Personel był zawsze przyjazny. Jedzenie było naprawdę dobre i różnorodne. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, w tym wiele opcji wegetariańskich. To, co naprawdę nam się podobało, to rodzinna atmosfera. Personel pił z gośćmi i dobrze się ze sobą dogadywał. Jedzenie dobre. Super basen, leżaki usytuowane wśród palm. Zawsze znalazło się miejsce na basenie. Piękna plaża niedaleko hotelu. Przyjemna obsługa. Byliśmy z dzieckiem 6 letnim 2 tygodnie i to był dobry czas :)

Hotel oceniam dobrz, pokój czysto i schludnie jednak brak szaf w pokoju, mało miejsca. Pokoje 2 brak drzwi w drugim pokoju to duży minus przy 4 dorosłych osobach. No i mrówki. Jedzenie mały wybór dla Polaków, dbają o inne nacje fasola i ryby pod Anglików i Niemców. Mały wybór typowych greckich potraw.

Hotel Kyknos Bangalow and Beach jest bardzo przyjemny miejscem dla osób które nie znają jeszcze all inclusive. Pokoje ładne z wygodnym łóżkiem i dużą szafą. Klimatyzacja sprawna i dobrze chłodzi co jest wielkim atutem przy wysokich temperaturach w nocy. Pokój sprzątany codziennie więc na czystość nie ma co narzekać, jedyną rzeczą do jakiej się można przyczepić to jedzenie. Wybór mimo że jest duży to bardzo często się powtarza i po dłuższym czasie już się odechciewa wracać na te posiłki.

Hotel bardzo zadbany, nie nosi znaków nadmiernego zużycia - sprawia wrażenie niedawno zbudowanego albo wyremontowanego. Mieszkaliśmy w części superior bungalow w pokoju na parterze. Pokój mały choć nie klaustrofobiczny i jak na standardy greckie naprawdę czysty - na tygodniowy pobyt w sam raz. Łóżko mimo, że łączone to bardzo wygodne. Bardzo duży plus za kołdrę z poszewką zamiast prześcieradła z kocem. Teren hotelowy bardzo zadbany i ładnie zaaranżowany. Jedzenie bardzo w stylu hotelowego all inclusive. Śniadania były najsłabsze, obiady różnie, ale kolacje nosiły znamiona prawdziwego smacznego greckiego jedzenia. Mimo to wszystkie posiłki są różnorodne, w tym każdorazowo kilka dań vege/vegan do wyboru. Bardzo dużym atutem hotelowego wyżywienia jest kolacja a'la carte, około dwu godzinne doświadczenie które pozwoli miło spędzić wieczór - w szczególności na pochwałę zasługują greckie pozycje w menu. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, komunikatywna i uśmiechnięta. Napoje w ramach all inclusive bardzo charakterystyczne dla tej formuły, zwolennicy bardzo słodkich napojów będą zadowoleni a dla osób lubiących bardziej wytrawne smaki obroni się gin z tonikiem i piwo. W wysokim sezonie trzeba mieć na uwadze, iż liczba basenowych leżaków jest niewystarczająca dla wszystkich gości. Hotel nie przytłacza codziennie głośnymi animacjami jest ich, nawet w sezonie, mało. Duży plus za wieczór kreteński, mile spędzony czas z lokalną kulturą, tańcem oraz śpiewem.

Polecam hotel z całego serca. Bungalowy czyste, dziennie sprzątane, jedzenie dobre i świeże. Największym plusem tego hotelu jest obsługa. recepcja na 6! Menadżer, barmani, kelnerzy - wszyscy uśmiechnięci i bardzo pozytywni - szczerzy - nie na siłę - a to bardzo ważne. Pomoc w załadowaniu walizek, przyjęcie po przyjeździe - wszystko wzorowo. Możliwość wypożyczenia auta - odbiór i zdanie na recepcji. Jestem zadowolony i polecę każdemu.

Moja opinia na temat tego hotelu jest bardzo pozytywna. Pokoje nowoczesne, ładnie urządzone, sprzątane codziennie, sypialnia oddzielona drzwiami z dostawką i pokój z dwoma łóżkami, pokój usytuowany był na drugim piętrze, można było dojechać do niego windą. Balkon mieliśmy z ładnym widokiem na zatokę. Jedzenie dobre na 4+. Najbardziej zafascynowani byliśmy basenem z leżakami w wodzie, basen czysty i bardzo dobrze się przy nim wypoczywało. Hotel był otoczony pięknym ogrodem. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z 7 dyniowego urlopu. Minusem wyspy są dla mnie plaże. Drugi raz byliśmy na wyspie Kreta raz niedaleko Chani, teraz w Mali i tu i tu wysypują bardzo mocne fale, które nie są bezpieczne dla dzieci.

Ogólnie to nasz pierwszy wyjazd z biura podróży, więc nie mamy porównania do innych hoteli, ale czytając i słuchając opinii innych, uważam, że super trafiliśmy. Hotel bardzo ładny! Obsluga bardzo przyjazna, jedzenie bardzo dobre i duży wybór. Pokoje również ładne, jeśli się chce, to sprzątane codziennie. Super pomysł z przysługującą raz na pobyt kolacja w restauracji. Z takich małych minusów: kawa i soki mogłyby być lepsze oraz lepszy wybór alkoholi na all in (jest oczywiście możliwość wyboru innych za opłatą), przydałoby się trochę więcej leżaków, chcieliśmy skorzystać z mini golfa ale bardzo zaniedbany, w ciągu naszego pobytu tylko raz były animacje, tak może raz na 2 dni by się przydało. Ale te minusy to takie już naprawdę szczegóły, i tak będę polecać ten hotel innym!

Hotel godny polecenia. Bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane jedzenie. Bar przy basenie jest idealnym uzupełnieniem restauracji. Pokój jest na bieżąco sprzątany i ręczniki wymieniane. Bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem było przywitanie nas w hotelu. Dotarliśmy z opóźnieniem,po czasie serwowania kolacji. Pani z recepcji wyszła po nas przed hotel i zaprowadziła nas do restauracji już zamkniętej. Nie było ciepłych potraw ale otrzymaliśmy na talerzach obfity posiłek (po 2 kanapki, surówki, owoce) oraz zaproponowano nam różne napoje (w tym ciepłe-kawa,herbata). Basen z czystą wodą o gł.1,45m oraz przy bungalowie drugi basen dla dzieci. Leżaków nie brakowało nikomu. Otoczenie hotelu umożliwia drobne zakupy i wieczorne spacery.

Hotel kameralny, czysty, pokoje malutkie ale sprzatate codziennie. Obaluga hotelowa bardzo mila. Jedzenie po prostu ok. Główny basen w porzadku, basen dla dzieci mocno przeciętny. Na pewno ma już kilka lat co daje się odczuć. Korzystaliśmy tylko z głównego basenu, nawet z dzieckiem.

Bardzo dobry hotel !!! Pokoje wyposażone są w małą lodówkę, telewizor, klimatyzację. Za dodatkową opłatą można wypożyczyć sejf. Pokoje są czyste, codziennie sprzątane z wymianą ręczników. W pobliżu hotelu znajduje się kilka sklepów. Plaża oddalona jest od hotelu o 5 minut spokojnego spaceru. Bardzo dobre wyżywienie. Wszystko było świeże i smaczne. W każdy poniedziałek, środę i piątek byłi organizowany jest animacje wieczorne. Przyjemny i pomocny personel. Klub dziecięcy prowadzony przez Nikoletę i Kostasa był fantastyczny. Córka była zachwycona i chciała codziennie odwiedzać klub.

Cruise to the island of Spinalonga, exploring the impressive fortress built by the Byzantines. After the tour, the boat anchors in a quiet cove by a small, wild beach. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
