Fantastyczne położenie hotelu, do pięknej plaży kilka minut spacerem, na początku promenady prowadzącej do urokliwego miasteczka Morro Jable. Hotel w miarę ok, ale trochę zniszczony i zaniedbany. Pokoje proste i nowoczesne, dokładnie sprzątane. Jedzenie dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, dużo ryb i owoców morza. Obsługa sympatyczna, no może poza kilkoma osobami z recepcji w dniu przyjazdu ( akurat taka zmiana się trafiła).

Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła, wyżywienie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie jest w czym wybierać, pokój mieliśmy z widokiem na podjazd przed hotelem ale nam to nie przeszkadzało bo w pokoju tylko spaliśmy resztę czasu spędzaliśmy na przepięknej plaży na którą trzeba przejść tylko przez drogę żeby na nią dotrzeć leżaki na cały dzień kosztowały 13.5€.

Położenie hotelu poprostu petarda. Widok na ocean mega! Plaza poprostu cudna!Jedzenie monotonne ale duzy wybór i każdy znajdzie tu coś dla siebie. Pokój mieliśmy po remoncie i sprzątany był bez zarzutów. Brak wody butelkowanej. Generalnie byliśmy zadowoleni. Jeżeli chodzi o minusy tego hotelu to za mało obsługi przez co były kolejki do barów i inne niedociągnięcia jeżeli chodzi o obslugę. Najgorsze były brudne szklanki naczynia i sztućce co było nie do przyjęcia! Na basenach nikt nie sprzatał. Stoliki bardzo brudne.Według mnie to oszczędzanie na personelu wpływa na minusy tego hotelu a szkoda.

Hotel dobrze położony, blisko do pięknej piaszczystej plaży, niedaleko sklepy, blisko, spacerkiem do miasteczka. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre. Miejsc na leżakach przy basenie nie brakowało. Największy problem stanowi czystość. Pokoje sprzątane pobieżnie, taras nigdy nie był myty w czasie naszego pobytu, żel pod prysznic nie był uzupełniany. W ostatnim dniu pobytu zabrakło go. Toaleta nie była myta jedynie obficie zlana domestosem. Kabina prysznicowa również. Naczynia pozostawione na korytarzach stały tam cały dzień, również worki z brudnymi ręcznikami i pościelą. Podłogę myto jedynie w głównych ciągach komunikacyjnych, w bocznych korytarzch do pokojów nigdy. Śmieci walały się po podłodze. Naczynia były źle myte. Wielokrotnie trafiła mi się filiżanka bądź kieliszek ze szminką.

Jednakże śpi się na nich całkiem ok, choć w 4 gwaizdkowych hotelach zwykle bywa wygodniejszy. Jedzenia duży wybór, smaczne i urozmaicone. Kolejki do baru po alkohol wieczorem, więc jeśli nie przyjechałeś spędzać wolnego czasu przy kieliszku nie będzie to wielki problem. Moim zdaniem największym minusem były ręczniki.. Nie wiem dlaczego, ale w ogóle nie wciągały wody. Można było co najwyżej rozmazać wodę na sobie, trochę irytujące ale można dosuszyć się suszarką. Pokój mieliśmy od strony z pingpongiem i cymbergayem..dzieci i dorośli potrafią cisnąć do północy w to i jeśli masz zamiar pójść wcześniej spać bo np. następnego dnia jedziesz na Lanzarote albo objazd po Fuercie, to możesz być tym poirytowany. Blisko jest Cicar, mają dobre i dość tanie samochody w automacie z full insurence. Plus za to że można zabrać samochód na Lanzarote, my poplynelismy promem o 11 i udało się zwiedzić prawie całą wyspę, prom powrotny koło 19.

Hotel ogólnie oceniam pozytywnie. Mimo wszystko nie jest z pewnością hotelem idealnym. Czystość na średnim poziomie, szczególnie widoczne braki personelu w częściach wspólnych. Obsługa się stara jednak widać przeciążenie pracą. Część atrakcji była otwierana później niż w harmonogramie czy też nie była otwierana (np. bar przy górnym basenie), wyżywienie jak na all inclusive ok, pokój duży, wygodny, plaża 7 - 10 min na pieszo. Plaże szerokie i piękne. Niestety podczas pobytu mieliśmy dwa nieprzyjemne incydenty. Z pokoju zniknęła piżama, a drugi raz selfie stick. Sposób w jaki nas potraktowano w recepcji był poniżej oczekiwań, a wręcz trudno sobie wyobrazić takoe podejście Pani menedżer tj. np. sugerowanie czy na pewno mieliśmy itp.

Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła, pomocna i uśmiechnięta. W hotelu czysto czy to na częściach wspólnych restauracja, część basenowa i inne strefy. Duży wybór dobrego jedzenia. Jedyna rzeczy, która mnie zaskoczyła woda z dystrybutora była okropna w smaku. Nie ważne czy tp na terenie kuchni czy basenu. Kawa też nie spełniła moich oczekiwań ale poza tym nie mam się do czego przyczepić.

Jedzenie w ofercie all - bardzo duży wybór - od napoji, przez mięso, ryby, owoce morza, sałatki, ciasta, lody, właściwie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie! Hotel jest położony blisko plazy, jest na wzgórzu, ale nie trzeba wspinać się pod górkę jak do innych, sąsiednich hoteli - jest w hotelu kilka wind na sam dół i kwestia przejścia przez ulice i jesteśmy przy plazy (publicznej). W hotelu dobre, w miarę mocne drinki. Kilka basenów w tym infinity.

Hotel zdecydowanie przereklamowany, cały hotel jest dosyć duzy, natomiast ilość miejsca w basenach czy nawet ilość działających barów jest zdecydowanie za mała. Dochodziło czasami do sytuacji ze do baru wieczorem trzeba było stać w kolejce ponad 25/30 minut aby dostać głupiego drinka. Jedzenie bardzo monotonne - plusem jest bliskość restuaracji w poblizu więc można sobie urozmaicić jedzenie. Hotel widać ze ma już swoje lata, możliwe ze przeszedł remont nie dawno - ale na pewno nie był to gruntowny remont a raczej remont części hotelu. Klimatyzacja własciciwe nie działa tak jak my w Polsce rozumiemy działanie klimatyzacji tzn zmniejszanie temperatury o kilka stopnii, tam to działa na zasadzie wentylatorka i tyle

Animacje od 21:30 ,więc wieczór urozmaicony.Baseny 3 najbardziej popularne, bez bitwy o leżaki. Do plaży kawałek drogi , ale rekompensowała woda z oceanu. Na siłowni zazwyczaj było pusto.Recepcja pomocna w każdej kwestii. Pokoje z klimą i wiatrak dodatkowo.
