Hotel czysty, zadbany choć widać w niektórych miejscach, że trochę nadgryziony zębem czasu, ale to nie ma wpływu na wypoczynek. Obsługa hotelu super, od recepcji przez barmanów, kelnerów, panie sprzątające, ratowników.. Animatorzy petarda, bardzo mili, zapewniali atrakcje zarówno dzieciakom jak i dorosłym. Przy basenach nie ma problemu z leżakami, nie trzeba robić 'rezerwacji' o 6 rano :) Wyżywienie urozmaicone, trzeba się nastawić na trochę inną kuchnię niż ta do której jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni na co dzień. Nie ma szans, żeby chodzić głodnym. Pokoje z widokiem na morze to strzał w 10, mega widok. W naszym nie brakowało niczego, lodówka, tv, sejf. Był moment,że klimatyzacja szwankowała, ale ponoć była awaria w całym hotelu. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Wszystkie problemy zgłaszane na recepcji, były sprawnie rozwiązywane. Plaża przy hotelu wąska, ale z klimatem. Obsługa od razu na wejściu proponuje pomoc z leżakami.

Plaża piękna, piaskowa, czysta, leżaki w cenie. Blisko plaży hotelowej tanie atrakcje typu Parasailing( Ok. 130 PLN za 2 osoby), przejażdżki na koniach czy wielbłądach. Tanie taksówki do Monastiru pod hotelem, lub przystanek kolejki też pod hotelem. Transfer z lotniska 5 minut. Co do jedzenia to napewno każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Wąska plaża, trzy rzędy leżaków. Okolica (poza hotelem) raczej brudna i zaśmiecona. Hotel - średni. Europejske trzy * biją na głowę cztery * hotelu. Plus - otoczenie (w granicy enklawy) zagospodarowane i zadbane. Baseny duże, czyste. Poza restauracją, dwa bary, toalety, leżaki, parasole, stoliki i krzesełka. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Widok - zależy z której strony hotelu, albo na lotnisko, albo na baseny i morze, albo boczne na inne hotele i bałagan. Minus - mało leżaków, obsługa nie pali się, żeby donosić jak brakuje. Klimatyzacja słabo działa, brak reakcji obsługi na zgłaszany problem. W weekend hotel udostępnia lokalsom baseny i plaże. Brakuje miejsc dla gości hotelowych. Dziwny zapach na korytarzach i w pokojach, nieprzyjemny. Brak lodówki. Baseny czynne do godziny 18... Obsługa. Minus - bez napiwków leniwa i niechętna. Robią bo muszą i po najmniejszej linię oporu. Chwilami widać, że chyba w obsłudze są z przypadku. Np. stoły w jadalni/restauracji wszystkie sprzątane tą sama brudną ścierką... Jedzenie. Minus - monotonne, niedoprawione. Dla dzieciaków raczej słabe. Na dojedzenie codziennie ta sama pizza. Plus - napoje, drinki i woda butelkowana bez limitu. Dobre słodkie przekąski, dużo owoców i warzyw. Animacje/atrakcje inne. Plus - codziennie coś innego. Sympatyczni animatorzy - starają się. Gimnastyka basenowa, zumba, piłka ręczna, kule, rzutki, mini disco dla dzieci, różne pokazy np. fakir.

Warto jednak dodać, że standard pokoi zmienia się wraz z piętrem ( wiem, bo po przyjeździe dali nam zły pokój): 1 i 2 piętra to troszkę żenada - niedziałająca klimatyzacja, kran tak skamieniały, że woda z niego nie leci. Natomiast trzecie piętro charakteryzuje się dość nowoczesnym sejfem, oddzielnym pokojem z toaletą (brak kranu) od lazienki z prysznicem.

Klimatyzacja nie działała praktycznie wcale. W basenie pełno piachu, przy basenie głównym ok, ale przy drugim wyłamane plastiki dookoła basenu. Dla mało wymagających będzie ok.

Dużym plusem jest bardzo dobre jedzenie i przemiła obsługa. Napoje typu cola, fanta nalewają z butelek. Wodę butelkowaną mineralną można pobrać w dowolnej ilości z baru. Nie działają windy. Plaża piękna zaraz przy hotelu, niestety zaśmiecona papierosami ale to przez gości hotelowych. Przyjeżdża dużo miejscowych żeby skorzystać z basenów, niestety niektóre Panie kąpią się w ubraniach tradycyjnych, pomimo zakazu. Fajna wycieczka do Cartaginy, wspaniała pani przewodnik chyba Kasia. Dodatkowe atrakcje typu : przejażdżka na wielbłądzie i quadach - bardzo fajne.

Friguia Park — visit to Friguia Park, one of the largest zoos in North Africa. In Roman times, Zaghouan was an important urban center, providing water supplies from local sources to Carthage. A trip to Sidi Jedidi. Time for dinner and a visit to a traditional Turkish bath with hammam ritual. Then a visit to Hergla - a small town on a cliff with a panoramic view of the harbor and the Gulf of Hammamet.
