Hotel piękny, malowniczy, usytuowany w super miejscu. Posiłki bardzo dobre, znajdowały się opcje typowo regionalne. Obsługa hotelowa na wysokim poziomie, house keeping codziennie sprzątał pokój i uzupełniał środki czystości. Do hotelu nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Jedyny minus to taki, że hotel miał być dla dorosłych, a było tam pełno dzieci.

Hotel Kakkos Beach to doskonały przykład najwyższej jakości pod każdym względem. Jestem zawsze bardzo wnikliwym i krytycznym obserwatorem. Każdy aspekt tego miejsca zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę. Wyżywienie doskonałe i smaczne. Można korzystać z kilku stołówek, barów czy bufetów gdzie nigdy niczego nie brakuje a personel jest zawsze uprzejmy i pracowity jak nigdzie indziej. Kelnerzy nie oszczędzają na jakości drinków i zawsze znają potrzeby gości - nie trzeba za każdym razem powtarzać zamówienia. Czystość pokoju, tarasu, basenu oraz obiektów w przestrzeni wspólnej nie budzi zastrzeżeń. Dużo zieleni, o którą personel dba w taki sposób, że nigdy nie widać ich przy pracy a wszystko jest wyjątkowo zadbane. Czysto, cicho, spokojnie i z dala od wakacyjnego zgiełku tak charakterystycznego dla większości kurortów. Przepiękne baseny z zawsze dostępnymi leżakami - nie trzeba rano biec z ręcznikiem aby zarezewrować, dwie plaże bliziutko z krystalicznie czystą wodą i zawsze dostępnymi leżakami, pod nogami drobne kamyczki. Dla mnie brak animacji to duży plus, choć co wieczór w innym barze gra DJ. Atrakcje w pobliżu hotelu zbędne skoro wszystko mam na terenie kurortu. Dyrektor obiektu osobiście i codziennie wita w wejściu do stołówki oraz w chwili odjazdu osobiście żegna swoich gości. Jeśli ktoś czeka na minusy, to się zawiedzie - brak. Tak, to prawda: takie miejsca istnieją.

Moim zdaniem spokojnie wystarczy pokój z ogólnodostępnymi basenami. Obsługa i wyżywienie bardzo dobre. Resort faktycznie przestrzega limitu wieku gości (16+), cisza i spokój czego chcieć więcej. Z czystym sumieniem polecamy Kakkos Beach osobą, którym zależy na odpoczynku w ciszy i spokoju.

Hotel idealny dla ludzi szukających komfortowego wypoczynku, z dala od tłumów i zgiełku. Znajduje się nad samym morzem, przy żwirkowej plaży z krystalicznie czystą wodą. Sam hotel czysty i zadbany. Tylko dla dorosłych co nam bardzo odpowiadało, brak animamacji i dudniącej muzyki. Mieliśmy pokój z dużym balkonem i pięknym widokiem na góry i morze. Jedzenie wyśmienite i bardzo urozmaicone. Personel hotelu bardzo życzliwy i uśmiechnięty . To zdecydowanie najlepszy hotel w którym byliśmy do tej pory pod każdym względem.

Lokalizacja hotelu urocza, położenie restauracji oraz baru nad samym morzem, wieczorami pięknie oświetlone, wszystko razem tworzyło niezwykły bajkowy klimat. Klimatyzacja dzialajaca w pokoju beż zarzutu pomogła nam szczególnie w nocy spać komfortowo pomimo wysokiej temperatury na zewnątrz . Moja trzecia wizyta na Krecie, tym razem wschodniej sprawiła, że odnalazłem hotel dla siebie. Kakkos Beach to hotel, który przyjmuje tylko gości w wieku 16+, dzięki czemu przez cały dwutygodniowy pobyt można było się cieszyć ciszą i spokojem. Sam ośrodek jest pięknie umiejscowiony, przy samym morzu od południa oraz górami od północy. Ciekawe i zróżnicowane menu w restauracji, posiłki były tematyczne dzięki czemu nie było monotonnie. Mam na myśli, że np. w poniedziałek jest kuchnia meksykańska, we wtorek włoska, w środę grecka itd. Ponadto, stolików jest więcej niż gości, dzięki czemu nigdy nie było problemu z wolnym miejscem. Na plaży ta sama sytuacja, parasolek z podwójnymi leżakami było więcej niż pokoi. Warto tutaj nadmienić, że plaża jest kamienista, polecam zabrać obuwie do pływania. Co soboty przyjemna oraz stonowana muzyka jazzowa na żywo w barze. Hotel jest stosunkowo nowy, czysty i zadbany, pięknie wkomponowany w zieleń, przyjemną dla oka. Pokoje są czyste, dziennie sprzątane, Panie sprzątaczki uzupełniały wodę w lodówce, mydełka i inne zużywalne rzeczy, nigdy nam niczego nie brakowało. Klimatyzacja działa. Zepsuła się nam klamka w drzwiach tarasowych, naprawiono ją w 1h od zgłoszenia tego na recepcji. Idealne miejsce do odpoczynku, jeżeli ktoś szuka cichego, spokojnego miejsca, śmiało polecam ten hotel. To pięknie położony, w niskiej zabudowie ośrodek, kameralny ośrodek, do którego na pewno wrócę. Nadmienię, że drobną niedogodnością może być brak jakiejkolwiek infrastruktury oraz aktywności poza ośrodkiem. Bez wynajmu samochodu, człowiek jest uwięziony w hotelu. Dla osób aktywnych, które chcą zwiedzać, wynajem pojazdu będzie wręcz obowiązkowy. Na szczęście hotel posiada własną wypożyczalnie w rozsądnych cenach, za wynajem Fiata 500 w wersji cabrio, na 4 dni zapłaciłem 200€.

Hotel czysty, pokoje ładne, przestronne, obsługa hoteowa uprzejma. Niestety w pokoju hotelowym , zwłaszcza w nocnych godzinach, panował hałas jak z agregatu, który uniemożliwiał wypoczynek i sen. Kolejny minus to kompletny brak możliwości ustawienia temperatury wody - z kranu płynął albo wrzątek albo zimna woda, poza tym odpływ w kabinie prysznicowej stałe niedrożny. Co do restauracji to jedzenie snaczne, ale bardzo ubogi wybór dla niejedzacych mięsa, all inclusive skromny- poza śniadaniem , obiadem i kolacją tylko nieduży wybór napojów alkoholowych- tylko nieliczne wchodziły w zakres rzekomo premium all inclusive. Czas trwania posiłków, zwłaszcza kolacji, krotki- tylko do 21, a gdy pojawiłysmy się 20:45 kelner popukał nam w zegarek sygnalizując, że tylko 15 minut zostało- nigdzie nie spotkałam w restauracji hotelowej z takim zachowaniem. Siłownia czysta i dobrze klimatyzowana , ale czynna do 18:30 mimo , że na broszurze hotelowej, która dostałam była godz.21. Na siłownię obowiązywały zapisy, na dany dzień w silowni, a na następny tylko w recepcji- średnio to wygodne. Ręczniki plażowe mozna było wymieniać w spa tylko między 9 a 12...Może to taka polityka żeby nie każdemu chciało się w 38 stopniach przemierzać ośrodek by wymienić ręczniki.

Cudowny hotel, pyszne i urozmaicone jedzenie. Wspaniała, życzliwa, uśmiechnięta i gotowa do pomocy obsługa. Duży, przestronny pokój, duża szafa i mnóstwo wieszaków, co dla mnie było bardzo ważne :) Codziennie zmieniana pościel i ręczniki . Codziennie sprzątany pokój. Ciepła i czysta woda w basenie. Mnóstwo zadbanej i kwitnącej roślinności :) Codziennie myte chodniki. Wszędzie czysto, pachnąco. Przepiękne widoki. Trzy plażę do dyspozycji, bezpłatne leżaki oraz ręczniki. Byliśmy w Kakkos Beach, tylko dla osób powyżej 16 lat. Był spokój, cisza i pełen relaks :) To był cudownie spędzony czas w przepięknym miejscu

Po naszym pobycie, szczerze odradzam wybór tego hotelu. Dziwię się, że ITAKA oferuje w tej cenie takie warunki: pod szyldem 5* i all inclusive premium, nie kryje się nic, co obiecywano w (...)
Po naszym pobycie, szczerze odradzam wybór tego hotelu. Dziwię się, że ITAKA oferuje w tej cenie takie warunki: pod szyldem 5* i all inclusive premium, nie kryje się nic, co obiecywano w ofercie. Ogólnie hotel jest bardzo fajnie położony, kameralny, w miarę nowy, dobre jedzenie, ale tak naprawdę do 5* mu daleko (naszym zdaniem dobre 3*). Jednak to, co spotkało nas (byliśmy w trzy pary) po zakwaterowaniu w pokojach, to szok. Nie będę się rozpisywał o czystości (pleśń, grzyb), usytuowaniu, widokach z pokoi (na mur, boczną drogę!!!!), wyposażeniu (raczej jego braku) itp., bo będziemy reklamować nasz pobyt w ITACE. Dodam, że już w hotelu reklamowaliśmy pokoje, ale bezskutecznie - rzekomo nie było wolnych miejsc w całym kompleksie i zaproponowano nam wymianę dopiero za trzy dni, czyli w połowie pobytu (!). Na obsłudze (łącznie z managerem), cała sytuacja nie zrobiła żadnego wrażenia - widocznie to codzienność. Mieliśmy wrażenie, że hotel doskonale wiedział, że te pokoje to dziadostwo, bo pani na recepcji od razu wiedziała, o które chodzi. Drugie wrażenie, to takie, że te pokoje mogły być jakimiś kwaterami dla obsługi hotelowej, które udostępniono gościom, ale to tylko przypuszczenie. Chodzi o pokoje nr 154, 155, 168 (153 też jest podobny) - należy ich unikać szerokim łukiem..... Nie wiemy też, na czym miało polegać to "premium" - wszystko co było ponad zwykłe all inclusive było odpłatne (lepsza kawa, alkohole markowe), lodówki w pokojach puste, a o wodę trzeba było się upominać w restauracji.

Hotel nieduży, cichy, jednym słowem strzał w dziesiątkę dla osób, które tak jak my chcą odpocząć z dala od zgiełku, w kameralnym hotelu. I wszystko byłoby cudownie, gdyby nie standard pokoju. Na zdjęciach widzimy hotel z widokiem na morze lub piękną roślinność. Byliśmy w trzy pary. Dwie z nas miały widok na mur, a jedna na ulicę, z zaparkowanymi samochodami i stary sypiący się dom. Prośby znajomych o zmianę pokoju nie przyniosły oczekiwanego skutku. Przyjechaliśmy w niedzielę, a zaproponowano zmianę pokoju w środę. Pokoje z widokiem na mur były tak ciemne, że czułam się w nich, jak w norze. Łazienka zapleśniała, fugi czarne od brudu. W jednym pokoju kabina bez jakiejkolwiek szyby, czy zasłonki. Po każdej kąpieli łazienka cała była zalana. Nie było w niej ani jednej półki, więc wszelkie kosmetyki trzeba było chować w szafie, w przedpokoju. Lustro stare, umywalka mała, też bez miejsca na ustawienie jakichkolwiek rzeczy. Jestem bardzo zawiedziona, ponieważ standard pokoju to raczej 2, a nie 5 gwiazdek, więc cena też powinna być odpowiednio niższa. Gdyby nie konieczność przebywania czasami w pokoju, to hotel uznałabym za bardzo dobry wybór. Nasze pokoje to 154,155 i 168. Chyba mieliśmy po prostu pecha:(

Spinalonga and Agios Nikolaos — the landscapes of East Crete, which is famous for its splendid views on the gorgeous Mirabello bay, an ancient flooded port of Olous and the city of Agios Nikolaos. Cruise to the island of Spinalonga, exploring the impressive fortress built by the Byzantines. After the tour, the boat anchors in a quiet cove by a small, wild beach. Time for swimming and lunch, which is prepared by the crew of the ship: grilled meat and Greek Salad. After returning to land, a walk through the charming and romantic Agios Nikolaos. This uninhabited islet with intact nature is a natural reserve for many species of birds. A swim in the bay and visit to the ruins located on a 137 metre hill of the Venetian fortress from the 16th century, providing wonderful views of Balos Bay. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there. The tour includes the charming little village of Ano Vouves, where the oldest olive tree in Greece is located. A pleasant end to the day is the visit to the local wineries.
