Niewątpliwie bardzo dużym autem hotelu jest płożenie ok 100m od plaży bez konieczności przechodzenia przez ulicę. Plaża czysta, szeroka z drobnym piaskiem. Tuż przy plaży promenada która prowadzi do samego Moro Jable. Pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane, persone bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Pobyt bardzo udany.

Hotel położony w centrum kurortu. Bardzo blisko do plaży, 2-3 minuty promenada. Po drugiej stronie ulicy sklepy, knajpki, stragany, wypożyczalnie. Hotel bardzo ładny, czysty, schludny, zadbany. Dużo zieleni, kwiatów, kaktusy. 3 baseny w tym jeden brodzik dla dzieci. Leżaków dosyć dużo, jednak w godzinach południowych brakowało miejsc ( ludzi zajmowali i nie korzystali). Przekąski na basenie smaczne ( standard: frytki, burgery, pizza, ciasta, owoce, jednak brak lodow) . Drinki w barach niemaczne, sama chemia, bardzo słodkie, z automatu. Dobry był szampan z butelki. Wina w restauracji ani dobre ani nie dobre. Piwo dobre, gazowane. Hotel dla lubiących spokój, nic szczególnego wieczorami się nie działo. Młody chłopak pełen energii musi chodzić i prosić starych Niemców do zabawy. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, maja dziwne kartki, że jak się chce sprzątanie to trzeba kartkę powiesić, jednak i bez niej panie sprzątają pokoje. Jedyny minus, że po wejściu pierwszy raz do pokoju bardzo śmierdziało, był zaduch, prawdopodobnie śmierdziało z klimatyzacji bo była zagrzybiona. Jak okno było otwarte cały czas to było ok. Pokój od ulicy to tragedia, ciągły hałas, cała noc jeżdżą tiry i autobusy. Jest tam również gdzieś klub i w piątki są imprezy do ponad 6 rano w soboty. Jedzenie było smaczne, ale raczej bez szału. Każdy się naje. Śniadanie codziennie to samo, dosłownie. Cały czas było dokładane na bieżąco. Codziennie na kolację były krewetki bądź kalmary oraz ryba. Różne mięsa, warzywa na ciepło, na zimno. I dla nas najważniejsze!! Była prawdziwa mielona kawa z automatu. Mleczko z automatu psuło smak bo było z proszku , ale my sobie laliśmy zimnego co było do owsianki. Mleka były różne: zwykle, bez laktozy, sojowe, kozie... obsługa miła, uśmiechnięta, pomocna, starała się bardzo. Strach było jeździć windami, zacinały się drzwi. Codziennie kilka razy dralowalismy na 3 piętro.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Blisko plaży i promenady biegnącej wzdłuż plaży, którą w około 15 minut można dojść do centrum miasteczka Morro Jable. Pokoje przestronne, czyste. Pokoje może nie najnowszer ale ok. Wyżywienie dla nas idealne. Często owoce morza w różnych postaciach, dużo różnych owoców. Jeśli ktoś liczy na dobre drinki to tu można się zawieść, są paskudne z dużą ilością róznych syropów. Na plus w tym temacie, że jeśli ktoś lubi wino, to można sobie nalewać z nalewaków wino białe, czerwone, różowe i sangria. Wszystkie bardzo dobre, jest też piwo z nalewaka. Nalewaki są dostepne w barze przy basenie, podczas posiłków i w barze wieczornym. Niestety klienci biura Itaka otrzymują pokoje od strony ulicy. Dla nas nie było to zbyt uciążliwe, choć słychać uliczny ruch. Za dopłatą można wymienic pokoje od strony basenu, my tego nie robliliśmy i nie żałujemy. Animacje dość słabe nam to nie przeszkadzało. W hotelu przeważali starsi niemcy dzięki temu było dość spokojnie. Naprzeciw hotelu centrum handlowe, bary, wypożyczalnie samochodów.

Skorzystanie z przedmiotowego sprzętu to powrót do czasów, kiedy na korcie królowała nie Iga Świątek, lecz Steffi Graf aczkolwiek ma to swój urok.

Plaża przepiękna!! Piaszczysta i szeroka. Jesli ktoś lubi sporty wodne to również znajdzie tu coś dla siebie. Jedzenie świetne. Dla każdego coś innego. Duży wybór i bardzo smaczne. Krewetki codziennie!! Jeśli ktoś lubi owoce morza to będzie zadowolony-krewetki, ryby pieczone, kalmary, mule. Bardzo polecam.

Czystość w pokoju jak i w całym hotelu bez zarzutu. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre. Plaża bardzo blisko hotelu, dosłownie po wyjściu 2 minuty jesteś na pięknej długiej plaży. Jedyne co to w hotelu jest bardzo duża ilość osób starszych (głównie Niemców). Pokoje dla Polaków są od strony ulicy.
