Co do czystości nie mam zastrzeżeń, pokój, który nam się trafił, to poza zepsutym zamkiem od przesównego okna na balkon, też bez zastrzeżeń-czysty, wyspszątany bez żadnego robactwa, pajęczyn itp, Nie ma komarów . duży minus stara wanna wyglądająca na brudną z brązowymi zaciekami. Pościel czysta nie porwana ale widać, że już przechodzona, stara. Nie ma tej śnieżnej bieli, do jakiej przyzwyczajony jestem w europejskich 4-5cio gwiazdkowych hotelach. Wymiana białych ręczników codziennie, choć za każdym razem widoczne były różnice w odcieniu tej białości. Klimatyzacja działała do 15 października potem wyłączyli. Stołówka na 3,5* proste stoły bez obrusów, kelnerzy widać było, że się trochę nudzą- obsługiwali w miarę szybko bez żadnych dodatkowych opłat. Wyżywieie dobre lecz te z podgrzewaczy trochę za zimne. Jajecznica, ryby dnia, warzywa suszone zdecydowanie zbyt chłodne. Olbrzymi wybór ciasteczek naliczyłem że 30 różnych form. Cherbata, kawa tylko do śniadania. Owoce to melony, daktyle, śliwki, winogron, gruszki, W barku na basenie piwo, cola prosto z butelki nie chszczone. Napoje z automatu nie polecam - niesmaczne. Drinki słabe niezbyt smaczne. Lepszy alkohol kończył się dużo wcześniej. Czasem nie było piwa. Basen doś ć duży czysty z chłodną wodą. Plaża 50 kroków od basenu z białym piaskiem, dużo wolnych darmowych parasoli. Zejście do morza łagodne. Akurat w tym miejscu praktycznie nie ma zgniłych traw w wodzie. Woda ciepła, przejżysta. W sumie na standardy europejskie do 3 - 4*.

Hotel oceniam pozytywnie, choć mam pewną uwagę do wyposażenia łazienki - zdecydowanie powinny być wymienione baterie umywalkowe i wannowe. Minusem łazienki jest też wanna zamiast prysznica, osoby starsze mają problem z wejściem /wyjściem z i do wanny!! Podsumowując hotel spełniał nasze oczekiwania, pięknie położony nad morzem (przy plaży) z świetnym widokiem na może i basen!

Od rana bitwa o miejsce , rezerwacje leżaków ręcznikami , choć duża część nie jest później zajęta . Obsługa też ma z tym kłopot . Trudności w zaopatrzeniu baru przy basenie w piwo , szybko się kończy a na dostawy trzeba czekać 1-2 godziny .Jedzenie to jest po prostu bajka , dużo , różnorodne , codziennie inne propozycje . Jest w czym wybierać . Bardzo miła i uczynna obsługa na sali restauracyjnej .Animacje też ciekawe i różnorodne choć to nie moja bajka .Hotel zadbany choć już trochę tronca wiekiem . Pracownicy bardzo oddani i nadrabiają niedogodności wieku pokoi . Ogólnie wszystko na plus .

Hotel El Mouradi Palm Marina jest pięknie zaprojektowany z andaluzyjskim smakiem. Już od podjazdu widać gustownie urządzone pięknie ukwiecone patio z fontanną i podcieniami w doskonałych proporcjach. Patio i obszerny hol z recepcją utrzymywane są w bardzo dobrym standardzie. Podchodząc do recepcji mamy rozległy widok na dziedziniec z basenami otoczony dwoma skrzydłami części mieszkalnej hotelu. Widok sięgający hen, aż po morski horyzont. To na prawdę elegancko i dobrze zaprojektowany hotel. Bardzo dobrze i elegancko prezentuje się klub - bar w sąsiedztwie recepcji wyposażony w stylowe secesyjne oświetlenie dobrze skomponowane z andaluzyjskim wystrojem architektonicznym. Pokoje hotelowe usytuowane są skośnie do korytarzy co tworzy w nich szereg trójkątnych wnęk - przyczynia się to dobrego tłumienia dźwięków "komunikacyjnych" - w pokoju nie słychać zupełnie ruchu na korytarzu. Niestety stan techniczny i wyposażenie pokoi kontrastuje z pierwszym wrażeniem hotelu jako całości - wskazuje na wiek hotelu podobnie jak stan basenów, które proszą się o remont. Podkreślić trzeba życzliwość i dyspozycyjność personelu, które rekompensują w dużym stopniu niedostatki techniczne. Ilość leżaków na plaży i przy basenach jest wystarczająca nawet przy pełnej frekwencji.
