Jak na warunki kubańskie hotel jest bardzo dobry a jedzenie znakomite: duży wybór i jedzenie na bardzo przyzwoitym poziomie serwowane w ogólnej sali restauracyjnej. Z naszych doświadczeń wynika, że restauracje a la carte nie są warte odwiedzenia, może za wyjątkiem włoskiej. Hotel przyjmuje tylko dorosłych gości. Teren hotelu bardzo zadbany, ładne otoczenie, nie brakuje leżaków przy basenie ani na plaży. Plaża przy hotelu ładna, ocean czysty, woda ciepła, pogoda piękna choć często wieje. Oczywiście w hotelu można źle trafić z pokojem - szczególnie te w bungalowach na parterze wymagają dużej wyobraźni, żeby uznać je za przyzwoite i tych nie polecamy. Pokoje w bungalowach ogólnie są bardzo duże ze sporymi balkonami. Pokoje w głównym budynku hotelowym są lepszej jakości ale droższe, główni goście hotelowi to w czasie naszego pobytu - Kanadyjczycy. Obsługa miła ale bez przesady. Nie mieliśmy też odczucia wymuszania czegokolwiek tj. np. napiwków i nie czuliśmy się gorzej traktowani od gości innych narodowości.

Hotel wybrałam ze względu na ogród i jak się okazało był to strzał w dziesiątkę. Zakamarki, mostki, różne gatunki palm a pomiędzy nimi wiszące hamaki. Pełny relaks. Żaden z hoteli nie mógł pochwalić się z posiadaniem żywego rekina, który pływał wraz z innymi rybami w meandrach stawu wokół ogrodu. Choć był to rekin roślinożerny, to zawsze rekin, który swoim rozmiarem (ok. 2 m) robił ogromne wrażenie. Animacje fantastyczne, wielki profesjonalizm (widać przygotowanie baletowe i wokalne osób występujących). Codziennie inny program. Występujące dodatkowo w ciągu dnia i wieczorem zespoły muzyczne - tak samo (żadnej chałtury!!!). Polecałabym Itace zmienić w ofercie zdjęcia prezentujące hotel - zamieszczone na stronie nie oddają tego co w rzeczywistości. Szukając miejsca na wypoczynek, to własnie zdjęcie hotelu spowodowało, że nie brałam tego hotelu pod uwagę. Zakwaterowanie mieliśmy z mężem nie w budynku głównym, tylko w pawilonach - polecam. Pokoje duże i czyste, tylko łazienka pamiętająca dawne, dobre czasy (ale utrzymywana w czystości). Obsługa miła, uśmiechnięta, chętna do pomocy. Jedzonko - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Potrawy przygotowywane na sali - świetne, duże urozmaicenie. Polecam kolacje w restauracjach dodatkowych, zwłaszcza atmosferę restauracji włoskiej. Blisko hotelu znajduje się delfinarium, w którym oprócz pokazu umiejętności delfinów za jedyne 5 euro mieć sesję zdjęciową z tymi zwierzętami. Wrażenia fantastyczne!!! Można poczuć się ponownie jak dziecko obejmując je, głaszcząc i dostać od nich całusa!!!! Polecam!!!!!!!!!!!. SUPER!!!!!!!!!

Pobyt w Hotelu należał do udanych, super położenie przy plaży oraz blisko do centrum Varadero.Urozmaicone jedzenie,dostępność naturalnych świeżych soków,duży wybór alkoholi markowych oraz uzupełnianie lodówki w napoje na bieżąco.Pokoje sprzątano codziennie wraz z wymianą ręczników.
