Hotel Stamatia jest doskonale położony. Wszędzie jest blisko - na plażę, do portu, do sklepu, restauracji, przystanku czy na imprezę. W hotelu jest czysto. Restauracja hotelowa spora, stolik zawsze dostępny, talerze wymieniane bardzo szybko. Na napoje do kolacji nie trzeba długo czekać. Obsługa bardzo szybko podchodzi do stolika i przynosi zamówienie. Jedzenie na śniadanie dosyć monotonne, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Napoje są bardzo słodkie i niskiej jakości. Smak kawy też nie za dobry. Jedzenie jest ok, bez szału. Na hotel, który jest spory jest tylko jedna, mała winda. Pokój dla dwóch osób jest w porządku, jednak w przypadku dostawki dla trzeciej osoby dodawane jest łóżko polowe, które jest niewygodne, małe i twarde. Pokoje są sprzątane codziennie, ręczniki w miarę potrzeby wymieniane. Obsługa hotelowa jest pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Animacje raczej dla starszych osób, nic specjalnego. Mały basen.

Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko portu i piaszczystej plaży publicznej. Byliśmy w październiku i spokojnie mogliśmy znaleźć przestrzeń bez leżaków i parasoli do wynajęcia, gdzie moglismy się rozłożyć - ok. 7 min spacerku od drzwi hotelu. Jedzenie hotelowe dosyć urozmaicone i naprawdę smaczne - każdy powinien coś tu dla siebie znaleźć. Niewiele korzystaliśmy z basenu przy hotelu - dla rodzin z dziećmi atrakcje mogą być niewystarczające, natomiast dla osób mniej wymagających basen spełnia standardowe kryteria. Na terenie zarówno basenu, jak i całego hotelu nie można narzekać na brak czytości: pokoje regularnie sprzątane (wysoki standard czystości, żadnego grzyba czy kurzu), korytarze, jadalnia (raz zdarzyło się, że klatka schodowa była dłużej nie sprzątana, ale był to drobiazg). Obsługa komunikatywnie posługuje się językiem angielskim, służy pomocą w razie pytań czy potrzeb. Na recepcji można wypożyczyć żelazko czy adapter do kontaktu za kaucję - dzięki temu, mieliśmy wszystko, czego nam było trzeba. Pokój niewielki, ale urządzony sprytnie i komfortowo.

Obsługa super miła i pomocna. Jako, że hotel nie jest bardzo duży, to różnorodność jedzenia też nie była spektakularna jak w większych kurortach Turcja/Egipt, ale za to mniejsza ilość dań przełożyła się pozytywnie na wyższą jakość samych potraw. Nie było problemu żeby przedłużyć dobę hotelową przez późniejszy wylot. Według mnie hotel oferuje bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Hotel nie najnowszy ale po niedawnym remoncie. Bardzo ładne pokoje - nowocześnie urządzone - większość z bocznym widokiem na morze. Bardzo dobra kuchnia - szeroki asortyment wędlin, jajek i surówek, owoców i ciast. Na kolacje praktycznie zawsze do wyboru: ryby lub kalmary, coś z drobiu, mięsa wieprzowego, mięsa wołowego i wiele innych dań. Trochę gorzej jak na zdjęciach wyglądają baseny - malutkie i mała ilość leżaków mimo sporej przestrzeni. Zdecydowaną wadą hotelu jest brak przestrzeni rozrywek wieczornych ( kręgielnia, bilard, piłkarzyki, cymbergaj itp. ) jedyna rozrywka to wieczorne koncerty 1- osobowej orkiestry na placu przy basenie - trochę mało. 200 m od hotelu najlepsza plaża w mieście. Leżaki na plaży piaskowej jak i na trawiastej (polecam) - ceny przyzwoite (2,5 euro od sztuki). Przy plaży bary i restauracje (tu ceny już mniej przyzwoite: prosty drink 7 euro, piwo 5 euro lancz 12 euro. Położenie hotelu znakomite: blisko plaży a jednocześnie blisko centrum Ayia Napy z setkami barów, restauracji, sklepów. Wielki atut to deptak spacerowy wzdłuż morza ciągnący się kilometrami a blisko hotelu port z dużą ilością statków wycieczkowych. Hotel mimo drobnych wad - zdecydowanie godny polecenia.

Hotel położony blisko plaży i centrum. Niestety mieliśmy pokoje od strony ulicy, chociaż dopłacałam do pokoju z bocznym widokiem na morze( z balkonu morza nie widziałam;)). W nocy hałas trochę przeszkadzał . Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Obsługa hotelu pomocna. Jedzenie urozmaicone ale trochę monotonne . Wymeldowanie do godziny 12. Transfer na lotnisko o godzinie 18. Dopłaciliśmy na miejscu 50 € , żeby móc zostać w pokoju do tego czasu. Hotel ma 3 gwiazdki i na tyle go oceniam. 3,5 bym nie dała. W opisie oferty miały być animacje. Nie było żadnych. Podczas tygodniowego pobytu 2 razy wieczorem była muzyka na żywo. I tyle. Itaka Rezydenta na Cyprze nie ma. Zamawialiśmy codziennie wycieczki fakultatywne n miejscu z lokalnego, polskojęzycznego biura. Itaka zaproponowała tylko dwie. Plaża znajduje się blisko, przy hotelu . Autobusem za 1,50€ można pojechać autobusem nr 101 na plażę Nissi- naprawdę ładną, ale bardzo tłoczną. Ogólnie jestem zadowolona z urlopu. Cypr jest wyjątkowy i bardzo różnorodny. Pogoda dopisuje prawie przez cały rok. Polecam zobaczyć i zwiedzić.
