Jedzenie w porządku, zróżnicowane śniadania i obfite kolacje, szkoda, że tak późno. Udało nam się jeśli chodzi o pogodę i śnieg, a podobno nie zawsze jest tak różowo i można trafić na brak śniegu. Zaletą hotelu jest jego położenie, dosłownie 150 m od wyciągu. Pokoje są w porządku, codziennie sprzątane. Polecam wziąć własne poduszki, hotelowe sa bardzo płaskie. (...)
Zaletą hotelu jest jego położenie, dosłownie 150 m od wyciągu. Pokoje są w porządku, codziennie sprzątane. Polecam wziąć własne poduszki, hotelowe sa bardzo płaskie. Największy minus hotelu to wyżywienie. Każdy posiłek opierał się na najtańszych produktach. Śniadanie to chemiczne ciasta, croissanty, dżemy plus bułki, szynka, ser. Zero warzyw, owoce dostępne. Okropna kawa z maszyny, nie do pomyślenia we Wloszech. Obiadokolacje były w miarę ok, jednakże czuć słabą jakość produktów. Generalnie w tej cenie otrzymałam to, czego mogłam się spodziewać. Wolałabym jednak wyżywienie w mniejszej ilości, ale lepszej jakości. Ale żaden inny hotel nie ma tam tak dobrego położenia jak Fratazza, dlatego warto go zarezerwować.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania bo przyjechaliśmy typowo na narty a nie na pobyt w hotelu. Duży plus za codzienne sprzątanie i wymianę ręczników. Przydało by się jednak przetrzeć kurz z półek (...)
Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania bo przyjechaliśmy typowo na narty a nie na pobyt w hotelu. Duży plus za codzienne sprzątanie i wymianę ręczników. Przydało by się jednak przetrzeć kurz z półek przy łóżku.Na uwagę zasługuje bardzo dobre położenie hotelu blisko gondoli i przystanków SKI Busowcyh. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Sauna jedno osobowa ale działa całkiem dobrze i nagrzewa się do 92 stopni, niestety brak prysznica przy saunie co jest dużym minusem. Ski room nie jest wentylowany, do tego obieg zamknięty więc nie zostawił bym tam butów, ewntualnie tylko narty. Jedzenie w hotelu świeże i bardzo smaczne. Miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia na tygodniowy wypad narciarski.

W pokojach jest dość ciemno, pomimo dużej liczby lamp, żarówki są małej mocy. Obsługa miła i profesjonalna. W restauracji, większość posiłków nam smakowała, porcje duże.
