Sam hotel to olbrzymi kompleks kilku hoteli wraz z basenami. Bez aplikacji hotelowej ani rusz- polecam zainstalować tuż po zameldowaniu, bardzo ułatwia poruszanie się po kompleksie jak i korzystanie z barów i restauracji (menu AI, rezerwacje). Co do basenów jest ich dużo, ale jest zakaz korzystania z dmuchanych materacy, mniejsze kółka są akceptawane. Jest również zakaz rezerwacji leżaków przy basenach, ale jest on ignorowany przez gości jak i przez obsługę hotelu. Niestety rano trzeba polować na leżaki. Za ręczniki na basen płacimy kaucje w wysokości 10 euro za sztukę - polecam zabrać spinacze, bo mocno wieje Jedzenie jak i przekąski poprawne, bez rewelacji. Dojazd z lotniska ok 20 min. sporo lądujących samolotów ale nie tuż nad głową. Sam pokój (nasz 4001) na parterze, z cieknącą klimatyzacją (mimo naprawy dalej ciekła i nie było to pierwszy raz, bo widać było po ścianie i drzwiach), niemiłym zapachem z odpływów w łazience i dwoma karaluchami, które tam są bardzo pokaźnych rozmiarów, pojawiały się też mrówki, ale te z kolei są w wersji xxs . Łóżka trzeszczą niemiłosiernie, każda zmiana pozycji budzi resztę rodziny. Serwis sprzątający był codziennie. Córka i mąż w trakcie zabaw w basenie niechcący opili się trochę wody i to zakończyło się dla nich bardzo przykrymi dolegliwosciami z przewodu pokarmowego Ogólnie można odwiedzić ten hotel (dużo Anglików i Niemców), ale bez ochów i achów. W trakcie pobytu (u nas 8 dni) dwie kolacje ala carte.

Wyjazd uważam za udany. Hotel położony przy pięknej plaży, blisko lotniska, pomiędzy wszystkimi popularnymi miejscami do odwiedzania. Smaczne jedzenie, przemiła obsługa. Pokój sprzątają codziennie. Ważna kwestia wifi i ręczniki plażowe w cenie :) Menu dla najmłodszych rozmaite. Pomimo, że nie ma animacji w języku polskim córka swietnie się bawiła - dzieci nie mają barier. Polecam !

Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania. Znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, w zasadzie wszędzie jest blisko. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, obsługa uczynna i pomocna. Trafiliśmy akurat na finał Euro 2024, więc przeżyliśmy wspólnie z Hiszpanią bardzo fajne emocje związane z ich wygraną :) z przyjemnością tam wrócimy.

Pierwszy pobyt na wyspach i już chcę wracać. Hotel Barcelo Castillo w recepcji pani mówiąca po Polsku obłsuga przemiła :) Bungalow przestrzenne codziennie wymiana ręczników, sprzątanie i te balkony, na których można było wieczorem posiedzieć bo temperatura odpowiednia i brak hałasu .Pyszne białe wino , owoce morza tylko kiepska kawa w ekspresie i monotone śniadania. Za to obiady i kolacje fantasyczne. Wycieczka po Fureteventurze rewleacja - polecam każdemu, tylko jedna bo żal było opuszczać to klimatyczne miejsce. Widoki przecudne i mnóstwo miejsca do spacerów , bliskość oceanu i plaża piaszczysta.,leżaki płatne ale stare i nie zachęcają swoim wyglądem do odpoczynku. Blisko do miasteczka uroczych sklepików, kawiarni i ten wszech ograniający spokój bez pośpiechu, Fanatastyczne miejsce na RESERT i wypoczynek- POLECAM- wrócę i najchętniej pod nr 3110 :)

W hotelu najlepsze jest jedzenie. W pokoju wyposażenie było ok, ale stan ogólny łóżka, szafek bardzo słaby- wszystko lędźwie się trzyma. Klima ok. Teren hotelowy w miarę zadbany. Restauracje tematyczne- bez sensu- jedzenie słabe, w zwykłej restauracji zawsze można coś fajnego znaleźć, dla dzieci też. Baseny lekko zasyfione glonami. Obsługa jest bardzo fajna i miła.

Hotel w porządku, na plus blisko plaża, piękna a promenada, port. Pokoje dla rodzin z dziećmi dobrze wyposażone łóżeczko turystyczne , aneks kuchenny z mikrofalówką, czajnik. Super że jest osobno sypialnia i salon. Niestety w pokoju w nocy pojawiają się karaluchy pokoje odnowione jednak zapach wilgoci czuć w powietrzu. Jedzenie dobre ale pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z tak małym wyborem, że pod koniec nie mieliśmy już ochoty nic jeść. Napoje oryginalnej jak i alkohole. Obsługa przemiła, lubią niemowlaki

W hotelu obowiązuje rezerwacja na obiady, kolacje. Dodatkowo terminy znikają i trzeba się pospieszyć. Pani rezydentka zaproponowala nam, że najlepszym rozwiązaniem jest zarezerwowanie sobie całego tygodnia. Uważam, że jest to absurdalne. Na wakacje przyjeżdżasz żeby odpocząć i żeby nie musieć się martwić codziennym grafikiem/harmonogramem, dlatego te rezerwację które nie były wspomniane w ofercie są najgorszą częścią wyjazdu. Plaża obok hotelu ok. Chociaż nie do końca nazwałabym ją piaszczystą a raczej żwirkowo piaszczystą. Pokoje czyste, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki.

Zakwaterowanie było w domku, wyższa cena, dużo przestrzeni ale taras z widokiem na ulicę publiczna nie jest wymarzony. Nie jest to warte ceny. W środku jest sypialnia z szafą, salon ze e stolikiem i kanapa, mała kuchnia z mikrofalówka i podstawowym zestawem sztućców i takerzy i toaleta. W toalecie niestety strasznie śmierdziało z odpływu. Nie wiem czy to przypadek czy niedopatrzenie ale w pokoju był dostępny sejf, gdzie przy recepcji poinformowano nas że nie ma, po zapłaceniu dodatkowej opłaty 21euro dostaliśmy kluczyk, który okazał się niepotrzebny, bo w sejfie już był. Na miejscu w hotelu nie ma ogólnie dostępnego dystrybutora z wodą pitną, wieczorem można tylko dostać w plastiku w barze małe butelki. W dobie walki z redukcja zużycia plastiku bardzo to smutne. Podróżuje ze swoją butelka po to żeby nie generować tony śmieci, niestety tutaj było to niemożliwe. W trakcie obiadów i kolacji ekspresy z kawą były niedostępe. Plaża przy której znajduje się hotel jest średnia, na Fuercie jest duzo ładniejszych plaż.

Hotel ładnie położony nad oceanem, blisko miasteczka, bungalow duży i ładny aczkolwiek nie sprzątany, przez cały tydzień ani razu nie zmieniono nam pościeli ani nie umyto podłogi , pani sprzątaczka ścieliła tylko łóżko i wymieniała ręczniki to wszystko. Jedzenie trochę monotonne i mały wybór . Plaza ładna i bardzo duża , lecz leżaki to tragedia ( oczywiście płatne ) stare i pokrzywione. Ogólnie nie najgorzej ale już tam napewno nie wrócimy, są lepsze hotele.

Lokalizacja: Bardzo ładnie jest gdzie pospacerować Hotel: blisko oceanu, super że można opalać się również na balkonie. Pokój: szybko byliśmy zakwaterowani, pokój był świeżo posprzątany przed naszym weselem, niestety opinie o czystości okazały się prawdą podłoga była w piasku, pościel miała plamy. Na kuchni cały blat kuchenny był w małych pająkach towarzyszyły nam do końca pobytu. Garderoba niestety też już potrzebuje wymiany, szuflady były zepsute co czasami utrudniało otwieranie oraz zamykanie drzwi od garderoby. Przed ostatni dzień pobytu niestety dowiedzieliśmy że mieszkamy nie same a towarzyszył nam karaluch strasznie baliśmy przywieźć do domu taki upominek z wakacji. Obsługa hotelowa: miły personel, Panie z recepcji bardzo pomocne.

Za pośrednictwem Itaki za cenę 4 gwiazdek kupiliśmy pobyt na tydzień w "Bungalow superior". Bungalowy Hotelu Barcelo Castillo okazały się całkowicie nie spełniające standardu 4 gwiazdek- grzyb, pleśń, brud, położenie. Oferta Itaki była zatem myląca, bo określenia "bungalow superior", "all inclusive" wskazują na najwyższy dostępny standard, po czym na miejscu okazuje się, że tak naprawdę jest się gościem drugiej kategorii. Po rozmowie z hotelem i pokazaniu zdjęć bungalowu przeniesiono nas do Royal Level jako zadośćuczynienie. Pokojów Royal Level w ofercie Itaki nie było, gdy rezerwowaliśmy pobyt. Ta część hotelu (Royal Level) rzeczywiście spełniała standard 4 gwiazdek. Czysto, blisko plaży i basenu. Także rzeczywiście czuliśmy się oszukani przez biuro podróży kupując pobyt w Bungalowach za tak wysoką cenę przy tak niskim standardzie. Dobrze, że hotel naprawił to niedopatrzenie, szkoda, że inni klienci z Polski, którzy musieli zostać w Bungalowach, nie doświadczyli standardu za jaki zapłacili... Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie w hotelu- jest to jedzenie "pod Brytyjczyków"- mało lokalnych składników, niedojrzałe owoce, dużo pizzy, dużo smażeniny. Na pewno lokalizacja całego kompleksu hoteli w zatoce z promenadą i portem jest bardzo fajna. Obsługa hotelu miła choć było wrażenie, że po prostu mają za mało ludzi na ten sezon. Na Fuertę wrócimy na pewno, czy z Itaką , czy do Barcelo - raczej nie :)

Świetnie położony resort, na końcu ulicy więc ruch praktycznie znikomy, po jednej stronie ocean (bryza, mewy, szum fal), po drugiej stronie zatoka i ogromną plaża. Leżaki, parasole, muszelki, ciepła woda. Mimo dużej ilosci osób nie było to odczuwalne na plaży. Na basenie bez tłoku, przyjemne animacje. Jedzenie super - praktycznie codziennie można próbować czegoś innego. Polecam ryby - duża rozmaitość. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Ustawne, działającą klima, super tarasiki z leżakami. Dookoła mnóstwo roślinności, daktylowce na wyciągnięcie ręki. Rozległy teren, po którym można spacerować. Przesympatyczni ludzie: w recepcji, w restauracji (Pani Jessica jest po prostu urocza), animatorzy (zwłaszcza Szymon - bystry młody chłopak, który swoją energią zaraża wszystkich) Bar w porcie serwuje super drinki (ależ ci ludzie się uwijają), do tego widok na zatokę - czegóż chcieć więcej? Bliskość do lotniska to kolejny plus - transfert trwał 15min. Minusy:....za krotki pobyt :)
