Hotel jest pięknie piłożony, w samym centrum miasteczka Morro Jable, uważam że ma najlepsze położenie ze wszystkich hoteli oferowanych przez Itakę. Cudowna, długa piaszczysta plaża przez ulice. W hotelu nie spędzaliśmy dużo czasu wiec trudno odnieść mi s t czy były animacje i jakie. Absolutnie wszyscy porozumiewają się po niemiecku, niestety większość obsługi nie zna nawet podstaw angielskiego. Wynika to z tego, że hotel jest zdominowany przez niemieckich turystów, głównie emerytów, co nam absolutnie nie przeszkadzało bo dawało raczej cieszę i spokoj :) wyżywienie słabe, monotonne, UWAGA na paelle - mąż dwa razy się zatruł. Łóżka i poduszki bardzo niewygodne. Pokój przestronny jednak klienci Itaki rzeczywiście kwaterowani są w najgorszych pokojach - my mieliśmy widok ba piękną żółtą ścianę... dodatkowo zaraz przy rampie rozładunkowej gdzie od wczesnych godzin porannych. Ulokowanie pokoju bardzo obniża ogólna ocenę wakacji. W łazience zarówno ba podłodze jak i na blacie mnóstwo małych robaczków.

Przyjemny i wygodny hotel, na pewno wart polecenia. Pokój komfortowy, codziennie sprzątany. Jedyny minus - trafił nam się parter, więc bonus w postaci mrówek niestety nie do uniknięcia. Ale za to można wyjść przez balkon prosto na basen ;) Z hotelu blisko na plażę (szeroka, piaszczysta), natomiast poza plaża za wiele spacerowych miejsc w okolicy nie ma - typowa miejscowość turystyczna z samymi hotelami, ale okolica spokojna i zadbana. Wyżywienie - dobre, ale porównując z naszym poprzednim hotelem w Chorwacji o podobnym standardzie trochę mniejszy wybór i po tygodniu czuć już pewną monotonię. Do tego typowa Hiszpania, czyli mało opcji dla osób wege - mięso dodawane dosłownie wszędzie, a do tego brak poprawnych oznaczeń i opisów wszystkich potraw (zarówno pod kątem mięsa, jak i alergenów). Niemniej to tylko drobne niedogodności i całość pobytu oceniamy na 5 :) W kwestii opisu oferty warto jeszcze dodać, że dojazd z lotniska zajmuje nie 1, a 2 godziny, a doliczając oczekiwanie w ogromnej kolejce (w jednym czasie lądują wawa i Kato) - w hotelu będziecie pod wieczór, więc praktycznie pełne 2 dni odpadają tu na podroz.

Hotel przyzwoity, raczej mniejszy - co jest plusem. Dobra lokalizacja, w dzielnicy hotelowej, blisko plaży. Jedzenie - jak to w Hiszpanii - dobre. Pokoje nowocześnie urządzone. Niestety, klienci Itaki kwaterowani są na pierwszym poziomie, czyli poniżej basenu, z widokiem na wał lub mur. Pracownicy recepcji są mocno asertywni przy prośbach o zmianę na lepsze pokoje z jakimkolwiek widokiem. Ale jeśli ktoś lubi się dłużej wyspać ze względu na ciągły mrok, to będzie zadowolony. Ci, którzy bywali w innych hotelach na Fuercie, mogą być rozczarowani.

Wróciłem z urlopu pełen energii i uśmiechu po wspaniałym pobycie w hotelu Buganvilla. Hotel zachwycił mnie swoją elegancją i czystością. Basen hotelowy z wygodnymi leżakami był moim ulubionym miejscem do relaksu. Pobyt nad basenem pozwolił mi na odprężenie i chwilę wytchnienia podczas słonecznych dni. Plaża pokryta delikatnym piaseczkiem, niedaleko hotelu była idealnym dopełnieniem wypoczynku. Personel hotelowy był niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny, dbając o nasz komfort przez cały pobyt. Pokój hotelowy był przestronny, czysty i wygodny, zapewniając mi doskonałe warunki do wypoczynku po dniu pełnym atrakcji. Dodam, że był sprzątany każdego dnia. Kulinaria hotelu były zróżnicowane i wyśmienite - każdy posiłek to prawdziwa uczta dla podniebienia. Wieczorne spacery po plaży w stronę portu i miasteczka Moro Jable, oświetlone łagodnym blaskiem księżyca, były niezapomniane. Ten urlop był dla mnie nie tylko czasem wypoczynku, ale także inspiracją i nowymi doświadczeniami, którymi będę czerpał jeszcze przez długi czas. Dzięki!

Fajną opcją są automaty do samodzielnego nalewania napojów, soków również nalewaki do wina i piwa. Basen wystarczający, podgrzewana woda. Plaża blisko i ogólnie dobra lokalizacja hotelu.

Byliśmy z żoną w hotelu w okresie od 4 do 11 marca. Sam hotel, pokoje, wyżywienie, obsługa i ogólnie warunki bardzo dobre, zwłaszcza jeżeli chodzi o stosunek ceny do jakości. We wszystkich miejscach hotelu i pokojach darmowy Internet, Budynek hotelowy jest dość rozległy i licznymi korytarzami zwłaszcza zewnętrznymi, co u niektórych może na początku powodować problem z odnalezieniem pokoju. Pokoje w hotelu wykupione przez Itakę nie mają widoku na ocean, za to niektóre są z widokiem na skały i w piwnicach, ale z poznanych tam znajomych nikt na to nie narzekał, W sumie w pokojach się nie siedzi, ze względu na słoneczną, ciepła pogodę W hotelu goście głównie w wieku 70 -75+ w zdecydowanej większości Niemcy, Tuż przy hotelu jest podgrzewany basen i wiele miejsca do leżakowania, Samych leżaków jest aż w nadmiarze i nie ma potrzeby ich wcześniejszego rezerwowania. Leżaki i ręczniki za darmo. Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko promenady, alejki z butikami i sklepikami. Jest blisko do bardzo szerokiej piaszczystej plaży. Pogoda wspaniała. Pani rezydent bardzo uprzejma, pomocna, dostępna.

Ogólnie ok. Ale położenie pokoju , który dostaliśmy to tragedia. Pokój jak i cała lewa strona tego hotelu umiejscowiona jest przy rampie gdzie codziennie o godz. 4.00 w nocy jest wywóz śmieci. Trwa to kilka minut i generuje hałas , który powoduje ,że o spaniu nie ma mowy. Dodatkowo o godz. 7.15 codziennie zaczyna się rajd zdezelowanych wózków personelu sprzątającego. Pierwszy etap rajdu kończy się ok. 9.00. Drugi etap zaczyna się podczas sjesty ok. 14.00 i trwa ok. 1 godzina. Dlatego też odradzam pokoje w tej części hotelu.
