Zacznijmy od plusów, rezydentka wspaniała, pomogła podczas naszych problemów. Jedzenie dobre, każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie, chociaż czasami było zimne, ale do przeżycia. Obsługa uśmiechnięta zawsze, czasami ciężko się dogadać z nimi po angielsku. Pora na minusy. Pełno robaków w pokoju, pod łóżkami, w łazience. Internet kompletnie nie działał przez cały wyjazd. Musiałem płacić za swój i to nie mało. Bary otwierają o której chcą, tak samo z snackbarem. Dojście na plaże po zmroku jest mało bezpieczne, prawie brak oświetlenia. Mało rzeczy sie zgadza z opisem hotelu w Itaka.

czystość przyzwoita, dokładany bez żalu papier toaletowy :), codziennie ułożona pościel i ręczniki, stoliki w restauracji czyste a obsługa na bieżąco zajmuje się ich uprzątnięciem. Wyżywienie zadowoli każdego, poza daniami w restauracji jest zewnętrzny grill na którym każdego dnia jest inny rarytasik a po obiadku dla dzieci jest pyszna pizza i gofry. Basen jest duży o różnych głębokościach, brakuje jedynie zjeżdżalni dla dzieci, animacje są wesołe i uprzyjemniają wszystkim pobyt przy basenie. Hotel jest przyjazny dla wszystkich jednak wyczuwa się że priorytetem są goście francuskojęzyczni. Plaża jest blisko, przejście z hotelu, minusem są opłaty za parasol i leżak.

Hotel rewelacyjny,w pełni zasłużone 4 gwiazdki(lokalne),przepyszne i świeże jedzenie ,mnóstwo owców,jak ktoś lubi to owoców morza było rozniez bardzo dużo.Wina z nalewaka ,do obiadu itd,pyszne drinki robione w shaekerach,fajna i sprawna obsługa.Do obiadu i kolacji prawie codziennie grill. Występy kapel ludowych ,animacje ,non stop.Basen duży i czysty ,materace na leżakach,nie trzeba nawet brać ręczników.Plaza dosłownie kawałek za hotelem,można dojść albo kładką,albo wychodząc kawałek za barem basenowym.Mijalismy inne hotele I mam spore porównanie do Los Magnolias. Wieczorem animacje i dyskoteka. Z minusów ,wszystko jest pod Francuzów,nie puszczą ci nawet polskiej piosenki.Od czasu do czasu da się to odczuć.Ale tragedii nie było. W pokoju po włączeniu klimy odczuwało się lekki zapach stęchlizny ,ale to tylko przed jeden dzień. Opieka rezydenta do samego końca,czułam się dobrze zaopiekowana.

Dobre miejsce do rodzinnego wypoczynku. Podczas mojego pobytu odniosłem wrażenie iż miejsce nastawione jest na turystów z Francji. Animacje w języku francuskim, występy itp. Pokoje ładne choć ośrodek miejscami trochę zaniedbany ale ogólnie ok.Praktycznie codzienne sprzątane są pokoje. Basen czysty i duży, wyżywienie dobre ( ryby, owoce można, kuchnia bułgarska). Obsługa sali miła, w barach polecam wrzucić do słoika napiwek to uśmiech dostaniemy gratis. Z ośrodka bezpośrednie dojście pomostem na wydmy. Do miasta spacerem 15 minut.

Pokoje mają już swoje lata. I jest to najsłabszy punkt hotelu. Basen bardzo fajny. Jest duży I zadbany. Jedzenie niweluje wszystkie mankamenty pokoi. REWELACJA. Jest to kolejny mój pobyt z rodziną w tym hotelu i jedzenie było znów rewelacyjne.

Hotel ma już parę lat za sobą ale bardzo nam się w nim pomimo to podobało. Blisko morza, duży basen, obsługa starała się by goście byli zadowoleni. Było czysto i jedzenie smaczne. Fajna sprawa to że moskitiery są w oknach balkonowych i nie musieliśmy używać klimatyzacji w nocy a przy otwartym oknie to komary by nas zjadły. Co do minusów to animacje w języku francuskim ( wiedzieliśmy o tym przed przyjazdem) ale trzeba przyznać że animatorzy francuscy się starali. No i jeszcze mogli by dokładać więcej papieru toaletowego bo z kim nie rozmawialiśmy to był ten sam problem.

Na wakacje udałam się wraz z moimi przyjaciółkami .Wyjazd uważamy za bardzo udany . Jedzenie bardzo dobre, świetne zupy . Śniadania przepyszne, duży wybór (idealne jajka sadzone i ciepłe wypiekane bułeczki ). Każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie . Duży wybór alkoholi, które mimo ze regionalne to były dobre. Pokoje trochę małe ale nam to osobiście nie przeszkadzało, gdyż najważniejsze , że były czyste (codziennie sprzątane przez Panie sprzątaczki). Pokój wyglądał identycznie jak na zdjęciu. Cały hotel jest zadbany i czysty . Największym atutem jest basen, gdyż jest on bardzo duży. Ma różne głębokości wiec ze spokojem można popływać . Woda w różnych miesiącach sięga Ok 0.2m do 1.4m . Jest również brodzik 0.6 i basen 0.9. Wiec naprawdę jest dla każdego . Animatorzy byli super . Co chwile były różne rozrywki ( aerobik, tańce , dart itd. ). Wieczorami były różne przedstawiania, lecz my w nich nie brałyśmy udziału, gdyż były w języku francuskim . Na koniec dnia często grała muzyka i były tańce . Plaża ładna, piaszczysta . Woda czysta , często były duże fale ( dla nas to był plus ). Dojście do plaży to Ok 4 minuty prostą drogą. Na uwadze trzeba mieć ze hotel jest położony na obrzeżach i do centrum Primorska trzeba iść około 2 km . W mieście znajdowały się sklepy, bary i stragany z pamiątkami .Również jest tam dworzec z autobusowy z którego można się udać do innych miast. My osobiście polecamy Sozopol . Hotel na prawdę do polecenia. Cena jest jak najbardziej adekwatna do jakości pobytu .

Czystość w porządku, obsługa bardzo miła ale niestety znająca tylko język bułgarski i francuski, angielskiego ani trochę. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre, pokój jak na zdjęciach. Plaża z duża ilością śmieci.
