Hotel Karya Family Resort jeśli chodzi o usytuowanie jest bardzo dobrą lokalizacją przy plaży z kilkoma basenami gdzie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jedzienie dobre dużo tradycyjnych potraw kuchni tureckiej każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Duży wybór. Czystość ogólna hotelu nie zasługuje na ***** dla mnie maxymalnie to *** Pokoje ogolnie czyste na życzenie zawsze sprzątane (tutaj max **) mankamentem są łazienki które nie są zbyt elegancko wykończone z zaciekami. Niektóre pokoje z łazienkami bez zarzutu.

Hotel Karya Family Resort wybraliśmy głównie ze względu na wspaniałą lokalizacje basenu który zdaje się wpadać do morza, urlop traktowaliśmy wypoczynkowo więc sąsiedztwo plaży również nie było nam obojętne. Te aspekty spełniły nasze oczekiwania w stu procentach i chętnie wrócilibyśmy tam raz jeszcze, także ze względu na bardzo dobre jedzenie które również odpowiadało naszym oczekiwaniom. Kuchnia Turecka wydaje się być głowie oparta na daniach mięsnych, nic podobnego - w Karya Family Resort każdy wegetarianin będzie czuł się wyśmienicie nasycony - tak jak my. Hotel nie jest nowy zatem można mieć jedynie zastrzeżenia do stanu technicznego niektórych z urządzeń np. w łazienkach.

Hotel ładny z zewnątrz i przestronny kilka basenów. Smaczne jedzenie. Obsługa w barach miła. I to by było na tyle zalet hotelu. Pokoje brudne i kiepsko sprzątane już nie wspomnę o smrodzie, którego nie można było się pozbyć. Plaża hotelowa również brudna (butelki, pety, kapsle). Obsługa hotelowa podczas niezapowiedzianych wizyt w pokojach przeglądała garderobę turystów. Podczas naszego pobytu kila pokoi zostało okradzionych.

Przyjęcie do hotelu to koszmar. Pełny autokar ludzi niektórzy z dziećmi małymi, niektórzy ludzie starsi z ograniczoną ruchowością wysadzeni w środku nocy na jakiejś skarpie. Z walizkami, torbami (...)
Przyjęcie do hotelu to koszmar. Pełny autokar ludzi niektórzy z dziećmi małymi, niektórzy ludzie starsi z ograniczoną ruchowością wysadzeni w środku nocy na jakiejś skarpie. Z walizkami, torbami i dziećmi na rękach kazali nam schodzić w dół wprawdzie po kostce, ale stromo i dosyć daleko. Podobnie powrót z walizkami tym razem pod górę. Ludzie....! Czy nie można logistycznie tego lepiej przygotować. Jeśli ten autokar nie zjedzie w dół, to powinny być jakieś wózki elektryczne do transportu, dla tych którzy tego potrzebują. Po drugie w lobby czekało na nas jedno stanowisko komputerowe do zarejestrowania trzydziestu paru osób. Trzech zaspanych mężczyzn nie wiedzieli jak się do tego zabrać. Czytali nieudolnie polskie nazwiska, w których nikt nie mógł się połapać. Kazali nam cierpliwie czekać na kanapach, z tymi śpiącymi dziećmi, a tempo przyznania pokoju ..... szkoda gadać. Jeden gość latał z bagażami rozprowadzając po pokojach. Zanim wrócił trzeba było czekać na rejestrację. MASAKRA!!!!! Czystość - łazienka w opłakanym stanie, lustro, stolik pod umywalką nie wiadomo kiedy czyszczone. Brak mydełek i płynów w zbiorniczkach. Poduszki drugiego dnia zostały powleczone, nie wiadomo, czy prześcieradła były wymienione po poprzednich lokatorach. Co się dziwić jak "sprzątaniem" zajmowali się młodzi chłopcy, którzy może nawet nie byli przeszkoleni jakie czynności do nich należą. Na korytarzu przez parę dni leżały rzucone przez kogoś ręczniki basenowe i nikt się nimi nie zajął. "Sprzątanie" polegało tylko na opróżnieniu koszy i wymianie ręczników, Najlepiej gdyby codziennie na łóżku leżał banknot. A teraz te dobre strony: hotel, baseny, przyroda bardzo przyjazne i sprzyjające do wypoczynku. Pokój był duży składający się z dwóch pomieszczeń - salon i sypialnia. Duży piękny balkon z widokiem na góry, basen i morze. Przecudnie... Stołówka ładna z widokiem na morze, jedzenie smaczne, duży wybór potraw dla mięsnych i jaroszy, urozmaicenie wszystkiego, super!!! Drinki jak to na wczasach - wszystkie na jedno kopyto. Mohito nie różniło się od tekili sunrise (śmiech)

Zejście do morza, przez kilka metrów kamienie później piasek, zejście łagodne. Hotel rozległy, dość nowy ale zaniedbany i brudny. Mieliśmy duży pokój, łazienka w stanie bardzo złym tj. brudny silikon, zardzewiały kinkiet, woda leciała z sufitu, lustra, szyby bardzo brudne. Futryny podrapane. Posiłki średnie, głodni nie byliśmy ale po kilku dniach to już człowiek się męczy. Goście hotelu to w większości Turcy. Obsługa słabo mówi po angielsku ale byli ok. Kolejki do baru i do jedzenia to norma. Leżaki przy basenach trzeba zajmować do 8:30 max. Leżaki przy plaży, bardzo dużo wolnych. Baseny są ok, dziwiły mnie wystające kable od oświetlenia co było dość niebezpieczne. Polecam skorzystać z masaży w SPA. Animatorzy to Turcy, mówią po angielsku. Codziennie wieczorem były występy w amfiteatrze, bardzo fajne m.in kabaret, pokaz iluzji (dzieci zadowolone). Hotel max 3 gwiazdki.

Hotel na pewno ,nie spełnia warunków 5*,najwyżej 3,obsługa bardzo miła ,jedzenie urozmajcone,nie słyszałam żeby ktoś chorował,sanitariaty sprawne,ale niestety do wymiany,czyste baseny,plaża również w porządku.Dla mnie najważniesze jest-wygodne łóżko,sprawna klimatyzacja,zdrowe jedzenie,ciepła woda i pogoda.To wszystko mieliśmy.Za całość daję 4*.

Hotel to z pewnością NIE poziom 5 * położony praktycznie nad samym morzem,do plaży i basenów bardzo blisko niestety to jedyne atuty, czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia.Pokoje to chyba do remontu a nie po remoncie!!! Po interwencji rezydentki dostaliśmy pokój w dużo lepszym stanie. Posiłki i obsługa ok,aczkolwiek hotelu z pewnością nie polecam!!!

Hotel świeżo odremontowany, średnio czysty, ręczniki zmienione przez 10 dni tylko raz (drugiego dnia po przyjeździe), obsługa rozmawia po angielsku jedynie w ograniczonym stopniu komunikatywnym, wyżywienie bardzo dobre i świeże, duży wybór, pokój posiadał wszystko co potrzebne, klimatyzacja zepsuta i mimo zgłoszenia nie naprawiona do dnia wyjazdu. Woda pod prysznicem ciepła o różnych porach. Plaża czysta i spokojna. Przy głównym basenie różne gry i aktywności. Hotel powinien mieć max 3 gwiazdki.

Pokój dwuosobowy który otrzymaliśmy był schludny jednak jeśli chodzi o czystość to niestety to nie na hotel reklamowany na 5 gwiazdek. Znajomi którzy z nami podróżowali trzy razy zmieniali pokój. Wyżywienia i bliskość do morza to jedynie atuty tego hotelu. Plaża nieduża i niestety nie sprzątana z należytą dbałością. Hotel zdecydowanie oceniam na maks 3 gwiazdki.

Położenie hotelu dobre, jedzenie dobre, hotel zasługuje maximum na 3 gwiazdki. To co nas spotkało po przylocie to porażka. Dostaliśmy pokój "nora" na parterze, łazienka że strach wejść i obrzydzenie musieliśmy interweniować u Pani Rezydent i wnioskować o zmianę pokoi. Po zmianie pokoju na piętrze sprzątającą osobą był mężczyzna więc 2 dni nie były wymienione ręczniki znowu interweniowaliśmy, a pościel była nie wymieniona przez cały pobyt.
