Pokój duży, codziennie sprzątany, pachnący eukaliptusem i cytryną :) . W łazience kosmetyki dobrej jakości. Dla sportowców siłownia. Zajęcia animacyjne w ciągu dnia - aqua aerobik, siatkówka wodna ,joga ) wieczorne - tańce, śpiewy. Przepyszne jedzenie i najwazniejsze cudowna plaza i najpiękniejsze widoki !! Żal wyjeżdżać, bo to raj na ziemi! Ale warto pozwiedzac inne okolice :) polecam ! Niezapomniane wakacje !! ;)

Piękny, bujny i zadbany ogród. Obsługa kelnerska bardzo pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Goście, którzy obchodzili swoje urodziny w trakcie pobytu w RIU na kolacji otrzymywali tort i obsługa śpiewała dla nich „jumbo jumbo bwena” oraz „happy birthday” przy pozostalych gościach. Niewątpliwym dla nas plusem okazała się dostępność lekarza/kliniki na miejscu (hotel Riu Jambo). W trakcie pobytu w RIU Palace mogliśmy korzystać z udogodnień i restauracji w RIU Jambo. Recepcja jest bardzo zorganizowana i chętna do pomocy w każdym przypadku - m.in. Pomogli w zorganizowaniu transferu do RIU Jambo oraz zorganizowania płatności bezgotówkowej za wizytę lekarską. Wymeldowanie z pokoju jest do godziny 12:00 jednakże w do czasu wyjazdu mogliśmy korzystać z usług All Inclusive. Pokoje hotelowe i balkony były codziennie dokładnie posprzątane. Każde wejście do pokoju (np. Uzupełnianie napoi w minibarze) miało miejsce w asyście ochrony. Menu w restauracjach było bardzo różnorodne - od kuchni afrykańskiej, do owoców morza aż po chińską i włoską. Oprócz głównej restauracji Promenade są jeszcze 4 tematyczne z kuchnią fusion, włoską, grecką oraz steakami, jednakże stolik należy wcześniej zarezerwować przez aplikację hotelową. Brak problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca na leżaku na plaży czy basenie. Kazdy wjazd oraz wyjazd jest kontrolowany przez pracownika ochrony. Hotel jest położony w Nungwi, która słynie z pięknej plaży i widowiskowych zachodów słońca (lokalni przewodnicy w ramach wycieczek proponują oglądanie zachodów słońca właśnie w tym rejonie). Animacje wieczorne były dosyć spokojne - regionalne tańce, muzyka na żywo. Korzystaliśmy na miejscu z usług SPA - również możemy je polecić, ceny są dosyć przystępne (masaż relaksacyjny z masażem i zabiegiem nawilżającym na twarz 280$ za 2 osoby). Była to nasza druga wizyta w hotelu sieci RIU i mogę śmiało stwierdzić, ze hotel ma wysokie i ujednolicone standardy. Na pewno skorzystam z usług tej sieci hotelowej.

Stone Town and Spice Tour — city of stone is a presentation of the rich culture and history of Zanzibar, where little has changed in the past 200 years. Here, every building, every window and door tells its own story. The city is a symbol of the fight against slavery, as it was one of the main centres of slave trade in East Africa. A stroll through the narrow streets of Stone Town, a visit to the urban market, visiting the Museum in one of Sultan's Palaces, free time for shopping. Then, the programme includes visiting one of the largest plantations in Zanzibar, where cloves, vanilla, coconut nuts, cardamom, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg, herbs, ornamental plants and tropical fruits are cultivated. Day trip. Price - approx. 75 USD.
Josani Forest and Prison Island — a trip to Josani National Park. A walk along the natural trail through the forest, full of rare species of exotic birds, butterflies and endangered western red colobus (Colobus badius) with characteristic long hair on their head. This is one of the few places where you can encounter them. The forest is tropical in nature due to the persisting high humidity from the sea and a lot of rainfall during the rainy season, which diversifies vegetation. There are palm trees, fig trees, mahogany, ferns and mangrove trees. A visit to Prison Island, where tortoises live. There is a small beach and a reef here, excellent for snorkelling. In the local restaurant you can try i.a. seafood (for an extra charge). Day trip. Price - approx. 85 USD.
Safari Blue — an expedition on a traditional dhow boat. Sail out from the small fishing village of Fumba, which is the perfect place to start your adventure. Exploring part of the beautiful Menai Bay. While sailing on the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, you can admire the wonderful sandy shores of the islands and lagoons, as well as encounter bottlenose dolphins. Stopover on one of the heavenly beaches, time for snorkelling in the transparent waters of the ocean and admiring the rich coral reef. Then a real treat with seafood, fish, lobsters. A walk to the tropical forest, where you can see a 500-year-old boabab. Short boat cruises, swimming in a lagoon and relaxation. Day trip. Price - approx. 100 USD (includes lunch and drinks).
Sunset Cruise - Setting Sun — a wonderful, romantic adventure. A cruise by local dhov boats from the village of Nungwi with one of the most beautiful beaches in Zanzibar. Relaxation, silence and the sound of waves as well as admiration of the sunset. On-board local fruit tasting. Price - approx. 65 USD.
Safari in Tanzania - Selous (2 days) — great landscapes and nature at your fingertips. Airplane safari to Selous Park - the largest African reserve, which accounts for 5% of Tanzania's area. The main attraction of Selous park is the elephants. Here you can also meet hippos, crocodiles, lions, antelopes, and some of the last surviving black rhinos. Overnight stay in lodges on the banks of the river Rufiji, which is home to hippos and crocodiles. Price - approx. 890 USD (including flight, accommodation, meals, entry to the Selous National Park, cruise on the Rufija river).
Mkokotoni Village — an expedition to a local village to learn about the real life of the Zanzibar people and the methods of making traditional dhow boats. At the end of the day, enjoy the sunset and free time on one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, in Nungwi. Optional: visit the Aquarium with sea turtles (charged extra). Price - approx. 40 USD.
