Hotel spełnia oczekiwania klientów, choć to raczej 4* a nie 5*. Położony jest w cudownym miejscu. Blisko promenady ze sklepami, kawiarniami, pamiątkami. Co do pokoi - bardzo mała łazienka, brak jednorazowych kosmetyków ( szampon, odżywka). Czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Jeżeli chodzi o posiłki - ok, zawsze można coś znaleźć. Natomiast alkohole ograniczony wybór -tu należy popracować nad większym wyborem alkoholi ( brak likierów) Baseny ok, morze w zasięgu ręki. Cudowne widoki.

Czytając te wszystkie niezadawalające komentarze wydawałoby się że , ludzie je piszący byli w innym miejscu niż TMT LABRANDA Hotel jak najbardziej na plus , bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy samym morzu , basen też bardzo fajny . Kuchnia jak to w Turcji , smaczna i wybór posiłków zawsze był różny , codziennie dania z grilla - kto co che . Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna i uśmiechnięta . Zawsze było dzień dobry lub hello - niestety nie mogę tego samego powiedziec o rodakach którzy udawali że , nie potrafia byc uśmiechnięci i spontaniczni - ale nie wszycy oczywiście . Spotkaliśmy fantastycznych ludzi z Polski - wesołych (nie koniecznie po alkoholu :) , dobrych i uczynnych i tj największy plus tego wyjazdu . Oczywiście Hotel przygotowywał sie do sezonu - twału delikatne prace malarskie ale w niczym nam to nie przeszkadzało . Wyjazd uznaję za bardzo udany - pogoda dopisała i humory oczywiście też . Żal było wyjeżdzać :)

Bardzo fajne miejsce,ale mam ogromne zastrzeżenia jeżeli chodzi o wyżywienie,w Turcji byłam już kilkakrotnie ale pierwszy. raz spotkałam się z tak kiepskim jedzeniem, nawet w 3 gwiazdkowym hotelu było o niebo lepsze.Wiekszosc była przygotowana wcześniej a potem odgrzewane i niezjadliwe,zwyczajne racuszki, które zawsze robi się na bieżącą smażone były wieczorem przed kolacją a podane dopiero drugiego dnia na śniadanie,obeschniete,twarde i niezjadliwe.

Plusem bylo pozostale otoczenie hotelu. A lanch box ktory nam przekazano na wycieczke fakultatywna to byl po prostu zart: jedna bulka z wedlina, zadnych owocow. Jedzenie bylo znosne ale np. zielenina bywala podwiedla.

Jedzenie w restauracjach było przeciętne, często się powtarzało i brakowało przypraw, za to w Tawernie gdzie mozna bylo zjesc przekąski było naprawdę smaczne. Pokój ładny, ale po dokładniejszym przyjrzeniu sie, wymagał remontu i lepszego sprzątania. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Hotel oferuje wiele atrakcji, a pomost z dostępem do morza zamiast plaży jest super. Widoki piękne, lokalizacja blisko centrum to duży plus.

Infrastruktura hotelu ładna. Pokoje zlokalizowane w niskich budynkach wśród dużej ilości zieleni. Ładny basen i pomost nad brzegiem morza. Pokój czysty, sprzątany, regularnie wymieniane ręczniki i pościel. I tyle zalet bo oferta gastronomiczna beznadziejna. Mały wybór potraw a to co było to zimne lub przypalone. Jedynie dobre były wszelakie sery. Na stołówce bo trudno to nazwać restauracją wałęsały się psy i koty znaczące swoje terytoria. Do śniadania brakowało filiżanek do kawy i trzeba było pić z papierowych kubków. Braki dotyczyły też sztućców do deserów. Humor poprawiał jedynie kelner Izzet który starał się jak mógł by dogodzić gościom. Ogólnie nie wybrałbym powtórnie tego hotelu i nie polecił innym.

Codziennie sprzątane..uzupełniana lodówka z napojami . Animacje ciekawe lecz monotonne. Jedzenie najniżej oceniamy ze względu na brak urozmaicenia . Większość dan smakowała tak samo. Trzeba było bazować na chlebie , czerwonej martadeli i oliwkach .
