Piękne miejsce. Wspaniała atmosfera. Cudowna obsługa. Przepyszne jedzenie Przywitano nas winem i owocami w pokoju. Że względu na późny przylot zostawiono w lodówce kolację. Córka kończyła 18 lat otrzymała tort i szampana. Może są to szczegóły ale jak mile dla nas gości. Przy wyjeździe pamietano o śniadaniu do pokoju i o transporcie bagaży. Serdecznie polecam.

Podróż z lotniska do hotelu trwa około 2 godzin. Hotel położony jest w cudownym i urokliwym miejscu. Polecam pokoik w prywatnym basenem z którego rozpościera się przepiękny widok na może. Jedzenie jest rewelacyjne, napoje wyskokowe również))))). W ciągu dnia przy głównym basenie gra chilloutowa muzyczka, jak również wieczorem. Na terenie hotelu brak jest jakichkolwiek animacji co myślę zasługuje na duży plus. Jedynym minusem są cienkie ściany oddzielające sąsiednie pokoje, co niekiedy może spowodować pewien dyskomfort, bo nigdy nie wiadomo na kogo się w nim trafi)))))) Jedni goście są ok a inni niekoniecznie)))))) Poza tym hotel, obsługą hotelową i panującą tam czystość oceniam na 6!!!!!!!!!.

Poza tym może być, choć za te pieniądze oczekiwałem coś lepszego. Jedzenie znośne, choć nakierowane na Niemców i Anglików. Jak na mój gust za mało owoców morza. To w końcu wyspa. Kiełbasek i fasoli mogę się najeść w Polsce.

Ponad połowę pobytu w hotelu spędziłam w pokoju nie spełniającym standardów za które zapłaciłam. Jak dowiedziałam się od rezydenta wiele osób narzekało na ten problem bo hotel zmienił umowę z Itaka. Niestety Itaka w ofercie podaje informacje niezgodne z umową. Wstyd. Na plus przemiła obsługa w restauracji. Ciekawe morze.

Otrzymaliśmy nie ten pokój za który zapłaciliśmy. Miał być pokój rodzinny 35m2 z widokiem na morze. A otrzymaliśmy małą klitkę która może miała 20-25m2. Po zgłoszeniu tego faktu na recepcji (...)
Otrzymaliśmy nie ten pokój za który zapłaciliśmy. Miał być pokój rodzinny 35m2 z widokiem na morze. A otrzymaliśmy małą klitkę która może miała 20-25m2. Po zgłoszeniu tego faktu na recepcji dostaliśmy odpowiedź że mamy gadać z rezydentką. Która pojawiła się w ten sam dzień na spotkaniu ogólnym ( wycieczki). Rezydentka zgłosiła to do centrali oraz menagera hotelu i cisza. Po naszej interwencji w biurze Itaka oraz po rozmowie osobistej z menagerem hotelu dostaliśmy info że dopiero po 3 dniach mogą nam zmienić pokój na ten który mieliśmy mieć już od samego początku, bo aktualnie jest zajęty . Finalnie po tym okresie przeszliśmy do właściwego pokoju który już miał 35m2 i widok na morze, wraz z lokatorami typu mrówki w pokoju. Generalnie zauważyliśmy że polaków umieszczano przeważnie w białym budynku obok głównego budynku. Reszta była ok. Jedzenie za to bardzo dobre, chodź brakowało tego live cooking np. na śniadaniach jakieś omlety czy jajecznice. Woda w morzu super, na plaży o każdej porze miejsca. Aha drinki też nie wszystkie w cenie all także na to też trzeba patrzeć. Uwielbialiśmy barmana przy pool barze Stelloss bodajże, super gość najlepszy z tego hotelu. Jak dla nas recepcja i ich obsługa bardzo niemiła dla klienta.

Bardzo mi się spodobał hotel. Pracownicy są bardzo mili, pomocni. Przyjechaliśmy w nocy i ogromnym zaskoczeniem były przygotowane dla nas kanapki w pokoju. Miejscówka jest spokojna, mimo że nie jest to hotel tylko dla dorosłych, atmosfera wydawała się być wyciszona. Menu zawiera duży wybór koktajli, są również bezalkoholowe. Jedynym minusem dla mnie było prawie niemożliwe dostanie się na siłownię. Okazało się że trzeba się zapisywać mimo że było wolno w sali dla ćwiczeń. Jest to hotel, do którego chce się wrócić!

Plaża czysta, żwirowa z łagodnym zejściem do wody, generalnie przy hotelu. Wystarczająca ilość leżaków i parasoli. Obsługa hotelowa miła i uśmiechnięta. Możliwość uprawiania sportów wodnych. Na terenie hotelu siłownia, SPA, mini market i inne usługi. Wspaniałe miejsce do beztroskiego wypoczynku. Polecam. Sama również jeszcze chętnie skorzystam.

Hotel jak na 5 gwiazdek się nie obronił, płaciliśmy całkiem spore pieniądze w wysokim sezonie i nie jesteśmy zadowoleni z tego hotelu, może jakby kosztował 30% mniej można byłoby to zaakceptować. Jedzenie było dość nudne i bardzo często przegotowane, wybór słaby. Dobry al a carte. W trakcie 1 tygdnia był tylko jeden zespół zaproszony w szczycie sezonu, co jest kompletnie nie aceptowalne. Plaża jest duża i piękna, ale publiczna, więc sporo localsów przyjeżdża i robi się nie tak fajnie i kameralnie co jest dużym minusem. Sam pokój był całkiem spoko. Personel jest fajny. Nie polecam jechać na Krete w wysokim sezonie, nie jest to przyjemne doświadczenie. Lotnisko stare i przepełnione ludzmi bez odpowiedniej klimatyzacji, całe brudne i miejscami ohydne.

Jeden z lepszych hoteli wakacyjnych, jakich byłem. Kupiłem bungalow z własnym basenem i to byłe bardzo dobry wybór. Wiem jednak od niektórych gości, że hotel ma też niestety kilka pokoi gościnnych z małym okienkiem, o niewielkim metrażu i trafić tam to duże nieszczęście. Nie powinny być oferowane z przez biuro.

Knossos and Heraklion — exploring the most important remnants of Minoan Crete: the ruins of the Palace of Knossos, which was probably a mythical maze. After exploring the palace, transfer to Heraklion - the capital of the island, free time for a walk and shopping, or optionally: visiting the Archaeological Museum. Spinalonga and Agios Nikolaos — the landscapes of East Crete, which is famous for its splendid views on the gorgeous Mirabello bay, an ancient flooded port of Olous and the city of Agios Nikolaos. Cruise to the island of Spinalonga, exploring the impressive fortress built by the Byzantines. After the tour, the boat anchors in a quiet cove by a small, wild beach. Time for swimming and lunch, which is prepared by the crew of the ship: grilled meat and Greek Salad. After returning to land, a walk through the charming and romantic Agios Nikolaos. Samaria Gorge — an expedition through the longest gorge in Europe - approx. 18 km, in the White Mountains National Park (Lefka Ori). Departure early in the morning towards the plateau of Omfalos at an altitude of approx. 1100 meters. Descent into the gorge. Conquering Ksiloskala - the stone steps carved into a hillside overgrown with cypress trees. Walk through the gorge, on the way the first of several churches - Agios Nikolaos. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
