Pokoje czystej sprzątane codziennie. Jedzenie dużo i często, także w barach przy basenach. Bardzo duża powierzchnia całego kompleksu hotelowego. Dużo roślinności. Przepiękne widoki , polecam szczególnie spacery wzdłuż linii brzegowej półwyspu. Plaża hotelowa żwirowa z leżakami dość obszerna. Woda czysta dużo ryb .

Niestety pokoje mają niewiele wspólnego z tymi na zdjęciach. Trzeba się liczyć z tym, że hotel jest stary i pokoje w większości budynków potrzebują remontu. Bardzo widoczny czarny grzyb w łazience, rdza na elementach metalowych, zniszczone obdarte szafki. Najgorsza była psująca się co chwilę klimatyzacja, która strasznie głośno chodziła. W nocy był wybór - albo umierać z gorąca, albo liczyć się ze zgrzytaniem. Prosiłam o zmianę pokoju kilka razy. Pracownicy hotelu chyba już sie przyzwyczaili, bo odmawiali bez mrugnięcia okiem. Kiedy coś sie znalazło, zrozumiałam dlaczego. Większość pokoi wygląda źle. zaproponowano nam do wymiany jeszcze gorszy pokój. Mieliśmy w budynku głównym, zaproponowano w bungalo, gdzie klimatyzacja też nie działała i też był grzyb. Trzeba sie liczyć z tym, że to nie jest nawet 3 gwiazdki wg polskich standardów, tylko poziom taniego akademika z lat 90. Owszem jest nowy budynek ale nie dla klientów Itaki z tego co mi powiedziano. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, było dość monotonne, śniadania jednakowe, niby jest co wybrać, ale jak sie wybierze do restauracji w miasteczku, to różnica w jedzeniu jest ogromna, w knajpkach jedzenie było pyszne, o hotelu nie można tego powiedzieć. Jeśli chodzi o opiekę rezydenta, to nie oceniam dobrze, nie pomogła nam ze zmianą pokoju, mimo, że pokazałam zdjęcia zagrzybionej klimatyzacji, czarnej pleśni w łazience i obdartych szafek. 2 dni zajęło załatwienie auta na wynajem - kiedy wyjazd trwa kilka dni, to każdy dzień sie liczy, Dla pani może nie było to dużo, te 2 dni opóźnienia, dla nas jednak tak. Na plus jest duża ilość zieleni i duży teren hotelu, ładna plaża miejska. Plaża hotelowa malutka jak na ten rozmiar hotelu i ilość chętnych, ale zaciszna.

Przepiękny teren, urozmaicone i pyszne jedzenie, ciekawe, różnorodne baseny. Pokoje bardzo domagają się odnowienia, bo nie wyglądają jak w 5 czy nawet 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu. Pomimo.tego pobyt naprawdę udany, bo cały teren resortu jest bajeczny! Dwie plaże (piaszczysta maleńka), wyjście prosto do pięknego miasteczka.

Byliśmy z rodziną oraz 70 letnią babcią dla której górki prowadzące na jadalnię, do miasta czy też do piaszczystej plaży okazały się nie lada wyzwaniem :( Pokój bardzo przyjemny, duży plus za polską telewizję, minus nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji, który dał się czuć zaraz po przyjeździe. Wyżywienie w porządku. Bardzo urozmaicone obiady i kolacje. Minus za powtarzające się śniadania :( z warzyw praktycznie tylko ogórki i pomidory. Robotę robił bar przy plaży. Pyszne grillowane jedzonko. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła i pomocna. Animacje to niestety totalna porażka :((((((( Można by rzec że nie było ich w ogóle a głównie na to się nastawialiśmy przy wyjeździe z nastolatkami. Stosunek jakości do ceny na pewno nie adekwatny. To nasze któreś z kolei wakacje allinclusive ale myślę, że po raz kolejny raczej byś my się nie zdecydowali niestety :(

Fantastyczny rozległy resort z pięknymi widokami. Mnóstwo atrakcji dla dzieci i cudowni animatorzy z ITAKI Janek i Oliwia, których serdecznie pozdrawiamy. Przez całe 8 dni pobytu każdego dnia odkrywaliśmy nowe miejsce w kompleksie. Nie można się nudzić. Warunki w hotelu ok, jak na greckie standardy. Co dzień sprzątany pokój i wymieniane ręczniki. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Serdecznie polecam na wyjazd z dziećmi.

Pięknie położony, rozległy kompleks. Smaczne i różnorodne jedzenie - kuchnia międzynarodowa i grecka. Duży plus za świeże owoce i warzywa do każdego posiłku. Pokój rodziny duży i czysty- Minusem może być rozkładana sofa dla dzieci, w pokoju jest miejsce na zwykłe pełnowymiarowe łóżka, niestety jest rozkłqdana sofa, przy starszych dzieciach (lub tak jak mój starszy 12letni syn mający 175cm wzrostu) łóżko dosyć małe i niewygodne. Spokojny pobyt, praktycznie nie ma animacji (a te które są, prowadzone wyłącznie po francusku) dla nas to nie był minus. Na plaży i przy basenach zakaz rezerwacji leżaków dzięki temu, nawet po późnym śniadaniu można było jakieś dla siebie znaleźć. Pomimo wysokiego sezonu nie wszystkie bary/ restauracje działały. Największym plusem i powodem dla którego wybraliśmy ten hotel, to plaża idealna do snurkowania - piękne skały i krystalicznie czysta woda - położenie bajeczne! Pokój spełniał nasze oczekiwania, chociaż co do sprzątania można mieć zastrzeżenia. Blisko do lotniska, więc transfer nie był męczący.

Hotel położony na rozległym i malowniczym terenie. Po przyjeździe z uwagi na pokoje znajdujace sie nie tylko w budynku głównym ale i licznych domkach typu bungalow, obsługa rozwozi meleksem gości,pokazując i tłumacząc jednocześnie drogę do plaży czy restauracji. W pokoju natomiast sześć butelek wody oraz sok i wino w lodówce. Minusem pokoju to stan łazienki-mocno wyeksploatowana. Hotel podczas naszego pobytu w zdecydowanej większości opanowany przez Rosjan. W dalszej kolejności goście z Francji,Polski,Czech,Rumunii i Anglii. Wyżywienie powtarzające się ale dobre i dla każdego coś powinno się znaleźć. Do obiadu i kolacji butelka wina,piwo oraz soki i zawsze woda. Kilka basenów, zarówno taki z głębokością 3 m, jak i takie ze zjeżdżalniami,gdzie głębokość to max 1.45 m. Warto w czasie pobytu zarezerwowac sobie kolacje w restauracji włoskiej czy greckiej. Po wyjściu z hotelu uliczki z restauracjami,barami i sklepami z upominkami.

Hotel na sporym terenie mnóstwem zieleni, co powoduje, że nie sprawia wrażenia wielkiej bryły, a ludzie rozkładają się na sporej powierzchni, więc nie czuć tej ilości. Czysty, obsługa bardzo pomocna, kilka basenów, spora restauracja. Jedynym minusem są te dodatkowe kolację z rezerwacją, które są zwyczajnie nieosiągalne - idąc zrobić rezerwację nawet na drugi dzień po przylocie okazuje się, że do końca twego pobytu miejsc brak.

Hotel bardzo blisko lotniska (c.a. 30 minut). Ogromna przestrzeń co powoduje, że nie widać ilości turystów. Pokoje ładne, czyste i funkcjonalne(byłem w pokoju rodzinnym). Bardzo dobre jedzenie w ramach all inclusive, szczególnie to przygotowywane bezpośrednio na grillu (ryby, mięso, gyros, kebab). Lepsze lunche i kolacje niż śniadania (chyba że ktoś lubi na słodko). Pyszne desery. Plaża hotelowa i baseny czyste. Przepiękny basen ze zjeżdżalniami otoczony palmami (czułem się jakbym był w oazie). Dzieci (9 i 11 lat) bardzo zadowolone. Dorośli także. Polecam

Klimatyzacja wszystko bez zarzutów. Wyżywienie pyszne ryby owoce morza mnóstwo mięs warzyw ciast makaronów potrawy z grilla i oczywiście bez ograniczeń wino piwo i przeróżne napoje. Alkohole tylko oryginalne martini aperol Grandsa drinki wódka pyszne lody. Plaża główna hotelowa od budynku i lobby trochę daleko ale my korzystaliśmy z dużego basenu i mniejszej plaży hotelowej przy jadalni i budynku głównym wszystko na miejscu bar animacje aerobik SUPER.

Witam.W 100% polecam ten hotel przepyszne jedzenie,bardzo duży wybór,drinkirewelka,hotel czyściutki obsługa bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta,bardzo pomocni.Jesli chodzi o sam hotel i otoczenie to przepiękne widoki dużo zieleni, promenadą można dojść do cudownego miasteczka z tawernami ok 5 min .Hotel znajduje się na dużym obszarze pełnej zieleni ,gdzie można pospacerować.Animacje dla dzieci również w języku polskim.Nam było aż żal wyjeżdżać,tam czas się zatrzymał . Naprawdę można się zresetować.Wsoinbe też i dwóch restauracjach Włoska i Śrôdziembomorska.Jedzenie superowe i to oczywiście w cenie wczasów.Polecam jeszcze raz jeśli chcecie państwo przeżyć cudowne chwile.Sylwia

Możesz wtym czasie korzystać z infrastrultury i innych możliwości oferowanych w Agia Pelegia (np. wypożyczyliśmy łódź), ale później przed wyjazdem przydałaby się możliwość wzięcia prysznica.

Hotel położony w przepięknym, malowniczym miejscu. Dużo zieleni, cudnej roślinności. Plaża hotelowa mała, ale ma swój urok. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Obsluga hotelowa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jedzenie pyszne, różnorodne. Restauracje, z których można skorzystać podczas pobytu serwują jedzenie, którym można nacieszyć podniebienie. Obok restauracji włoskiej jest sporo punktów widokowych, które zabierają dech w piersiach. W Hotelu znajduje się również plac zabaw, na którym żadne dziecko nie zazna nudy. Trudno nie byłoby też tu wspomnieć o animatorach z klubu Itaki - Janek i Oliwia opieka i zabawy z dziećmi na najwyższym poziomie. Córka codziennie korzystała z zajęć i trudno jej było się rozstać. Reasumując gorąco polecam!

This uninhabited islet with intact nature is a natural reserve for many species of birds. A swim in the bay and visit to the ruins located on a 137 metre hill of the Venetian fortress from the 16th century, providing wonderful views of Balos Bay. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
