Ogólnie mówiąc hotel mogę polecić. Pokoje bardzo czyste z pięknym widokiem na wulkan/ocean. Jeśli chodzi o plaże to polecam Bollullo, do której idzie się przez plantacje bananowców jednakże reszta plaż nas nie urzekła. Sama miejscowość bardzo ładna i zielona, jest co robić. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, zwłaszcza osoby lubiące ryby i owoce morza, ale nie jest ono specjalnie różnorodne i potrawy mięsne nie były zbyt smaczne. Animacje bardzo słabe. Duży wybór napojów/alkoholi w hotelowym barze.

Hotel czysty, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Wyżywienie all inclusive - nie opłaca się, mały wybór, monotonne, były dosłownie pojedyncze potrawy, które smakowały, kawa okropna. Leżaki - połowa sprawna, nowa, połowa uszkodzona, widać, że to już starsze egzemplarze. Drinki, wino na barze przy basenie były dobre. Obsługa miła. Do plaży daleko, z powrotem pod górkę, autobus hotelowy kursuje tylko do 18. Ogólnie hotel jest dobrym miejscem żeby się przespać, ale nic więcej.

Miałam trochę obaw, bo naczytałam się wieku negatywnych opinii, ale utwierdziłam się w tym, że ludzie maja po prostu nierealistyczne oczekiwania. Jechaliśmy z dzieckiem i mieliśmy mieć pokój z dostawką, a dostaliśmy chyba najlepszy pokój jaki mogliśmy: 2-pokojowy (4 łóżka jedynki) I to w widokiem na morze (za który nie zapłaciliśmy). Na plus animacje typu bingo, autobus do centrum, widoki z hotelu. Kuchnia faktycznie nie jakaś rewelacyjna, ale zawsze się coś znalazło. 6- letni syn był zachwycony, bo zawsze była pizza, makarony i inne fast foody. Polecam wszystkim, to były bardzo udane wakacje. Co do plaży to polecam wybrać się przynajmniej raz spacerkiem na plażę Bollullo - 40 minut od hotelu spacerem, ale jest piękna u piaszczysta.

Byłem 14 dni , ręczniki zmieniane co dwa dni na przemian raz duży potem mały . Pościel tą samą przez cały okres. Posiłki mogą byc minus wędlina , dominuje mortadela. Hotel bardzo czysty, chociaż widać ślady zużycia. Duży obiekt z małym basenem bez zjeżdżalni, animacji itp. Krótko mówiąc, bardzo wygodny jako miejsce do nocowania (pokój dla 3-4 osób miał 36 m2), ale mniej atrakcyjny jako miejsce spędzania całego dnia. Fajnie położony i skomunikowany z centrum pięknego miasteczka, które warte jest oglądania z każdej strony (szczególnie polecam miłośnikom botaniki i projektantom ogrodów).

Hotel jak najbardziej polecamy. Super lokalizacja mimo tego, że położony wyżej, ale możliwości zejścia do centrum miasta dużo, jak również możliwy przejazd autobusem hotelowym .Pokój czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Wyżywienie smaczne i duży wybór (korzystałyśmy z HB). Widok z balkonu przecudny, można patrzeć bez końca na górski krajobraz skąpany o poranku i przed wieczorem w "płynących chmurach", no i oczywiście wulkan Teide - niesamowity widok. Dużo roślinności, wysokie klify, wąwozy i dużo jaszczurek. Basen hotelowy z przyjemną wodą i otoczeniem.

Początkowo byłam pewna obaw z uwagi na negatywne opinie na Google, ale bardzo dobrze oceniam pobyt w tym hotelu. Jest fantastycznie zlokalizowany - rzut beretem od Loro Park, skalnych basenów naturalnych i kompleksu basenów Lago Martianez, więc to świetny wybór dla rodzin z dziećmi, tym bardziej, że północ wyspy ma zdecydowanie łagodniejszy klimat. Ocean i centrum miasta są blisko, w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Otoczenie oferuje kilka pięknych, czarnych plaż. Pokoje są bardzo czyste, jedzenie w restauracji podczas posiłków głównych - smaczne i różnorodne (sporo owoców morza), w przeciwieństwie do posiłków oferowanych w ramach all-in w calodobowym barze przy basenie. Ani ja, ani moje 7-letnie dziecko nie mieliśmy po hotelowej diecie żadnych problemów. Jedyne zatrucie pokarmowe na Wyspach zaliczyłam, kiedy postanowiłam wybrać się na owoce morza poza hotelem. Wady: opasek znakujących gości nie da się zdjąć, nie ma room service'u, a goście mający pokoje od strony basenu muszą liczyć się z dużym hałasem do północy.

Ubytování bylo dostačující a pro nenáročné klienty. Nikdo nemůže čekat komfort All Inclusive, jak je to třeba v Turecku nebo Egyptě. Za nás nám hotel vyhovoval a velkým plusem bylo umístění, protože docházkovou vzdálenosti to bylo super pro naše body zájmu ZOO, obchody atd.. Co nám hodně vadilo, tak to byl otevřený odpadkový koš na použitý toaletní papír na WC.

Hotel sporych rozmiarów z dużą ilością gości, pokoje ładne całkiem zadbane niestety bardzo słabo wyciszone. Za hotelem w hotelu sąsiadującym bardzo głośne zabawy do późnych godzin nocnych, co nawet w przypadku zamkniętych drzwi uniemożliwiało sen. Ostatniego dnia w pokoju zaobserwowany karaluch. Niestety stołówka hotelu wymaga znacznej poprawy, jedzenie podawane często niedosmażone/ niedogotowane co spowodowało dwukrotne zatrucie pokarmowe. Na plus niedaleko od hotelu piękna plaża Bollullo ok (40 minut spacerem), plus 15-minutowe zejście do portowej miejscowości Puerto de la Cruz. Po wyjściu z hotelu widok na Pico el Teide.

Hotel Blue Sea Interpalace został zakwalifikowany jako hotel 4 gwiazdkowy. Moim zdaniem jest to zdecydowanie zawyżona ocena - przyznałabym mu 3 gwiazdki. Najbardziej dokuczliwy w hotelu podczas naszego pobytu był hałas. W godzinach wieczornych do późnej nocy albo było słychać muzykę z naszego hotelu, albo z okolicznych hoteli. Hotel 4-gwiazdkowy zdecydowanie powinien mieć wygłuszone ściany i okna, zamiast cieniutkich, przepuszczających każdy hałas. Gdy już muzyka cichła i człowiek myślał, że uda mu się zasnąć, było to niemożliwe ze względu na wysoką temperaturę. Regulacja temperatury w hotelu nie działała i nawet w nocy było gorąco. Na czas naszego pobytu wykupiliśmy ofertę All inclusive, co okazało się być błędem. Jedzenie było bardzo monotonne i fast-foodowe. Standardem były frytki prawie na każdy posiłek czy kiełbasy o dziwnym kolorze mięsa. Nuggetsy z kurczaka okazały się być w środku ciemoróżowe - nie wiem co to było za mięso, ale na pewno nie kurczak. Będąc w kraju, które słynie z upraw mango i awokado byłam przekonana, że te owoce będą dostępne podczas posiłków. I tym razem spotkało mnie niemiłe zaskoczenie, ponieważ owoce w hotelu ograniczały się do mdłego arbuza, bananów, gruszek i jabłek. Nie lepiej było z warzywami - bezsmakowy pomidor, sałata i ogórek to wszystko, co oferował hotel. Standardem było też zamykanie ekspresów do wrzątku/kawy podczas obiadu i kolacji oraz gazowanych napoi do śniadania, Jakość snack baru oferowanego przy basenie również pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Do wyboru były hot dogi do samodzielnego zrobienia, pizza, której widok spowodowałby łzy rozpaczy u Włocha (kawał grubego ciasta i rzucone kawałki szynki - jak w najtańszej biedronkowej pizzy) oraz oczywiście frytki, które były zawsze. Uzyskaliśmy od rezydentki informacje, że w przypadku wycieczki rozpoczynającej się przed godziną śniadania można zamówić wcześniejsze śniadanie w recepcji. Skorzystaliśmy z tej opcji. Zaoferowano nam dwie możliwości. Pierwsza z nich to uszykowanie kanapki przez obsługę hotelu za 7 Euro na osobę, co uważam za skandal, gdyż mieliśmy wykupione All inclusive i wszelkie jedzenie powinno być w cenie. Druga możliwość, na którą się zdecydowaliśmy, to śniadanie w Bonanzie (hotelu obok). Nie wspominam tego dobrze. Pan w recepcji wskazał nam miskę z ciastkami francuskimi, które są zawsze dostępne podczas śniadania i ekspres do kawy. To było całe zaproponowane śniadanie. Infrastruktura przy hotelu zdecydowanie miała czasy swojej świetności za sobą. W basenie nie podgrzewano wody, a leżaki były stare i bardzo brudne. Wymieniany jako atut w ofercie plac zabaw to 1 zniszczona huśtawka oraz 2 bujane koniki. Wymienionego w ofercie boiska do siatkówki nie było nigdzie. Również wymieniane animacje w hotelu nie spełniły oczekiwań. Dwa razy podczas pobytu było słychać muzykę z występu na żywo, ale nigdzie nie było napisane, że ten występ w ogóle się odbędzie. Na jedyny plus w hotelu zasługuje obsługa, która zawsze nas witała z uśmiechem na twarzy. Zawsze pogodna i uśmiechnięta, podpowiedziała nam gdzie jest najbliższa apteka, gdy tego potrzebowaliśmy (rezydentka tego nie zrobiła).
