Pokój idealny. Wszystkie pomieszczenia idealnie rozplanowane i umeblowane tak, że większy standard byłby zbędny. Czyściutko, codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie b. dobre i w dużym wyborze. Obsługa miła, nie nachalna. Basen ok. choć mógłby być większy, wystarczająca ilość leżaków przy basenie. Podobał mi się ogromny baldachim osłaniający kilkadziesiąt leżaków - dużo lepszy pomysł niż parasol przy każdym leżaku. Była też część leżaków osłonięta parasolami. Zawsze mogłam znaleźć miejsce w cieniu lub na słońcu w zależności od potrzeby. Żadnych robaków, obsługa bardzo dbała o zachowanie czystości. Plaża nad morzem w porządku, z odpowiednią ilością leżaków. Najbardziej podobała mi się duża ilość hotelowych kotów które razem z synem karmiliśmy i głaskaliśmy. Oboje z synem chętnie wrócimy tam nawet za rok jeśli będzie okazja.

Na początek zacznę od tego, że nie wiem skąd się biorą niegatywne opinię na temat tego hotelu. Było super. Pokój: przestronny, wygodne łóżko, czyste pościele, klima mroziła że hoho, jedyny dyskomfort który może ktoś mieć to drzwi wejściowe są z mrożonego szkła wiec jest jasno w pokoju i nie jest dźwiękoszczelny. Łazienka: nie za duża ale mieściła w sobie wszystko co powinno być. Fajnie że jest prysznic z przesuwnymi drzwiami a nie wanna co powoduje że woda nie leje się po całym pomieszczeniu. Jedzenie: śniadania: duzy wybór pieczywa, omlety, jajka, pełno serów, sałatki gotowe jak i warzywa żeby samemu sobie zrobić, 6 bemarów z różnym jedzeniem na ciepło. Nikt głodny nie wyjdzie. Obiady: to temat rzeka. Kurczaki w różnej postaci, wieprzowina smażona, ryby, frytki, ziemniaki smażone lub pure. Jakieś rolady mięsne, ryże, kasze, makarony. Wszystko smaczne i doprawione. Desery: pyszne chodz wiadomo, że mocno słodkie, ale teraz wybór ogromny i do tego jeden stolik z owocami. Basen: nie za duży ale tłoku w nim nie było. Wojny o leżaki też nie było. Plaża: nie daleko hotelu. Czysta, wygodne leżaki, jedyny może minusik to brak baru na plaży tylko 2 razy dziennie serwis 30min z napojami, owocami i ciastem. Lokalizacja: najlepsza w całym Side. Myśleliśmy, że ze względu na lokalizację będzie drożej. Nic bardziej mylnego. Sklepiki wokół hotelu mają przystępne ceny, w marketach można kupić wszystko w różnych walutach. 13min spacerkiem do antycznego miasta Side promenadą, która też jest wysypana sklepami ze wszystkm więc idzie się trochę dłużej jak do każdego sklepu sie wejdzie :P. Polecam ten hotel każdemu kto się jeszcze zastanawia nad tym czy go wybrać.

Pokoje czyste, jednak wymagające już odświeżenia, w naszym pokoju na suficie była plama po wycieku z odchodzącym tynkiem. Mieliśmy pokój na 1 piętrze z niezamykającymi się drzwiami balkonowymi, mimo zgłoszenia usterki przez cały pobyt nikt nie naprawił drzwi, co wpłynęło na poczucie naszego bezpieczeństwa gdyż każdy mógł z zewnątrz odsunąć drzwi i dostać się do naszego pokoju. Sejf w pokoju jest płatny, jeżeli goście używają go więcej niż dwa dni i nie opłaca z góry to w ciągu waszej nieobecności przychodzi technik i zmienia ustalony kod sejfu. Wyżywienie w miarę okej, często zdarzał się wczorajszy kurczak na kolację czy obiad po prostu ze zmienionym sosem. Między lunchem a kolacją jest duże odstępstwo czasu, na basenie serwowane są jedynie ciasteczka i owoce od 16-16:30. Jeżeli chodzi o picia czy drinki serwowane przy basenie to są podawane w zniszczonych już plastikowych szklankach, jeżeli chodzi o all inclusive w dostępie są tylko niektóre alkohole, za lepsze drinki niż z colą czy fantą trzeba płacić. Umiejscowienie hotelu dobre, bardzo blisko plaży czy sklepów, plaża hotelowa nieco dalej, w ciągu dnia powinien funkcjonować tam bar ale też w określonych godzinach. Obsługa hotelowa w miarę miła jednak po niektórych było widać znużenie i zniechęcenie do niektórych gości, szczególnie barmani, byli z reguły miły tylko dla gości korzystających z dodatkowo płatnych napoi. Przy basenie zdecydowanie za mało leżaków niż gości hotelowych, co przenosiło się na poranne zajmowanie leżaków. Hotel standardem zatrzymał się w z 10 lat temu, nawet za świeżo wyciskany sok trzeba podczas obiadu zapłacić 2 euro. Zgubienie czy zerwanie opaski all inclusive kosztuje 10 euro, co raczej nie jest adekwatne do jej kosztów. Generalnie hotelu nie polecamy, za te pieniądze można już skorzystać z lepszych standardów i obsługi.

Nasz pobyt w hotelu Sun Club Side był bardzo udany. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić wszystkim ten hotel. Wyżywienie wspaniałe, każdy może najeść się do woli. Obsługa bez zastrzeżeń. Klimatyzatory w pokojach do natychmiastowego przeglądu, czyszczenia i dezynfekcji! Animacje można zupełnie zlikwidować, ale jeżeli już muszą być, to należy je unowocześnić. Najlepiej byłoby zrobić zestaw największych ŚWIATOWYCH przebojów muzyki pop i puszczać je przy basenie, wtedy zabawę taneczną może ewentualnie prowadzić animator. Rozwiązaniem jest również zatrudnienie dodatkowego animatora polskojęzycznego. Słuchając przez 10 dni bara-bara-bara, biri-biri-biri każdemu już w uszach dźwięczy. Plaża świetna, piaszczysta jednak powinna być czynna przynajmniej do godziny 20.00. A teraz porada praktyczna: Osoby, które wyjeżdżają z hotelu w drogę powrotną przed śniadaniem są wprowadzane w błąd przez rezydenta z Itaki, że podobno mają w recepcji zamówić lanchboxy. Nic podobnego nie istnieje! W takiej sytuacji należy porozmawiać dzień wcześniej z kierownikiem restauracji i zgłosić, że wyjazd zaplanowano przed śniadaniem, wtedy zostanie przygotowane indywidualne śniadanie dla osób wyjeżdżających. My poszliśmy na śniadanie o 6.30, wyjazd z hotelu mieliśmy o 6.50. Pyszne śniadanko było gotowe. Pozostała część gości niestety pojechała na lotnisko bez śniadania.

W naszym przypadku mieliśmy problem z klimatyzacją, ale usterka została naprawiona. Położenie hotelu blisko atrakcji Side, oraz bardzo blisko plaży. Animacje codziennie, różnorodne występy. W soboty dzień turecki - tematyczna kolacja. Jedzenie przepyszne. Z całego serca polecam ten hotel.

Na początku dostaliśmy pokój na parterze z widokiem na krzaki i kurnik. Ale najgorsze było koguty które piały od 4 rano i to bardzo było słychać. Po naszej interwencji zmieniono nam pokój po drugiej stronie na piętrze z widokiem na basen. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane z tv , suszarka, szampony klimatyzacja itp. Nic w sumie nie brakowało. Był nawet barek uzupełniany ale lodówka nie działała. Jedzenie bardzo dobre urozmaicone, świeże. Ważne brak kolejek, dużo stołów. Kelnerzy uwijają się z uśmiechem. Do picia co Żądło się zdąża odginana pepsi, sprite i Fanta. Oraz Tuborg. Basen z darmowymi leżakami i parasolami. Na plażę ok 500 m. Są tam darmowe leżaki z parasolami hoteleowe. Codziennie jakieś animacje wieczorne. Hotel położony na ulicy gdzie jest pełno sklepików. Ok 1km. Stare miasto rzymskie i marina.
