Zieleń na terenie hotelu to coś co skłoniło mnie do wyboru hotelu i naprawdę polecam. Pięknie zielono nie betonowo wokół. Obsługa zawsze miła i pomocna.

Hotel bardzo dobry. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Miła obsługa. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, różnorodne. Wspaniałe baseny, z czystą wodą i super zjeżdżalniami, choć woda w nich mogłaby być trochę cieplejsza. Dla mnie nie był to problem ale byłoby idealnie gdyby woda w basenach dla dzieci była podgrzewana. Czysta, piękna plaża, dużo leżaków, nie było problemów z ich dostępnością. Można było spokojnie znaleźć leżak w dowonym momencie dnia. Duży i zadbamy teren wokół hotelu. Z animacji nie korzystaliśmy, więc nie mogę ich ocenić.

Hotel czysty i przestronny, ogromny teren przyległy do hotelu. Czystości pilnują "niewidzialni sprzątający" którzy pojawiają się z nikąd w razie potrzeby. Pokój standardowy wystarczający dla rodziny 2+2. Sejf dodatkowo płatny. Łóżka wygodne. Na miejscu jest tyle atrakcji, że jest to miejsce tylko do spania. Jedzenie różnorodne, śniadanie i kolacje obfite. Każdy znadzie coś dla siebie. Sporo dań wege. Obsługa w restauracji bardzo sprawnie sprząta stoliki, pomaga znaleźć wolny stolik, podaje napoje. W godzinach obiadowych oprócz restauracji czynne snack bary- gozleme, hamburgery, frytki itp. Brodzik dla dzieci, reszta basenow od 140 cm głębokości. Super zjeżdżalnie dla dużych i małych. Siłownia wystarczająca aby utrzymać formę przez tydzień. Plaża kamienista, ale czysta. Blisko przystanek autobusowy.

Pobyt w Hotelu Serra Palace uważam za rewelacyjny. Pokoje w hotelu czyste codziennie sprzątane . Jedzonko na medal wszystko pyszne duży wybór dla wegetarian i dzieci, dodatkowy plus za kelnerów bo serwowali napoje do posiłków . Bardzo dużo leżaków przy basenach gdzie nie trzeba było ich rezerwować . Strefa dla dzieci brodziki, place zabaw i animacje również na plus . Bardzo duży wybór alkoholi i cudowne kolorowe drinki z palemką. Jedynym minusem w tym hotelu jest żwirkowa plaża i mały wybór owoców .

Hotel super ale chyba nie mój pokój.Wczasy rarezerwowałam we wrześniu i nie spodziewałam się że dostanę najgorszy pokój.Pokój był na paterze z balkonem wychodzącym na nic i było tam tyle miejca że mogły się zmieścić ptaki.Najwięcej zastrzeżeń mam do łazienki.Łazienka była przystosowana dla osób niepełnosprawnych.Ubikacja wysoka ,że trudno było skorzystąć.Przy korzystaniu z prysznica woda wylewała się na całą łazienkę.Ale to nie było najgorsze całe noce i dnie było słychać wodę przelewającą się w rurach.Trudno było spać.Przed wejściem do pokoju zawsze stały wózki sprzątaczek. Teraz trochę pozytywów: sprzątanie było codzienne,wymiana ręczników też.Czystość ok.

W Hotelu Serra Palace od wejścia do recepcji miła obsługa, wszyscy uśmiechnięci i często witający po Polsku. Byliśmy zakwaterowani w pokojach bliżej basenów/ nie bungalowach. Mieliśmy przestronny, zadbany pokój z łazienką z prysznicem w którym zmieściły by się trzy osoby + taras skierowany na przeciwna stronę niz baseny dzięki czemu było bardzo spokojnie i cicho. Baseny dwa główne duże, jeden "cichy basen", brodzik, brodzik z zjeżdżalniami i ogromny brodzik z wodnym placem zabaw. Plac zabaw przy basenach oraz na plaży. Animacje dla dzieci na terenie placu zabaw przy basenach. Glowny pool bar z pysznymi drinkami, mniejszy z piwem i slushy. Plaża bardzo ładna z dwoma barami.. drugi kawałek dalej w spokojnej części o nazwie Chillout Bar. Plaża jest piaszczysto kamienista, zalecam buty do wody. Jedzenie różnorodne i na prawdę bardzo smaczne, przy basenie pizza i burgery, burgery również przy barze na plaży i placki gozelme. Polecam Serdecznie, dzieci nie chciały wracać do domu, na pewno wrócimy w przyszłości. P.S Świetne występy w Amfiteatrze przy Pool Barze i Mini Disco dla dzieci

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Przed wyjazdem obawiałam się o kwestię dwóch dostawę, czy metraż pokoju lub ustawność nie będzie ograniczeniem ale niepotrzebnie, gdyż pokoje są wygodne i przestronne. Woda w basenach czyściutka, obsługa miła, uczynna. Jestem zadowolona i moje dzieci też :)

Średnia i nudna kuchnia, mleko do płatków to woda!!! Panele w pokoju stare, pod lodówką popuchnięte, słaby wystrój pokoju, czyste ręczniki non stop, od rana bardzo głośno na korytarzu, nie można było się wyspać, hałas pań sprzątających i ich wózków, bardzo niesie echo. Urlop a nie mogłam pospać telewizor bez internetu. Na plus w tym okresie dostępność leżaków, ładne i czyste baseny, zjeżdżalnie, nie naciągają na wycieczki, obsługa uprzejma. Mało miejsca wieczorami przy stolikach przy poolbarze. Toalety przy zjeżdżalniach nie sprzątane na czas- śmierdzące.Ogólnie hotel oceniam na 4* i w okolicy nuda, brak pomostu. Dziecko natomiast wybawiło się i na placach zabaw ,zjeżdżalniach i basenie.

Pokój, w którym byliśmy, to standard pokoju 4 gwiazdkowego w Polsce, natomiast obsługa, wyżywienie jak najbardziej 5 gwiazdek. Podział na strefy jest bardzo przydatny, preferowałam strefę ciszy, ale dla każdego coś się znajdzie - szczególnie dla dzieci, rozbudowana strefa basenów i zjeżdżali.

Po zrobieniu zdjęć i pokazaniu w recepcji, personel sprzątający zaczął dopiero po 30 min sprzątać pokój.Wyżywienie bardzo dobre, duży wybór, obsługa kelnerska na wysokim poziomie, pomocni, uśmiechnięci, animacje bardzo fajne ,animatorzy super kontaktowi ludzie,strefa basenowa i plażowa, duża przestrzeń, woda w basenach jeszcze zimna.Pobyt bardzo udany,polecam.
