Hotel był duży, tereny zewnętrzne pięknie utrzymane, lobby oraz restauracje na bardzo zadawalajacym poziomie. Gastronomia wiadomo dla każdego coś dobrego. Pokój w którym byłem na drugim pietrze nad recepcja swoje złote czasy ma dawno za sobą jednak w pokoju spędza się najkrótsze chwile z urlopu więc nie stanowiło to żadnego problemu. Klimatyzacja działała i było to bardzo pomocne.

Mój pobyt w hotelu nie należal do przyjnych. Pokój rodzinny jaki otrzymałam nie spełniał wogole oczekiwań. Na dzień dobry lodówka nie była uzupełniona w nic poza 2 małymi piwami. Nikt w pokoju nic nie uzupełniał i o ile jest napisane w ofercie,że lodówka jest uzupeniona tylko na przyjazd to moja nawet na przyjazd nie była uzupełniona. Dopiero w 2 dniu dostalam do pokoju wodę 1.5 l na 5 osób i to wszystko co dostalam. W łazience nikt nie uzupełniał nawet mydła,a szczytem było jak w jeden dzień pani sprzątająca się wogole nie pofatygował a z dnia wcześniejszego zostawiła brudne ścierki.Po interwencji na recepcji jakiś Pan przyniósł nam tylko ręczniki. Widoki z pokoju miałam na śmieci ogrodników no i ten okropny zapach wilgoci i pieśni w pokoju. Masakra. Do restauracji głównej było dosyć daleko,a krótki czas serwowania posiłków(2 godz) na wyżywienie ogromnej ilości gości(zakładam ok 3 tys) powodowal kolejki co skutkowało zimnym jedzeniem. Wspomnieć też muszę o jakości podawanych napojów,coś co miało być sokami było rozpuszczane z nektarów o chemicznym posmaku. Kawy się nie dało wogole pić. Hotel po za atrakcjami dla dzieci które oceniam dobrze zasługuje na 3 gwiazdki. Na plus jedyne co jest i zasługuje to atrakcje dla dzieci w basenach i wokoło.

Hotel godny polecenia. Byliśmy 2+2 Pokój codziennie sprzątany, raz dostaliśmy łabędzia:) Pokój w budynku głównym na 4 piętrze. Bez problemu nam wystarczył. w pokoju cicho nic nie słychać z ulicy czy wieczornych animacji. Z tv to jedynie typ info ale bez dźwięku sam obraz. Z pokoju do basenu ok 5 min spacerkiem z wózkiem. 2 windy musiny zachaczyć. Bez wózka będzie szybciej. Po drodze mijamy restauracja główna. Jedzenie dużo i różne dania. Brak wieprzowiny. Tylko kurczak , baran wołowina i ryby w różnych postaciach. Desery bardzo dobre nie są zbyt słodkie jak wcześniej spotkałem w Turcji. Jest w czym wybierać. Baseny dużo i bez tłoku. Byliśmy od 6 września i nie ma żadnego powodu by rezerwiwac o 6 rano. Szliśmy ok 9-10 i zawsze były leżaki przy basenach. Jedynie przy brodziku był komplet. Plaża też duży wybór. Robote robi nowe zjeżdżalnie dla dorosłych i dzieci. Niby od 10 roku życia ale 7 latka korzystała. Byliśmy w Side na własną rękę i wydaliśmy na dolmusze w sumie 24€ przy 4 osobach w obie strony. Przy taxi wołają 60€ Bazary opłaca sie przy hotelu w alibabie ok800m od hotelu. W side znacznie drożej a towar ten sam. Tylko € , dolarów nie ma potrzeby brac. Plaża dosc szybko głęboka i kamienie przeszkadzają. Animacje wieczorne o 21 15 codziennie cis innego i bardzo wysoka jakość. W okolicy nic ciekawego poza bazarami.

Hotel zadbany i czysty, nasz pokój znajdował się w głównym budynku i był odnowiony. Sprzątanie pokoju na wysokim poziomie, ręczniki były codziennie wymieniane. Klimatyzacja w pokoju działała beż zarzutu. Restauracja główna miała trochę za mało miejsca w środku, gdzie działała klimatyzacja. Na zewnątrz restauracji było więcej miejsc, ale niestety jedzenie tam nie było przyjemnością ze względu na wysokie temperatury i brak wiatraków. Jedzenie było bardzo dobre i różnorodne. Alternatywą dla tych, którzy nie lubią jeść w zatłoczonych miejscach, była druga restauracja przy budynku głównym, w której nie było tłoku, była klimatyzacja, ale nie było tak dużego wyboru jak w restauracji głównej. Plaża była duża, kamienisto-piaszczysta, podzielona na dwie części: jedna przy barze głównym, a druga przy barze dla dorosłych, z mniejszą ilością osób i o wiele spokojniejsza. Jedynym minusem było strome zejście do morza. Dla nas było to utrudnienie ze względu na małe dzieci, ale dla starszych osób nie musiałoby to stanowić problemu. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wakacji w tym hotelu i śmiało możemy go polecić znajomym. Może kiedyś do niego wrócimy.

Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, zawsze uśmiechnięci i pomocni ludzie. Mówią płynnie w języku angielskim. Wyżywienie bardzo duży wybór, różne tematyczne kolacje np. owoce morza. Trudny dostęp do kolacji Ala carte w hotelu, brak miejsc żeby się zapisać.

Hotel usytuowany bezpośrednio przy morzu, które jest tak przejrzyste, że wchodząc po szyje widać swoje stopy, o leżaki nie należy się martwić, o każdej porze dnia znajdzie się wolne. Hotel czysty, piękny a obsługa codziennie z uśmiechem na twarzy świadczyła swoją pomoc. W pokojach codzienne sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników. Basenów tak dużo, ze ciężko zdecydować się przy którym danego dnia będzie się odpoczywać. Jedzenie na 3 plusy! Nawet każdy niejadek znajdzie coś dla siebie, wybór przeogromny i niemal codziennie kolacja tematyczna : kuchnia japońska, chinska, francuska, czy owoce morza- jedzenie fantastyczne! Idealny hotel na wypoczynek z dziećmi.

Hotel bardzo ładny, obsługa miła i pomocna na każdym kroku. Parę basenów i wystarczająca ilość leżaków, bliski dostęp do morza przy którym również znajdują się leżaki. Cudowne jedzenie, dostępne przekąski w paru miejscach. Bardzo symaptyczni animatorzy, którzy zwracają uwagę aby wszyscy dobrze się bawili, ale nie są nachalni. Każdego wieczoru jakieś atrakcje w formie występów. Dostęp do fajnych wycieczek, bardzo sprawnie zorganizowanych. Wielkie brawa dla Pani rezydent, która była zawsze do dyspozycji i służyła radą i pomocą. Cudowne widoki, super atmosfera, pyszne jedzenie -wspaniałe wakacje, polecam!

TV także, jednak nie korzystaliśmy :) Jedzenie bardzo dobre, różnorodne, niczego nie brakowało. Dla dzieci spory wybór atrakcji, nawet małpi gaj przy stołówce. Sklepy na terenie hotelu. Animacje na extra poziomie. Bary z alkoholem na duży plus jeśli chodzi o jakość.
