Pilot, p.[...] powiedział, że on nie jest przewodnikiem, więc grupa przez cały wyjazd nie miała przewodnika/ za co zapłaciliśmy/.Nie wchodził z nami do zwiedzanych obiektów, mieliśmy krótki czas na zwiedzanie, ale czas w zaprzyjaźnionych sklepach pilota był nieograniczony. Jedynie w Stambule używaliśmy systemu Tour Guide, a szkoda, bo przydał by się codziennie, ponieważ wiele osób nie słyszało co mówił pilot, szczególnie w zatłoczonych miejscach/system był przecież wliczony w koszty przez nas poniesione /. Wielokrotnie brałam udział w tego typu wyjazdach i zawsze ten system był używany. Wyjazd uważam za bardzo udany dzięki osobom, które stworzyły fajną atmosferę. Polecam innym zainteresowanym wyjazdem do Turcji.

Wycieczkę oceniamy na 4+, odwiedziliśmy bardzo dużo ciekawych miejsc w tak krótkim czasie. Jeśli chodzi o program wycieczki to najciekawsze było odwiedzenie Pamukkale, Hierapolis , Stambułu i Kappadocji. Wizyty w Bursie, Ankarze i Konyi jak dla nas zbędne. Hotele generalnie dobre, po za specyficznym w Ankarze. Wyżywienie dobre. Komfort podróży średni, autobus ok, ale nie na trasy powyżej 300km. Organizacja wycieczki w porządku, chociaż czasami zbyt dużo czasu wolnego na bazarach, a zdecydowanie za mało w Kappadocji. Podsumowując polecamy wycieczkę, możliwość odwiedzenia wielu miejsc w krótkim czasie, z wycieczek fakultatywnych warto wykupić jeepy w Kappadocji.

Dla mnie wycieczka była bardzo źle zorganizowana. Po pierwsze przyjazd pierwszego a właściwie drugiego dnia wycieczki do hotelu o godzinie 5 rano a następnie wyjazd o 8 rano to była porażka. (...)
Dla mnie wycieczka była bardzo źle zorganizowana. Po pierwsze przyjazd pierwszego a właściwie drugiego dnia wycieczki do hotelu o godzinie 5 rano a następnie wyjazd o 8 rano to była porażka. Człowiek bardzo zmęczony i nie wyspany musiał zwiedzać cały dzień. Następnie jechało się setki kilometrów żeby zobaczyć jeden meczet w Bursie, mauzoleum Ataturka w Ankarze lub muzeum Mevlany w Konyi to żadna atrakcja. Dodam jeszcze że zwiedzanie odbywało się w ekspresowym tempie przez co nie wszystko się zobaczyło w tych obiektach. Jedyną atrakcją wartą zwiedzenia była Kapadocja. No i na koniec jakby tego było mało to powrót do Antalyi (trasa 550 km) tylko nie wiem po co. Żeby nie pilot wycieczki to byśmy przesiedzieli na korytarzu hotelu cały boży dzień i pół nocy. Podsumowując, uważam że przez złą organizację wycieczki straciło się wiele niewykorzystanego czasu. Na koniec dodam że byłam na wycieczce objazdowej z innego biura podróży i było super, ponieważ każdy dzień był wypełniony wspaniałym zwiedzaniem od początku do końca ( np. po przylocie o godz 14 a nie o 3 rano mogliśmy zwiedzać wspaniałą stolicę Madryt a ostatniego dnia wycieczki zwiedzaliśmy miast Porto do godziny 15 a wylot był o godz 18). Wycieczka była mniej więcej w tej samej cenie.

Nasz opiekun przekazał nam ogrom wiedzy w naprawdę przystępny sposób. We wszystkim pomocny i cierpliwy na nasze uwagi. Dokładnie zaplanowany cały wyjazd z przerwami na lunch i zakupy. Serdecznie polecam i napewno wrócę aby znowu zobaczyć Stambuł nocą.

Szkoda tylko, że ITAKA wypuszcza takich pilotów do prowadzenia wycieczki co tym samym obniża jakość wycieczki i opinie o niej. Niestety zdarzyły się dni, że większość dnia spędza się na przejeździe autokarem.

Komfort podróży dobry z przerwami na lunch czy odpoczynek. Podróż odbywała się bardzo wygodnym autobusem z wi-fi. Wycieczka dobrze zorganizowana. Przewodnik dbał o wszystkie szczegóły. Cena odpowiednia do jakości.

Wycieczka bardzo udana, zobaczyłyśmy wiele pięknych miejsc, wspaniałą architekturę i wypiłyśmy dużo czaju Pilot Mariusz był miły, odpowiedzialny i pomocny. Dobry i przyjazny kierowca. Program wycieczki bardzo ciekawy. Poza wymienionymi w ofercie fakultetami, było też kilka dodatkowych - zwiedzenie podziemnego miasta, jazda jeepem w Kapadocji, czy lot balonem nad Pamukkale. Myślę, że warto byłoby je dodać do opisu dodatkowych atrakcji na stronie Itaki, tak żeby móc sobie przygotować wcześniej odpowiednią ilość euro Na szczęście była też możliwość płatności kartą. Hotele w Pamukkale i Kapadocji świetne, w Ankarze nie najlepszy (w naszym przypadku było czysto, tylko w łazience unosił się zapach papierosów. Lokalizacja też wydawała się nieciekawa, ale do przeżycia na jedną noc). Pozostałe noclegi były w porządku. Jedzenie w hotelach było ok, w niektórych większy wybór niż w innych.

Wycieczka bardzo nam się podobała mimo niewielkich niedociągnięć. Hotele średniej klasy. Autokar czysty, sprawny, siedzenia wygodne. Pan kierowca- mistrz za kierownicą. Jako minus w autokarze brak toalety- jest to duże utrudnienie. Posiłki smaczne. Praca pana Mariusza pilota wycieczki nieoceniona - miły, kompetentny, wrażliwy, bardzo odpowiedzialny. Wybrane przez nas wycieczki fakultatywne ciekawe.
