

Hotel średni,wyżywienie -dobre, kuchnia turecka,obsługa w recepcji,hotelu-powolna,przyjazna,uśmiechnięta,ale w sumie mało zaangażowana w swoją pracę .Atmosfera w hotelu lużna,przyjemna, wakacyjne,muzyka przy basenie raczej relaksacyjna i dobrze. teren hotelu-spory, z wydzieloną częścią gastronomiczną,basenową,zieloną.Najgorzej wypada plaża-mała,niezadbana,z barem typu budka z piwem na wsi.Dobrze ,że w pobliżu była inna, publiczna plaża,zatoczki, gdzie było dużo przyjemniej poleżeć i popływać.Ale latem w pełnym słońcu -konieczny jest jeszcze parasol i woda do picia. Dojście do plaży i teren wokół -zaśmiecony.Ogólnie -pobyt w X udany(pogoda, czysta woda, w morzu,relax,cena),ale następnym razem postaram się o lepszą miejscówkę.

Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Większość personelu mówiła bardzo płynnie po angielsku oraz w stopniu komunikatywnym po polsku. Jedzenie smaczne i świeże. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Tereny zewnętrzne utrzymane w czystości, bardzo dobre udogodnienia dla dzieci, zjeżdżalnie, 3 baseny plus ogródek z barem - rewelacyjne urozmaicenie hotelowe. Codziennie różne pokazy i występy, mini disco, karaoke. Bardzo blisko do plaży, można przejść spacerkiem lub przejechać się melexem. Gorąco polecam!

Napoje alkoholowe w barach, są tylko na bazie soków i syropów, co więcej nie ma nawet menu, w związku z czym barman za każdym razem mówi z głowy 4 podstawowe drinki. W hotelu było płatne Wi-fi (oprócz w lobby) co wcześniej nie było opisane w ofercie hotelu.

Hotel zasługuje najwyżej na 3* a nie na 5* zwłaszcza za okropną plażę i brudne stare i niewygodne leżaki. Mimo dopłaty do lepszego pokoju to i tak dostaliśmy niewyremontowany pokój na poddaszu i takie pokoje dostała większość Polaków, pokoje po remoncie na innych piętrach były dawane Rosjanom. Miała być zagwarantowana 1 raz na pobyt możliwość skorzystania z restauracji ala carte ale oczywiście otrzymaliśmy informację, że nie ma miejsca a chcieliśmy zapisać na drugi dzień po przyjeździe (pierwszy wolny termin zaproponowali już po naszym wyjeździe, a widzieliśmy codziennie dużo wolnych stolików). Alkohol dramatyczny, najgorszy że wszystkich naszych pobytów w Turcji. Brak opisanych jakichkolwiek dań głównych.

Właśnie wróciłam z wakacji, pokój stary, nie remontowany od wielu lat. W pokoju mrówki, karaluchy i 3 dzikie kotki, które wracały jak bumerang. Jak by było mało tych lokatorów, to obok balkonu (...)
Właśnie wróciłam z wakacji, pokój stary, nie remontowany od wielu lat. W pokoju mrówki, karaluchy i 3 dzikie kotki, które wracały jak bumerang. Jak by było mało tych lokatorów, to obok balkonu leżał martwy szczur, przez dwa dni nie mogłam się doprosić o jego usunięcie, fetor był taki, że nie można było korzystać z balkonu. Dopiero przypadkowo spotkany ogrodnik pozbawił nas problemu (trzeciego dnia). Ogólnie pokój nie zasługuje nawet na trzy gwiazdki, najgorszy w jakim byłam dotychczas. Kabina prysznicowa przeciekała, a więc w łazience zawsze było mokro. Ogólnie serdecznie odradzam.

Urlop uważam za udany. Pogoda super, idealna bez wyczerpujących upałów. Hotel OK., jedzonko na zasadzie "każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie" oceniam też OK., obsługa bardzo miła , na poziomie, plaża hotelowa raczej bez ohów i ahów, ale obok inne plaże - więc polecam spacery, piękne morze. Blisko do Alanyi, piękne miasto. Przejazd za 1 euro. Podsumowując jestem bardzo zadowolony i polecam to miejsce.

Hotel dla niewymagających. Codziennie: Sprzątany pokój, wymieniane reczniki, wymieniana pościel, papier toaletowy, woda Bary: Przy basenie, na plazy, bar w ogrodzie (dostępne w all inclusive) Śniadania, obiady i kolacje: Generalnie każdy znalazłby coś dla siebie. Duży wybór ciast, owoców, sałatek. Normalne i dobre pieczywo. Animacje głównie w języku rosyjskim, 80 procent osób w hotelu to Rosjanie. Czasami można było usłyszeć polskie piosenki, jednakże rosyjskie piosenki górowały codziennie. Mini klub dla dzieci to miejsce, gdzie dzieci mogą rysować i oglądać bajki w języku tureckim i rosyjskim. Leżaki były dostępne, ludzie nie musieli się o nie bić. W cenie all inclusive były dostępne również ręczniki. Bardzo brzydkie zejście na plaże a właściwie to jej brak (plaża znajduje się 200 m od hotelu). Jest mała, nie nadaje się dla dzieci, po wejściu do morza jest spad. Obok hotelu dużo straganów, autobusy jeżdżące co 15 min do Alanya, na przeciwko biuro podróży, gdzie można było pojechać na wycieczkę dużo taniej niż oferuje Itaka. Sklepy otwarte bardzo długo, nawet do 1-2 w nocy. Zbyt długi transfer z lotniska do hotelu, jedzie się około 2h i jeszcze pan zatrzymuje się na targach, by ludzie tam kupowali (pół godziny przerwy). Pomimo, ze wykupuje się internet to nie działa.
