Hotel bardzo ładny. Wszędzie czysto, pracownicy sprzątają na bieżąco. Łatwo odnaleźć się w hotelu; wszystko dobrze oznaczone. Odpowiedni dla osób starszych oraz rodzin z dziećmi. Pracownicy uprzejmi i pomocni, można było dogadać się po angielsku. Jedzenie smaczne, duży wybór ciast oraz słodyczy. Okolica spokojna, do centrum Özdere kursują busiki z przystanku autobusowego. Jedynym minusem były animacje prowadzone w języku francuskim. Idealny na odpoczynek w hotelu, nie wybrałabym go z nastawieniem na bogate życie nocne i rozrywki poza hotelem na własną rękę. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny.

W hotelu byliśmy od 16 mają była cisza i spokój mimo ilości ludzi. Leżaków ma basenie nie brakowało basen tak samo czyszczony codziennie wieczorem. Naprawdę brak zastrzeżeń. Jedyny minus za animacje prowadzone po łebkach i tylko w jezyku francuakim oraz minotonne jedzenie prawie codziennie byloto samo chodz zdarzały aie nowości, nikt nie chodził głodny jedzenia full. Hotel nieduży co sprawia że wszystko jest blisko i ma to swój urok, baseny ok, ogólnie czysto i przyjemnie, w hotelu większość ludzi to osoby starsze i takie tez osoby będą z niego najbardziej zadowolone, jedzenie ok ale pod kątem dzieci czy osób które są bardziej wybredne mały wybór więc przez tydzień będą miały jedną dwie rzeczy na zmianę do wyboru. Minusem największym jest plaża i wejście do wody kamieniste więc niechętnie się z niej korzysta... nawet spacery po niej mało przyjemne i tragiczna kawa więc. Polecam zabrac ze sobą Komunikacja z personelem prawie żadna bo nie potrafią i nie rozumieją po angielsku ale zawsze się uśmiechną Głowni goście Francuzi i animacje dla nich , wieczorem w większości jakieś wystepy więc wtedy ok. Blisko do Ozdere i tam polecam się wybrać na plażę bo tam już jest piaszczysta, piekna i czysta Ogolnie polecam dla ceniących spokój i lubiących baseny albo tylko leżakowanie na plaży, wszędzie blisko więc i dużo chodzić nie trzeba więc dla osób starszych oraz takich które nie porozumiewają się w żadnym innym języku i trochę się boją podróżowania bo w tym hotelu i tak nic nie pomoże oprócz może tłumacza Google

Hotel bardzo przyjazny dla turystów, choć usytuowanie hotelu bardzo na uboczu - brak infrastruktury turystycznej (ścieżek spacerowo / rowerowych). Brzeg Morza czyste w obrębie hotela, reszta bardzo zaniedbana. Jeśli chodzi o wyżywienie jest bardzo dobre choć po kilku dniach można odczuć, że jest bardzo monotonne. Kawa w ekspresach "parszywa" rozpuszczalna - w lobby płatna 2 euro. Jeśli chodzi o rozrywkę to animatorzy byli Turcy francuskojęzyczni więc praktycznie tylko byli zainteresowani grupą turystów z Francji. Byliśmy pierwszą tegoroczną grupą turystów w hotelu - woda w basenach świeża czysta lecz zimna (basen zalany w nocy naszego przyjazdu), widać i słychać było hałasy remontów w rożnych częściach hotelu. Obsługa hotelu - sprzątaczki bardzo rzetelnie sprzątały pokoje, obsługa barów w niektórych przypadkach bardzo niedoświadczona w przygotowywaniu drinków, kelnerzy bardzo pomocni i doświadczeni.

Potwierdzam wszystkie pozytywne komentarze o hotelu, minusów nie znajduję. Bardzo fajny hotel w dobrym położeniu, blisko do miasta, na lokalny targ, przepiękna promenadę, dolmuszem można dojechać bez problemu. Sam hotel bardzo czysty, przyjemny i z przepysznym jedzeniem. Obsługa na piątkę z plusem , wszyscy uprzejmi i uczynni, nie czułam faworyzowania nikogo. Wieczorne animacje troszkę późno ale codziennie coś się działo, można było posłuchać muzyki, potańczyć.. jestem bardzo zadowolona z wyjazdu, a wszystkim "wiecznie niezadowolonym"proponuje siedzieć w domu. :)

Super miła i pomocna obsługa, starają się żeby nic gościom nie zabrakło. Wyżywienie smaczne, posiłków sporo ale dość powtarzalne - codziennie jakieś kofty, jeden rodzaj ryby, drób, dużo warzyw, bufet zimny, dużo ciast ale typowo tureckich, pyszne owoce. Najsłabsze śniadania bo codziennie to samo, ale jest co wybrać. Animacje w ciągu dnia - jakaś joga, aqua aerobik, siatkówka, mini disco i jakieś animacje dla dzieci, wieczorami można by było dopracować program ale coś się działo (muzyka, tańce, bingo). Hotel po środku niczego ale można łatwo dojechać do miasteczka. Plaża wąska ale sprzątana, kamienie małe, dużo zależy od przypływu. Leżaków starczy dla każdego. Bardzo dużo polaków w hotelu - czy to plus czy minus każdy niech oceni sam Bar czynny do 23, kilka drinków, i standard. Ogólnie za tą cene - bardzo dobre wakacje na spokojny odpoczynek.

Wycieczki organizowane przez biuro wspaniałe, jest możliwość zobaczenia i doświadczenia wielu wspaniałych i nieoczekiwanych przygód. Miejsce naprawdę godne polecenia!
