Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Jedzenie smaczne, bardzo urozmaicone, każdy mógł wybrać sobie potrawy zgodnie ze swoimi preferencjami. Hotel stanowił dobrą bazę wypadową. Plaża w odległości kilku minut spacerem, promenada wzdłuż wybrzeża, z widokiem na naturalne baseny w skałach wulkanicznych i na Los Gigantes - ogromne góry wpadające do oceanu.

Śniadania codziennie takie same, obiady i kolacje nieznacznie zróżnicowane. Niestety pod koniec "okienka" z wydawaniem posiłków były już braki niektórych produktów. Na stołówce czysto, sprawna obsługa. Bardzo na minus - kawa - do każdej dolewana duża ilość samej wody, co psuło smak i tak niezbyt dobrej kawy. Open bar - mocno ograniczona oferta, oferowane alkohole bardzo niskiej jakości, brak standardów wydawania koktajli - każdy wydawany inaczej. Basen w porządku - nie duży, czysto, Położenie hotelu bardzo dobre - dobry punkt wypadowy na spacery, plażowanie, wędrówki, różne atrakcje. Hotel warty uwagi jeśli uda się złapać dobrą promocję na pobyt tam. Przy standardowych cenach raczej odradzam.

Podzielony na sypialnię i salon. Duży balkon. Łazienka czysta, ale prosi się o remont. Niestety z naszego pokoju nie miałyśmy widoku na ocean, tylko na ulicę i kontenery ze śmieciami. Widok nam nie przeszkadzał, bo więcej nas nie było w pokoju niż byłyśmy. Ogólnie polecam.

To co trzeba docenić to obsługa - miła, zawsze pomocna i kompetentna. Hotel jest czysty, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Jedzenie ok, choć zdecydowanie nie jest wybitne. Niestety hotel zdecydowanie ma swoje lata i wymaga gruntownego remontu - przede wszystkim łazienki w pokojach, ktore są w tragicznym stanie: armatura sprzed na oko 30+ lat, poobijane umywalki, wypaczone drzwi, wypadające klamki... To zdecydowanie największy minus tego miejsca. Pokoje składają się z sypialni i salonu. Łóżko w sypialni jest wygodne, sama sypialnia też jest ok. Niestety, przy pobycie więcej niż 2 osób (np. rodziców z dziećmi) pojawia się konieczność spania w salonie na rozkładanej kanapie. I spanie to jest prawie niemożliwe - kanapa jest skrajnie niewygodna, do tego piszczy i trzeszczy przy nawet najmniejszym poruszeniu i grozi złożeniem się przy nieodpowiednim ułożeniu się na kanapie. Hotel ma basen, dość mały - ok żeby się zamoczyć, ale raczej nastawiony jest na dorosłych niż dzieci.

Położenie hotelu super, blisko plaża La Arena, dreptak widokowy na Log Gigantes, z tarasu hotelu widoczny szczyt Teide , Ocean i La Gomera. W częściach wspólnych hotelu jest czysto, są duże pokoje z osobnym salonem i sypialnią, wnętrze hotelu a szczegópnie łazienka w pokoju stare koniecznie wymagające remontu. Kuchnia jest kiepska, dużo brudnych naczyń, śniadania monotonne i ubogie na tle innych hoteli na Teneryfie, kolacje na średnim poziomie, obiady/lunche nie złe, w porównaniu do kolacji wypadają lepiej. Cieszy możliwość nalewania samemu piwa i wina do obiadu/kolacji oraz automat do lodów amerykańskich! Najlepszą częścią hotelu są tarasy słoneczne na dachu budyku, widok z nich rekompensuje wiele. Dwa razy stacjonowaliśmy w Cesar, za drugim razem dano nam najgorszy z możliwych pokoi, od ulicy, na porterze ze śmietnikami przed balkonem. Widok możecie sobie pańtwo wyobrazić, hałas codziennie rano odbieranych śmieci także. Hotel odmówił zmiany pokoju twierdząc, że wszystko jest zajęte. Polacy z Itaki generalnie są lokowani w najgorszej części- parter, od strony gór przy ulicy. Tak jest od lat.

1. wielka zaletą hotelu jest: lokalizacja, hotel położony jest przy oceanie, wystarczy przejść przez ulicę i już można spacerować nad oceanem, w pobliżu plaży z czarnym piaskiem - około 300 metrów oraz w pobliżu Los Gigantes- klifów. Przyjemny spacer wzdłuż oceanu zajmuje około 20 minut, można podziwiać widoki na ocean , przechodzi się obok restauracji, kafejek, następnie można dojść do basenu termalnego utworzonego z zatoczki przy klifach. 2. Hotel ma już swój wiek, ale pokoje są duże 50 metrów, osobna sypialnia i salon z telewizorem i kanapą rozkładaną oraz aneksem kuchennym , na wyposażeniu lodówka i czajnik , filiżanki. Pokoje czyste, łóżka wygodne, codziennie sprzątany, ręczniki wymieniane z 2- dzień. Obsługa hotelu bardzo przyjemna i pomocna. 3. Serwowane posiłki są bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone. Codziennie kucharz zaskakiwał jakimś nowym specjałem. Bardzo smaczne owoce morza, znakomite ryby , sałatki warzywne, ogólnie bardzo duży wybór warzyw i owoców i deserów. Napoje chłodzące, kawa, herbata , drinki bez limitu, również w barze przy basenie. Kubki do drinków są za kaucją, którą potem przy oddaniu kubków kelner zwraca pieniądze. 4. Basen przy hotelu wystarczający woda czysta krystaliczna, leżaki bezpłatne, ręczniki można wziąć własne lub wypożyczyć z recepcji za kaucją. 5. Ogólnie w hotelu , w restauracji jest bardzo czysto. 6. Wycieczki fakultatywne zorganizowane zostały przez biuro Itaka perfekcyjnie, również bez żadnych opóźnień transfer z lotniska i na lotnisko.
