Hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie, utrzymany w czystości, codzienne posprzątane pokoje, zmiana pościeli, ręczników i uzupełniana lodówka o napoje, jeśli ktoś sobie tego życzył. Pokój był przestronny z balkonem i widokiem na piękne góry. Łazienka wyposażona w duży prysznic, toaletę, ręczniki oraz środki do pielęgnacji. Restauracja bardzo duża i przestronna z niezliczoną ilością bardzo różnorodnych i pysznych potraw oraz produktów. Hotel posiadał jeszcze kilka restauracji, barów mniejszych i w zależności, w której części hotelu znajdowaliśmy się, to tam korzystaliśmy z serwowanych posiłków czy napoi. Do plaży było bardzo blisko, z przyjemnością chodziliśmy spacerkiem przez piękny zielony park ale można było skorzystać z meleksów, które kursowały w ciągu dnia. Plaża piękna, bardzo czysta z barem serwującym napoje oraz restauracją. Aqua park bardzo spodobał się córce, dużo zjeżdżalni oraz kilka pięknych basenów przy hotelu ale też i przy samej plaży. Wieczorami odbywały się na bardzo dużej scenie animacje dla dzieci i wspaniałe pokazy głównie taneczne dla dorosłych, gdzie można było usiąść przy stoliku i skorzystać z kolejnego baru tuż obok. Jeśli ktoś chciał spędzić wieczór bardziej dostojnie i spokojnie, to często odbywały się krótkie koncerty fortepianowe w środku hotelu. Na terenie hotelu jest dużo pięknej zieleni, drzew i palm a wokół rozpościera się widok na piękne góry. Teren hotelu jest bardzo duży, zajęło nam trochę czasu zanim odnaleźliśmy wszystkie miejsca, przydałaby się ilustracyjna mapka z zaznaczonymi miejscami co gdzie dokładnie znajduje się. Podsumowując całą rodziną bardzo byliśmy zadowoleni z pobytu w hotelu Crystal Prestige Elite, spotkaliśmy się tam z bardzo miłą obsługą na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Hotel spełnił nasze wszelkie oczekiwania co do spania, jedzenia, spędzania czasu i przede wszystkim wypoczynku, nie nudziliśmy się w ogóle. Wracamy z wakacji z bardzo przyjemnymi wspomnieniami :)

Kompleks hotelowy ogromny, duży wybór basenów + dostęp do hotelowej plaży (możliwość dojazdu na plażę meleksem lub 5-7min spacerkiem z budynku głównego). Baseny zarówno dla dorosłych jak i dzieci, do tego kilka zjeżdżalni, gdzie zarówno dzieciaki , ale także dorośli znajdą chwilę radości :) Szereg animacji w ciągu dnia (boccia, dart, joga, water polo, siatkówka itd) jak i wieczorem (20:30 część dla dzieci, a następnie 21:30 dla dorosłych). Animatorzy sympatyczni, nie nachalni - jak ktoś chciał skorzystać z rozrywki w ciągu dnia z powodzeniem mógł to zrobić. Jedzenie dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, choć osobiście brakowało mi tematycznych kolacji (niby coś było zmieniane, codziennie, ale to tylko w miejscu gdzie kucharze na żywo grillowali lub nakładali porcje w głównej sali). Bardzo duży wybór słodyczy oraz owoców (winogrona, arbuzy, melony, banany, nektarynki, brzoskwinie, gruszki..) Duży wybór restauracji/snack barów, gdzie w ciągu dnia można zjeść lunch, bez konieczności wizyty w głównej restauracji. Na terenie hotelu także cukiernio/kawiarnia, budka z goframi a także szereg innych atrakcji kulinarnych. Dużym plusem także dostęp na każdym kroku do butelkowanej wody mineralnej oraz lodów w zamrażarkach. Jeśli ktoś chciałby skorzystać z restauracji a'la carte, to polecam zorganizować to zaraz pierwszego dnia... my chcieliśmy się zapisać na drugi dzień po przyjeździe i już na cały tydzień nie było miejsca.. Najsłabszą stroną hotelu są jego pokoje (a przynajmniej ta część, gdzie nas zakwaterowano), w których widać już "ząb czasu" - nie do pomyślenia, by w 5* hotelu w łazience była pleśń przy suficie. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, wraz z wymianą ręczników. Na plus pokoju codziennie odnawiany minibarek, który zawierał markowe napoje bezalkoholowe, a także piwo. Mieszane odczucia także co do recepcji, gdzie część obsługi bardzo słabo mówiła po angielsku, stąd ciężko było się momentami skomunikować. Pozostała obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie, robią wszystko by szybko uwinąć się ze swoimi zadaniami, z uśmiechem na ustach. Dookoła hotelu pełno sklepów z ciuchami, torebkami itd - w każdym czeka na Ciebie "specjalna promocja" ;) Dodatkowo z pobliskiego przystanku za 1 eur można dojechać do centrum Kemer (10min busem). Podsumowując, hotel godny polecenia. Część infrastruktury/atrakcji zasługuje na 5* a część na 4*, jednak każdy odnajdzie w tym hotelu coś dla siebie, co pozwoli bardzo miło spędzić wakacyjny czas.

Hotel jest luksusowy, świetnie położony, bardzo dobra obsługa i gastronomia. Uważam że zastosowane do transportu turystów auta z napędem spalinowym to nieporozumienie oraz przy takiej dostępności słońca brak ciepłej wody przynajmniej w basenie dla dzieci to też pewna niedogodność.

Przyjemny hotel w przepięknym otoczeniu przyrody. Spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Wspaniały, zawsze służący pomocą i życzliwością personel, który tworzy klimat tego niezwykłego miejsca. Pokoje duże przestronne ale już powoli wymagają odświeżenia. Jedzenie monotonne ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Codziennie coś nowego w menu. Dla dzieci wiele atrakcji. Nasz synko był za mały ale może w przyszłym roku skorzysta z atrakcji. Podsumowując, bardzo polecamy, szczególnie rodzinom z dziećmi. Obsługa widać że kocha dzieci bo są zawsze zaczepiane i witane z uśmiechem.

Hotel absolutnie nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Wraz z mężem oceniamy ten hotel na 3 gwiazdki. Oświetlenie w pokoju beznadziejne chyba po to aby wiele rzeczy nie widzieć. Codziennie podawane były te same potrawy lub produkty. Jeśli pojawiło się wyjątkowo coś innego to tylko i wyłącznie dlatego ,że dane danie zostało przerobione na coś innego. Co do restauracji a'la carte to brak słów. Myśleliśmy, że wybierając typowo włoska restauracje otrzymamy coś typowo związanego z tą kuchnią. Wielkie zaskoczenie, ponieważ te dania nie różniły się niczym od tego na jadalni. Nie rozumiem po co wkręcają ludzi... tyczy się to wszystkich restauracji na terenie hotelu.

Czujesz się tam, jak w małej miejscowości nadmorskiej, kawiarnia/ cukiernia na miejscu, bary przy basenach, nad morzem, woda cudowna, czysta, ciepła. Parki wodne dla dzieci młodszych i starszych. Animacje na wysokim poziomie. Atrakcje w każdym zakątku. Czysto, kulturalna i pomocna obsługa. Drinki bardzo dobre, całodobowo lokalne napoje bezalkoholowe i wybrane alkohole importowane w wyznaczonych barach. Lubię Turcję za hotele, dobre wyżywienie, pogodę, byłem 5 raz. Tym razem w Hotel Crystal Prestige Elite, Sam hotel OK, 5 gwiazdek ?, już wiekowy, o jedną za dużo. Plaża trochę mała, jak na tak duży hotel. WYŻYWIENIE - po dwóch dniach dostałem okropny ból brzucha i rozwolnienie, trzy dni spędziłem w łóżku, nic nie jedząc. Doszedłem do siebie już we Wrocławiu. To samo przeszła moja partnerka. tylko dwa dni później. Rozmawiałem z paroma polskimi rodzinami, mieli podobne kłopoty. Mięso i warzywa były ponownie odgrzewane i podawane. Wszystko było zimne.

Hugo - za każdym razem można było trafić na inne kombinacje składników Druggi punkto drinkowy to okrojona lista drinków na tabliczkach informacyjnych (robili też inne, ale trzeba ylo zapytać czy XYZ równiez robią - preważnie robili bez problemu). Czystość ok, pościel zmieniana codziennie, ręczniki również. OBsługa hotelowa - bardzo przynjazna i nastawiona pozytywnie do dzieci. Pamukkale — a trip to one of the greatest wonders of nature. Ride through the picturesque Taurus Mountains. Stop at a vantage point with a panoramic view of the famous travertines (forms of karst). Pamukkale in Turkish means a cotton palace, and the snow-white terraces perfectly reflect the name. It is a unique place in the world, which is why it has been on the UNESCO list since 1988. Above the terraces is the ancient city of Hierapolis, where the Baths, the Temple of Apollo, the Roman Theatre and the necropolis have been preserved. A walk on the limestone terraces and a visit to the city of Hierapolis are part of the program. Day trip. Demre - Myra - Kekova — a trip combining sightseeing with a cruise along Kekova Bay. Sightseeing of the ancient city of Myra with monumental tombs carved in the rock, the only such place in the vicinity of Antalya. Then, a visit to Saint Nicholas, the Bishop of Mira, in Demre. After sightseeing a walk along the Mediterranean coast to Kekova Bay, then a cruise with free time for relaxation and swimming. Antalya Big City Life — a trip to the capital of the Turkish Riviera - a city surrounded by the majestic Taurus Mountains on the one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other. Aquarium and Dolphinarium — a trip to Antalya - the capital of the Turkish Riviera, where the aquarium and dolphinarium are located. At the aquarium, visitors will go on a journey over the seas and oceans of the world. In the underwater tunnel, you can watch thousands of species of marine creatures. At the dolphinarium, acrobatic show of dolphins and seals, and a sea lion. Opportunity to swim with the dolphins (additionally payable). Price - approx. 56 EUR (includes entrance tickets).

Chimera Night Safari — evening safari to Yanartas ("burning stones"), where you can admire a fascinating phenomenon of nature - constantly burning fires. In reality, this phenomenon is caused by the natural gas that is naturally released here and ignites spontaneously in contact with air. This unusual place contributed to the creation of myths about the Chimera - a fire-breathing monster. A jeep drive through Kuzdere, Camyuva and Tekirova to the beautiful Cirali beach, which is approximately 3 km long. It's time to relax, swim and have dinner. Then visiting Olympos - the ancient ruins and Yanartas Mountain, also known as the Chimera Hill. The visit takes place after dark, when the flames create a spectacular view.
