Hotel super ,obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, czułam się dopieszczona na każdym kroku , wyżywienie urozmaicone , co do pokoju to mam zastrzeżenia . Wykonując rezerwacje wybrałam pokój standardowy 2os z bocznym widokiem na morze , okazało się że pokój był od strony ruchliwej ulicy a boczny widok na morze był zarośnięty krzakami. W recepcji poprosiliśmy o zmianę pokoju , dopłaciliśmy na miejscu ale na nowy pokój czekaliśmy 3 dni. Ocena pokoju po zamianie na 6 .Bardzo pomocna jest obsługa recepcji, pracuje tam Pan Michał który wskazał nam ciekawe miejsce do zwiedzenia . Co do animacji wybieraliśmy Teatr tam animacje i koncerty muzyczne były w języku angielski . W hotelu przewaga turystów niemieckich i animacje na tarasie w większości były w języku niemieckim .

Znakomity hotel. Posiłki bardzo urozmaicone, codziennie można było znaleźć dla siebie coś innego do jedzenia. Pokoje bardzo czyste i przestronne. Na basenie również bardzo czystko, a obsługa barów przy basenie bardzo życzliwa. Z hotelu do plaży około 100m. Jedyne do czego ewentualnie miałbym uwagę to temperatura wody w basenie - mogłaby być odrobinę cieplejsza. W hotelu jest również siłownia, która jak na warunki hotelowe, jest całkiem nieźle wyposażona

Hotel wspaniały, stosunek ceny do jakości jak najbardziej zasadny. Do największych atutów można zaliczyć przede wszystkim przemiłą obsługę, czystość, świetne i wyśmienite wyżywienie, a także lokalizację i odległość do plaży, ale też animacje, a zwłaszcza aktywności sportowe. Wszystkim, którzy uwielbiają spokojny wypoczynek, wybitnie dobre jedzonko, plażowanie nad oceanem i do tego odrobinę ruchu w postaci jogi czy pilatesu, serdecznie polecam to miejsce! Były to zdecydowanie nasze najlepsze wakacje z Itaką.

Bardzo wymyślane.. i zadziwiająco mała ilość … dużo Niemców a hotel szczególnie im się przymila jedzenie oprócz posiłków głównych jedynie w barze przy basenie. Po kolacji żadnych przekąsek nigdzie nie serwowali . Baru na plazy nie było ale to było pisane w ofercie także z tym się liczyliśmy. Mimo wszystko wakacje udane , widok i lokalizacja wszystko rekompensuje

Hotel zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Piękna stylistyka wnętrz bez niepotrzebnego przepychu. Pokoje bardzo ładne. Codziennie sprzątane , wymieniane ręczniki plażowe. Codziennie uzupełniany mini bar. Obsługa zawsze bardzo miła. Restauracja i posiłki na wyjątkowym poziomie. Chodziliśmy na wszystkie posiłki , takie są dobre. Mieliśmy opcje Star Prestige. Całą dobę dostępne wysokiej jakości alkohole i przekąski w barze przy basenie - wejście przy pomocy karty star prestige. Wieczorne animacje ciekawe , każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel oceniam na zasłużone 5*. Jedynym minusem jest pobieranie opłaty w wersji Star Prastige za żelki i orzeszki w minibarze. Nie stanowi to jakiegoś problemu , ale przy dopłacie 1000 Euro za pobyt , powinni darować sobie opłatę za żelki.

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, właściwie przy „publicznej” plaży. Publicznej w cudzysłowie - gdyż korzystają z niej głównie osoby z hotelu Iberostar (dotyczy leżaków najbliżej wyjścia z hotelu). (...)
Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, właściwie przy „publicznej” plaży. Publicznej w cudzysłowie - gdyż korzystają z niej głównie osoby z hotelu Iberostar (dotyczy leżaków najbliżej wyjścia z hotelu). Przy basenie sporo leżaków, co przekłada się na brak walki o leżaki. Duży plus za świetne rozwiązanie wymiany ręczników, które wydawane i wymieniane są bezpłatnie na świeże przez cały pobyt. Wyżywienie bardzo urozmaicone dla mięsożerców, jeśli jesteś wegetarianinem - jest OK. Weganie mogą mieć problem z nakładaniem się do syta. Bardzo dużo posiłków przygotowywanych jest na bieżąco zgodnie z życzeniem gości - na śniadanie omlety, na obiady i kolacje makarony z różnymi dodatkami, a także mięsa, ryby czy owoce morza. Podczas wszystkich posiłków napoje podają kelnerzy (poza świeżo wyciskanymi sokami i lemoniadami, które można nalać sobie samemu). Przy zameldowaniu wybiera się pory, w których będzie się spożywało posiłki (śniadania 7:30-9 lub 9-10.30, obiady 13-14 lub 14-15, kolacje 19-20 lub 20-21) - dzięki temu kolejki są mniejsze i posiłek spożywa się w spokoju. Podczas tygodniowego pobytu tylko raz zdarzyło się, że musieliśmy czekać kilka minut na wolny stolik. Animacje poranne i wieczorne przygotowywane pod głównych gości hotelu - Niemcy 60+, zresztą w całym hotelu łatwiej dogadać się po niemiecku niż po angielsku. Wifi dostępne bezpłatnie na terenie całego hotelu (brak blokady na Netflixa i inne platformy streamingowe), telewizja hiszpańska i niemiecka w pokoju. Minibar w pokoju codzienne uzupełniany i bezpłatny (poza winem, prosecco i przekąskami - o czym obsługa wyraźnie informuje podczas zameldowania) - w cenie Cola, Fanta, soki, wody i piwo. W pokoju dostępny jest także ekspres na kapsułki - kawa jest codziennie uzupełniana bezpłatnie. W pokoju dostępna jest również karafka na świeżą wodę, a na każdym piętrze znajduje się sporo maszyn filtrujących wodę. Maszyny są wyposażone w wysokiej jakości filtry i woda jest bardzo smaczna. Przy basenie znajduje się bar z przekąskami, lodami i napojami. Alkohol przy basenie podawany jest już od 10:30, co było dla nas pewnym zaskoczeniem. W hotelu podawany jest importowany alkohol (bacardi, Jack Daniels, gin Bombay, wódka Absolut) oraz oryginalne napoje bezalkoholowe (cola, fanta, sprite) i soki. Ulubione drinki można zamówić przy barze, jednak wygodniejszą opcją jest zamówienie u kelnera - który co jakiś czas sprawdza, czy szklanki nie są już puste ;) Hotel nie prowadzi animacji dla dzieci, ale w hotelu dzieci praktycznie nie było. Obsługa hotelu nastawiona jest bardzo przyjaźnie. All inclusive obowiązuje nawet po wymeldowaniu, co w wielu hotelach nie jest standardem.

Ogólnie hotel dość przyjemny, ale… Nie bierzcie pokoi z bocznym widokiem na ocean. To są okna wychodzące na hałaśliwą drogę szybkiego ruchu. Mini bar w pokojach jest dodatkowo płatny. (Mieliśmy opcję all Inclusive). Ogólnie hotel czysty, personel pomocny. Czasem przy 3 osobach był problem ze znalezieniem wolnego stolika na posiłku, gdyż większość to dwójki. W innych sieciowych hotelach tego standardu można spotkać obsługę odprowadzajacą do wolnych stolików, co bardzo ułatwia. Hotel na uboczu, piękne widoki i zadbany ogród. Taxi do centrum to ok 5€, lotnisko ok 100€. Leżaki zarezerwowane już rano, obsługa nic z tym nie robi. Brak możliwości skorzystania z lunchbox’ów przygotowanych przez hotel. Transfer lotniskowy o 6.05, a śniadanie od 7.30! Zerowe animacje dla dzieci. Inne kończą się o 23.00. Plaża piękna, ale nie jest to plaza hotelowa. Ogólnie hotel przyjemny, ale chyba 5* to za dużo.

Delikatny minus za pokoje, które mogłyby zostać już odświeżone oraz za brak udogodnień takie jak bilard, piłkarzyki etc..

Hotel fantastyczny. Wspaniałe zróżnicowane jedzenie. Przemiła obsługa. Bardzo czysto. Bardzo duże pokoje. Jeden z najlepszych hoteli w jakim spędzaliśmy wakacje - A było ich wiele.. Szczerze polecam.

HOTEL: Polecam - Atrakcyjnie położony, pokój w dobrym miejscu, dobra obsługa i jedzenie ALE, - Mieliśmy problem z hałasującą i nieskuteczną klimatyzacją, mimo pokoju w standardzie Prestige. Dopiero po trzeciej interwencji problem został skutecznie rozwiązany. Minęło niestety parę dni i wrażenia pozostały mieszane. - Hotel posiada WIFI o bardzo dobrym zasięgu, jednak połączenie z Internetem było regularnie zrywane co kilkanaście minut. W pokoju w którym mieszkaliśmy był bardzo słaby zasięg sieci komórkowej, więc było to problemem.

Ascend to the Pico del Chache, the highest peak of Lanzarote, from where there is a beautiful view of the La Corona volcano. Drive along the west coast to the Timanfaya National Park - the Fire Mountains, the greatest attraction of the island. Observation of geothermal phenomena. After this exciting search, the captain will change course of the boat to explore the small bays in the south of Fuerteventura.
