Hotel z zewnątrz wygląda bardzo dobrze, recepcja, poczekalnia, jadalnia, strefa basenowa czysta i schludna. Pan w recepcji nieco ospały. Pokoje czyste, ale umeblowane meblami ogrodowymi (stolik i krzesła, które już były bardzo stare, brzydkie i zużyte). Łazienka nie zachęcała do przebywania w niej, stare płytki, wanna która sprawiała wrażenie że się zarwie od ciężaru użytkownika, zaschnięta plama na podłodze której nie dało się wytrzeć, materiałowa zasłona do wanny wisiała na rurce której nie dało się zamontować na ścianie, więc z niej nie korzystaliśmy. Pokoje były sprzątane chyba co 2 dni, raz na pamiątkę dostaliśmy szmatkę w umywalce. Mało kontaktów do ładowania sprzętu. Jedzenie poprawne, zjadliwe, ale bez porównania do poziomu restauracyjnego. Codzienne animacje do 23 uniemożliwiały wcześniejsze zaśnięcie, wszystko było słychać w pokoju, a karaoke nie było najwyższych lotów. Rezydenta w hotelu brak, autokar na lotnisko spóźnił się 45min przez co jako ostatni przechodziliśmy przez checkin przez co siedzieliśmy osobno, w ostatnich rzędach które zdawały się być ciaśniejsze (tym bardziej dla 190cm mężczyzny)

Hotel z zewnątrz wygląda fajnie, zabudowa niska w stylu kanaryjskim . Niestety pokoje zaskakują. Totalnie nie wykorzystana duża powierzchnia . Pokoje niby odnowione ale byle jak, wyposażenie nie daje uczucia przytulności jest zimne i nie przyjazne. Oddzielna sypialnia z szafą, które nie spełnia swojej funkcji. Za mało półek a drążek na wieszaki umieszony zbyt wysoko dla osób o średnim wzroście , trzeba wspinać się, żeby zdjąć coś z wieszaka. Łazienka z plastikową wanną uginającą się pod ciężarem ciała byle jak odmalowana i z zepsutą baterią łazienkową . Brakuje półek , szafek , miejsc do przechowywania. Pierwszy pokój , który nam przydzielono nie do przyjęcia . Z widokiem na ulice , kontener na śmieci przy pracujących non stop agregatach. Drugi po zmianie dzięki uprzejmości obsługi bez dopłaty dużo lepszy, z widokiem na basen. . Fajny taras z leżakami oraz leżaki przy basenie, niestety nie ogrzewanym. W zasadzie tylko raz spędziliśmy tam kilka godzin. Rano leżaki zajmowane są ręcznikami przez gości hotelowych. Jedzenie różne, raz lepsze, raz gorsze. Na śniadania zawsze to samo , ale można coś wybrać . Kolacje zdecydowanie lepsze. Obsługa bardzo miła, uśmiechnięta i bardzo przyjazna. W pokojach kosze opróżnianie codziennie, na życzenie wymiana pościeli i ręczników. Codzienne animacje między godziną 20:00 - 23:00 dość głośnie. Najgorzej wspominam karaoke. Z drugiej strony fajna miejscówka, bo na plażę jest bardzo blisko spacerkiem przez miasto . od plaży głównej kierując się w prawo promenadą można dojść do fajnych mniejszych plaż. Dookoła są sklepy , restauracje , kafejki, blisko do centrum. Blisko również do dworca autobusowego, skąd można dojechać zarówno do północnej jak i południowej części wyspy. Promenada ciągnąca się wzdłuż wybrzeża to kolejny plus , można na chwilę przysiąść a ławeczce i wsłuchać się w szum oceanu . Rezydent dostępny jest tylko przez Whats App . Nie korzystaliśmy z wycieczek, bo nie wszystkie były w tym czasie realizowane. Sami pojechaliśmy autobusami do Parku Krajobrazowego w Corralejo, najpierw autobusem do Puerto del Rosario i stamtąd do Corralejo . Przystanki wszystkie są na żądanie, trzeba przed wysiadaniem to zasygnalizować przyciskiem .

Lanzarote island — visit to the region of La Geria, the landscape of which consists of torpid lava and volcanic ash. Transfer to the north of the island to Jameos del Agua - a cave adapted by a local artist, Cesar Manrique. Drive to the Valley of a Thousand Palms. Lunch break. Ascend to the Pico del Chache, the highest peak of Lanzarote, from where there is a beautiful view of the La Corona volcano. Drive along the west coast to the Timanfaya National Park - the Fire Mountains, the greatest attraction of the island. Observation of geothermal phenomena.
