Obsługa bardzo miła, uczynna i uśmiechnięta. Obsługa pomocna na każdym kroku. Położenie hotelu w stosunku do plaży idealne wraz z dostępem poprzez pomost do snurkowania przy rafie koralowej. Jedzenie, obsługa, czystość, piękna rafa i animacje. jedyne do czego można się troszkę przyczepić to, że animatorzy mówią tylko po angielsku i niemiecku chociaż pewnie połowa gości to Polacy, ale już barmani, kelnerzy czy nawet sprzątający już coś po polsku powiedzą i to jest miłe. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i różnorodne (żadnej zemsty nie było:) Podsumowując moje najlepsze wyjazdowe wakacje do tej pory.

Hotel przeszedł moje najśmielsze oczekiwania. Jeżdżę po wielu krajach, ale z taką dbałością o czystość jeszcze się nie spotkałam. Zarówno jeśli chodzi o czystość pokoi, jak i basenów, plaży i całego terenu wokół. Od świtu codziennie czyszczone były baseny, piasek na plaży, trawniki i posadzki. Wydawało się, że ludzi dbających o osrodek było więcej niż wczasowiczów. Robili to jednak w taki sposób, żeby jak najmniej przeszkadzać w wypoczynku. Personel był pomocny ale nie nachalny. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, drinki różnorodne z lodem z wody butelkowej. Z większością można się dogadać po Polsku. Animacje jak w wielu innych hotelach, zawsze można coś znaleźć dla siebie. Leżaków na plaży, jak i przy basenach jest wystarczająco dla wszystkich. Odpoczynek w spokoju i luksusie. Wokół ośrodka jest pustynia więc jeżeli ktoś szuka atrakcji na zewnątrz to nie znajdzie. Polecam jednak wycieczki fakultatywne, zwłaszcza te że snurkowaniem.

Wyżywienie urozmaicone, pyszne, a na myśl o świeżych sokach , ciasteczkach i innych potrawach ,,ślinka cieknie". Plaża szeroka, codziennie sprzątana, leżaków nie brakuje, a największą atrakcją jest molo i miejsce do nurkowania.

Ogólnie hotel utrzymywany w czystości, obsługa bardzo miła(czasami az nadto:)). Posiłki zróznicowane i smaczne chociaż zdziwiło mnie że barach, w ramach all inclusive trzeba było płacić za lody!!! Jedynie odradzam korzystania z pokoi typu romantic. Usytuowane są fatalnie - ciągły hałas z agregatów prądotwórczych i wentylacji nad kuchnią i ciąg komunikacyjny pomiędzy budynkiem a basenem. Na dodatek, podczas posiłków ciągły dym z grila.

Spędziłam po raz drugi tydzień w Casa Blue Luxury Resort i jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Hotel robi świetne pierwsze wrażenie – nowoczesny, elegancki i bardzo czysty. Obsługa dba o porządek nie tylko w pokojach, ale również w częściach wspólnych, co zdecydowanie podnosi komfort wypoczynku. Pokoje są przestronne, jasne i przytulne. Duży plus za wygodne łóżko i codzienne sprzątanie. Miałam pokój z dostępem do basenu i naprawdę warto – to ogromna wygoda i dodatkowa przyjemność. Jedzenie było świetne – różnorodne, świeże i bardzo smaczne. Codziennie coś innego, dużo warzyw, pyszne mięsa, ryby, lokalne specjały i przepyszne desery. Plaża przy hotelu jest zadbana, z wygodnymi leżakami i łagodnym zejściem do morza. Rafa koralowa niedaleko brzegu – idealna do snorkelingu. Warto zabrać maskę. Podsumowując – polecam ten hotel osobom, które szukają spokojnego miejsca na relaks, bez dzieci i z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Byłam w hotelu po raz drugi i chętnie wróciłabym tam jeszcze raz.

The paradise coast, part of Wadi El Gamal National Park, featuring the extraordinary coral reef, is a place where tourist boats do not anchor, and the fish swim up with interest to say hello.
