Hotel czysty z fajnym zapleczem, pięknie położony z czystą, zadbaną plażą. Jedzenie różnorodne, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Niestety obsługa nie jednoznaczna. Pomimo "podkarmiania" dodatkowymi atutami niektórzy bez problemowi a niektórzy bardzo niemili, wymuszający dodatki, wręcz traktujący klientów z dozą lekceważenia. Częsty brak naczyń a podczas posiłków otrzymać napoje graniczyło niejednokrotnie z cudem. Przede wszystkim w barach. Po godz. 19/20 trzeba było szukać baru z alkoholem, bo barmani stwierdzali, że się skończył. Ogólnie szkoda hotelu, bo zarządzanie w usługach niestety totalnie leży. W zasadzie codziennie w godz. 9/16 pokoje pozbawione ręczników. Nie rozumiałem tej polityki. Po kąpieli przed południem w morzu i chęci przygotowania się na popołudniowy wyjazd poza hotel nie było w co się wytrzeć. poszukując obsługę zwróciłem na to uwagę, ale nic się nie zadziało. Bliskość lotniska w niczym nie przeszkadza.

Opisy potraw pojawiały sie sporadycznie, najczęściej jedliśmy w ciemno. Potrawy, choć podgrzewane, bywały niezbyt gorące. Jednak z uwagi na cenę wycieczki, uważam ze nie ma co narzekać. Byłam miłe zaskoczona.

Pobyt w hotelu Royal Thalassa Monastir oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Obsługa bardzo miła i komunikatywna. Pokój czysty i sprzątany codziennie. Codziennie przygotowany i posprzątany zarówno basen jak i plaża dla gości. Jedzenie urozmaicone , można posmakować tunezyjskich smaków. Przepyszne słodkości dodały nam po pare kilo .wieczorem można posłuchać muzyki na żywo. Większość gości to Francuzi , co podnosi standard obsługi. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i wypoczęci.

Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa hotelowa, starali się bardzo, żeby wszyscy goście byli usatysfakcjonowani. Jedzenie pyszne, codziennie mogliśmy spróbować czegoś nowego. Mogliśmy poczęstować się lokalnymi przysmakami lub wybrać bardziej europejskie potrawy. Plaża bardzo czysta, wygodne leżaki. Świetnie spędziliśmy tam czas.
