Hotel dobrze położony, blisko ładnej plaży, sklepów i restauracji. Pokoje/apartamenty duże, czyste i wygodne, sprzątane codziennie (raz lepiej, raz gorzej). Posiłki ciekawe i smaczne, miła obsługa. Akceptowalne drinki jedynie w barze Galeon wieczorem. Główna niedogodność to niestabilne WiFi - pomimo połączenia z siecią bardzo często brak dostępu do internetu, konieczne wielokrotne odświeżanie połączenia.

Hotel Los Zocos Impressive na Lanzarote oceniam pozytywnie. Jednym z dużych plusów są z pewnością bardzo dobre drinki i napoje, w tym markowe napoje bezalkoholowe i piwo, co wyróżnia ten hotel na tle innych. Bliskość plaży i duży teren z licznymi leżakami to kolejne atuty, zapewniające komfortowy wypoczynek. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, rozumiem, że po dwóch tygodniach może wydawać się monotonne, jednak doceniam, że w ciągu pierwszego tygodnia można znaleźć smaczne i różnorodne posiłki. Sama wyspa Lanzarote zrobiła na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie, oferując wiele interesujących miejsc do zwiedzania. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, polecam ten hotel na wakacje. Należy jednak wziąć pod uwagę pewne niedogodności, takie jak duża liczba dzieci oraz obecność karaluchów, co niestety może się zdarzyć w tym klimacie. Plus za reakcję obsługi na zgłoszenia i dezynsekcję pokoju. Na pochwałę zasługują również fajne animacje, takie jak pokazy magii, tańce i gry rodzinne, które umilają czas gościom.

Przy zameldowaniu dostaliśmy kartę informacyjną w języku polskim, bardzo miły gest hotelu w kierunku gości. Nie sprawdziła sie w nim informacja o utracie opcji all inclusive po oddaniu kart do pokoju. Nadal można było z niego korzystać.

Hotel niestety nas bardzo zawiódł. Obsługa nie była zbyt miła. Spojrzenia Pań na recepcji i na stołówce sprawiały że odechciewało się wszystkiego. Najbardziej zdenerwował nas fakt że nikt nie poinformował nas o powodzi która miała miejsce w Costa Teguise tydzień przed naszym urlopem . Co popsuło jednak w jakimś stopniu te wakacje, ponieważ plaże które znajdowaly się blisko hotelu były całe w glinie co bardzo zniechęcało do siedzenia na nich nie mówiąc o kąpaniu. Po wejściu na recepcję wszyscy dostali pokoje odrazu a dla nas niestety zabrakło, a przyjechaliśmy o 15 i pokoje miałyby odrazu gotowe. Musieliśmy chodzić na recepcje pytać bo Pani powiedziała że pokój będzie dostępny po 30 min a był po 1,5 h. Po wejściu do pokoju kolejne rozczarowanie, pokoje wyglądały jakby nikt ich na posprzątał. Stół był poplamiony, cały popękany. Podłogi porysowane i nieumyte, a łóżka to jakiś żart bo były oczywiście 2 połączone, które rozsuwały się gdy ktoś się poruszył. Najgorsze było to co wydarzyło się po chwili, chcieliśmy się odświeżyć po podróży ale Pani sprzątająca skutecznie nam przeszkodziła. Narzeczony szedł się kąpać, a ja po kąpieli chciałam się ubrać i nagle otwierają się drzwi Pani stoi z szampanem i czekoladkami w ręce. Moją pierwszą reakcją oczywiście był pisk bo się wystraszyłam a Pani weszła sobie patrząc na mnie położyła to na stół i wyszła. Co najlepsze miała dzwonek do drzwi którego wystarczyło użyć. Kolejny aspekt to jedzenie które widać że jest tam robione typowo pod Anglików. Na śniadanie codziennie to samo, a na obiad i kolację co drugi dzień. Poza tym jedzenie nie miało żadnego smaku. Wakacje uratowało nam auto które wypożyczyliśmy. Wyspa jest piękna i warto ją odwiedzić lecz niekoniecznie wybierając ten hotel.

Jeśli chodzi o hotel spełnił w pełni nasze oczekiwania, jedyne do czego można było się przyczepić to zimna woda w basenie ale to nie do końca wina hotelu. Pokoje komfortowe, czyste , codziennie sprzątane.Telewizja ,wifi, lodówka , aneks kuchenny,klimatyzacja wszystko ok. Łazienka duża ,czysta, ciepła wodą o każdej porze. Restauracja w porządku , jedzenie zróżnicowane , są lokalne przysmaki i owoce morza. W barach lody ,przekąski , granita , bardzo duży wybór alkoholi od piwa ( było również bezalkoholowe , przez rozmaite likiery ,aż po wino musujące.Bardzo fajne animacje zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych , w trakcie dnia i wieczorem w barze.

Hotel 4 gwiazdkowy na Wyspach Kanaryjskich. Niestety w porównania z innymi hotelami na wyspach tej kategorii wygląda słabiej. Jedzenie, różnie w jeden dzień mega duży wybór , w kolejny słabiej. Na plus dużo owoców morza i ryb. Śniadania też (znowu porównaniu z innymi hotelami) słabsze. Mało świerzych warzyw - tylko pomidor. Drinki przy basenie (w strefie cichej)sztuczne z automatu, tylko sangria i piwo do wypicia. W pokoju tylko mydło w płynie pod prysznicem i mydełka w kostce przy umywalce. Teraz czesto w tej kategorii hotelu mamy szampon, odżywkę i często balsam do ciała. Położenie hotelu mega plus i to o co nam chodziło blisko- deptak, plaża, restauracje i sklepy.

Fantastyczny pobyt w Hotelu Los Zocos Impressive! Spędziłem w Los Zocos Impressive Lanzarote niezapomniane chwile i zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka idealnego miejsca na wypoczynek! Przede wszystkim obsługa hotelowa jest niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna – od recepcji po restauracje i serwis sprzątający, wszyscy dbają o komfort gości. Pokoje są przestronne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone, a codzienne sprzątanie utrzymuje je w nienagannym stanie. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługują baseny i strefa relaksu – przestronne, zadbane i idealne zarówno do odpoczynku, jak i aktywnego spędzania czasu. Biorąc jednak pod uwagę jak mało spędza się w nich czasu ogólnie całość na plus. Jedzenie różnorodne, smaczne, dużo owoców morza, dobre desery, owoce. Drinki fatalne, chemia z proszku, ale tak niestety często bywa na tego typu wakacjach więc mimo, że gorszych nigdy nie trafiłam nie było to jakimś dużym zaskoczeniem. Okolica hotelu piękna, zadbana, ogród i roślinność zdecydowanie na plus. Dużo basenów, blisko do oceanu, centrum miasta. Całość przystosowana dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Sporo animacji, animatorzy zaangażowani. Dla osób, którym nie wystarczą deptaki spacerowe wzdłuż oceanu i liczne ścieżki rowerowe, jest nowa, dobrze wyposażona, klimatyczna siłownia. Hotel blisko lotniska. Ogólnie cena do jakości ok, polecam hotel Los Zocos Impressive.

Jeżeli chodzi o czystość- jest w porządku, bardzo czysto. Lokalizacja super- 5 min do plaży, obok Hiper dino, w którym można było się zaopatrzeć np w wodę pitną (są na terenie hotelu dystrybutory, ale latanie z butelką i nalewanie jest średnie). Pokój który dostaliśmy lata świetności miał za sobą, ale nie chciało mi się szarpać z wymianą. Nie podobało mi się, że będąc w hotelu już o 15, pokój dostaliśmy dopiero o 17. Ciekawe ile czeka się w sezonie.. Jedzenie- monotonne, zwłaszcza śniadania. Na śniadaniach- żadnych warzyw , oprócz pomidorów. Częsty problem z dostępnością kubków do kawy i herbaty, oraz z maszynami do ich używania. Baseny- woda zimniejsza niż w oceanie. Nie pojechałabym do tego hotelu drugi raz, właśnie ze względu na brak podgrzewanego basenu i średnie jedzenie. Kawa była po prostu niesmaczna.

Główne atuty hotelu to: lokalizacja w Costa Tequise, rozległość, zieleń. Pokoje dla gości z Itaki nie mają nasłonecznionych tarasów. Trochę te pokoje zużyte, ale jakoś daje radę. Internet jest ok. Ale łazienki (w miarę niedawno robione) w tych pokojach to robił jakiś "mistrzunio" - spadek na podłodze w drugą stronę, tak że jak bierzesz prysznic to woda płynie dosłownie do progów. Jakby chcieć zmienić pokój to pani na recepcji liczy sobie dodatkowo 70e za dobę. Jedzenie jak to w hotelach all inclusive standardowe menu angielskie - może być gwar na stołówce jak usiądziesz wewnątrz lepiej jest trochę jakby na tarasie dookoła. Leżaki w miarę nowe, a na ferie zimowe 2025 nie było problemów z zajmowaniem leżaków. Baseny (powiedzmy zespoły basenów) "cichy i "głośny" są dwa z przeznaczeniem raczej dla dzieci. Dorosły może się się trochę schłodzić. Baseny nie były podgrzewane w lutym. Dostępny ratownik. Pod tym kątem hotel dobry dla małych dzieci lubiących się kąpać. Siłownia ładna muszę przyznać. Z animacji jakoś nie korzystaliśmy. Możesz śmiało jechać, chodzi o to żeby minusy nie przesłoniły Ci plusów..) A plusem jest super plaża Cucharas (na oko 200m, google Ci pokażą lepiej), promenada, lokalizacja w CostaTequise. Jedż śmiało wypożycz rower lub samochód i zwiedzaj, plażuj. Miłego odpoczynku.
