A beautiful place for holidays in Crete! The hotel is situated on a vast and superbly developed area, right next to a lovely beach with free umbrellas and sunbeds. The low-rise buildings are bright in colour and fit in great with the fantastic pools. The hotel's architecture and décor of the rooms is maintained in the local style, all amenities necessary for comfortable relaxation have also been thought of. Tennis courts, many sport activities, animations and wonderful cooking make for a happy holiday with the family or among friends. Hotel piękny, czysty, smaczne jedzenie i bardzo miła dyskretna obsługa. Bardzo dobra pani opiekunka z Kids Club. Super podejście do synka który świetnie sie bawił mimo iż miał bariery przyjścia do klubiku na początku. Było to jedyne miejsce dla dzieci. Hotel nie zadabał o dzieci. Brak nawet małeho placu zabaw na powietrzu był dużym zaskoczeniem. Nie polece tego hotelu dla kogos z dziećmi.

To nie hotel, to małe greckie miasteczko :) Na miejscu mnóstwo atrakcji i restauracji. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Szczególnie polecam hotel miłośnikom sportów rakietowych - poza kortami i sprzętem do tenisa i padla, możecie też skorzystać z lekcji z trenerem w cenie wyjazdu. Jedzonko mistrzostwo - ogromny wybór na każdy posiłek :) Dobra jakość, różnorodność. Warto wypożyczyć samochód i zrobić sobie wycieczkę w góry np. Kanion Sarakina lub na piaszczyste plaże (ta pod hotelem jest Żwirowa . Ostria to miejsce do którego chce się wracać ;)

Cudowna, uśmiechnięta i profesjonalna obsługa - bez nadęcia, zawsze pomocna. Przepyszne jedzenie na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Świetne drinki - nieporównywalne do innych na all inclusive. Cisza i spokój. Można odpocząć w pięknym stylu. Po tygodniu wakacji w tym miejscu czuliśmy się jak po miesiącu! Ogromnie polecam.

A pozytywne wrażenie zatarł powrót - mieliśmy termin pobytu od 21.04-28.04. , dnia 27.04.2025 musieliśmy się wymeldować z hotelu o godz.11 i czekalimy do godziny pierwszej w nocy na autobus na lotnisko / 14 godzin czekania /. Piękny hotel, przestronne pokoje, wygodne łóżka i absolutnie przepyszne jedzenie. Trochę gorzej, że do naleśnikarni straszne kolejki (poza sezonem!) i angielski nie zawsze na odpowiednim poziomie u obsługi. Raczej nastawienie na francuskich gości (cała ekipa animacyjna była francuska i rzadko korzystała z angielskiego). Tak czy siak, bardzo jesteśmy z pobytu w tym hotelu zadowoleni i polecamy (przynajmniej w kwietniu, bo w szczycie sezonu pewnie jest głośniej).

Kurort jest przepiękny, przestronny, zawsze można sobie w nim znaleźć jakieś miejsce ustronne i ciche. Pokoje są zadbane, łóżka wygodne (choć kawa w barku mogłaby być lepszej jakości aniżeli rozpuszczalna). Bardzo ciekawa oferta zajęć sportowych od jogi, przez pilates po boks. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jedzenie w restauracji ogólnej bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone, praktycznie codziennie jakaś propozycja ryb. Plaża bardzo ładna, każdy znajdzie dla siebie leżak (jest ich też bardzo dużo wokół kilku dostępnych i pięknych basenów). Obsługa bardzo pomocna (nie zgodzę się z opiniami, że perforowani są goście francuskojęzyczni czy, że obsługa mówi tylko po francusku), nie mieliśmy w żadnym momencie problemów z porozumieniem się po angielsku. Gorąco polecamy wypoczynek w tym hotelu.

Zacznę od opłat klimatycznych, które nie są wliczane w cenę wycieczki. Jest to ważne ponieważ, dowiedzieliśmy się o Tym po zakupieniu wakacji w Hotelu 5* a opłata ta wynosi tu 15euro za dzień od pokoju. Niestety informacje dostaliśmy już po zakupie. Opłata została pobrana od nas przy wymalowaniu jednak dzień wcześniej dostałam mało przyjemny telefon o 21.00 że mam się zjawić w Recepcji by dokonać opłaty ... Nie było to miłe ... Co do obsługi Hotelu jest miła jednak główny język komunikacyjny to język francuski. Towarzyszył nam zawsze i wszędzie na wszelkich animacjach i nawet na uroczystej kolacji . Język Angielski jest tu nie używany jedynie sporadycznie przy obsłudze w recepcji . Język polski był używany jedynie w opisie Hotelu oraz Menu restauracji tematycznych . Uwaga jest możliwość zamówienia dwuch kolacji na cały pobyt w cenie allinclusive. Plany atrakcji organizowanych przez hotel również były w języku francuskim . Po za tym Hotel jest ładny, i słucha wspierająca i miła szczególnie pokojówki i barmani oraz obsługa sali jadalnej. Jest tu duży i obszerny obiekt z domkami i pokojami. Za Fitness Club jest dodatkowa opłata 5euro od osoby. Posiłki są różnorodne i jest w czym wybierać ... Jednak woda do picia w restauracjach mocno śmierdziała chlorem ... myślę,że była to kranówka. Jest to nie tylko moja opinia. Tak samo było z kawą... Czy wybrała by po raz drugi ten hotel ? Myślę,że tak mimo tych rzeczy jednak wolała bym o nich wiedzieć przed decyzją o zakupie wycieczki . Plaża jest żwirowa i blisko basenu z barem i animacjami, przez to było tam głośno . Korzystaliśmy z basenu przy barze dla dorosłych . Dla dzieci też znikło parę atrakcji, które miały być a jednak nie było z powodu na przebudowę Hotelu. Hotel nie miał czynnych wszystkich basenów bo szykowali się dopiero do sezonu, byliśmy pierwszym turnusem w tym roku.

Bardzo fajny obiekt, rozległy (jeśli masz małe dziecko zabierz wózek;), dużo atrakcji (łucznictwo, tenis, mini golf, bule, animacje - po francusku). Jedyny minut to lodowata woda w basenie dla dzieci. Całokształt mega pozytywny. Polecam :)

Wszystko było super ale dopiero od dnia drugiego, ponieważ w pierwszy dzień po długim czasie zakwaterowania około 1 godziny czekania w kolejce na przydzielenie pokoju, co pewno nie jest winą (...)
Wszystko było super ale dopiero od dnia drugiego, ponieważ w pierwszy dzień po długim czasie zakwaterowania około 1 godziny czekania w kolejce na przydzielenie pokoju, co pewno nie jest winą hotelu, ale braku rezydentów w momencie przyjazdu autokarów do hotelu, aby pokierowali tym procesem, otrzymałyśmy pokój na pierwszej kondygnacji malutki, ciemny, ciasny, wyglądający jak garaż, w ktorym nie można było otworzyć drzwi ponieważ zaraz pojawiały sie koty i wchodziły do srodka. Nie był to pokój ok 30 m2 jak pisano w ofercie, dopiero po naszej interwencji u recepcji na następny dzień zmieniono nam pokój który w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania, chociaż mógłby być z widokiem na morze, ale ok. rozumiem nie wszystkie mogą mieć taka opcję.

Posiłki smaczne- zróżnicowane- sushi, owoce morza, ryby, dania tematyczne, bogaty wybór owoców i warzyw, nie można odczuć monotonni. Restauracja na wysokim poziomie- zawsze czyste obrusy i nakryte stoły (to zasługa fantastycznych ludzi tam pracujących). Plaża- delikatny żwir, piękne morze, leżaki i parasole w cenie. Jesteśmy zachwyceni Hotelem Ostria- na pewno tam wrócimy, z całego serca będę polecać rodzinie i znajomym. Cudowny klimat stworzony przez ludzi tam pracujących pozwala w pełni się zrelaksować i fantastycznie spędzić wakacje.

EASTERN CRETE
The Heraklion region:
Knossos and Heraklion — exploring the most important remnants of Minoan Crete: the ruins of the Palace of Knossos, which was probably a mythical maze. Spinalonga and Agios Nikolaos — the landscapes of East Crete, which is famous for its splendid views on the gorgeous Mirabello bay, an ancient flooded port of Olous and the city of Agios Nikolaos. Cruise to the island of Spinalonga, exploring the impressive fortress built by the Byzantines. After the tour, the boat anchors in a quiet cove by a small, wild beach. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
