Hotel zrobiłem na nas ogólne dobre pierwsze wrażenie, pokój przestronny, czysty z bardzo ładnym widokiem na góry i morze. Co do pokoju przez pierwsze pięć dni pobytu ani razu nie był sprzątany i nie były wymieniane ręczniki, 5 dnia po poprosiliśmy aby wymienić ręczniki i posprzątać - niestety do końca naszego pobytu pokój nie został posprzątany a jedynie zostały raz wymienione ręczniki. Co do jedzenia to było ok, zawsze szło coś znaleść dla siebie. Jeżeli chodzi o bar to tutaj było trochę gorzej ponieważ żeby coś dostać to wieczorami trzeba było stać w długich kolejkach do baru który z głownie był obsługiwany przez jedną osobę. Plaże, w pobliżu hotelu były dwie plażę na jedną jeździł bus hotelowy 3 raz dziennie i ta poza jeżeli chodzi o wejście do wody nam się podobała ale było na niej bardzo mało miejsca żeby się rozłożyć. Druga plaża bardzo ładna natomiast praktycznie po jej całej długości w wodzie były ogromne głazy co dla osoby która nie umie pływać mogło być problemem - dojście do tej plaży w miarę ok natomiast powrót był już dość sporym wysiłkiem ze względu na wysokość wzniesienia. Ogólnie hotel ok.

Jedzenie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, świeże, ładnie podane, czysto. Hotel pięknie położony, kaskadowy, dużo zieleni, ogólnie zadbany. Baseny czyste, wystarczające. Jedyny minus, że czynne od 10 do 18. Animacje sporadyczne, monotonne. Muzyka przy basenie przyjemna, relaksująca. Ogólne wrażenie hotel robi dobre, spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Plaża w Agia Pelagia średnia jak na inne greckie plaże. Dosyć kamienista, jest bus, który trzy razy dziennie wozi gości na plażę. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo milo.

Ogólna ocena Hotelu bardzo dobra (nawet z „plusem”). Specjalnego wyróżnienia wymaga kwestia posiłków - różnorodność potraw (w tym lokalne potrawy) i ich rewelacyjna jakość. Animacje od rana do wieczora - nie można się nudzić, obsługa Hotelu zawsze uśmiechnięta, pomocna. Na terenie Hotelu bezpłatne WiFi oraz siłownia. Jeśli już szukać minusów to po dłuższym zastanowieniu wskazałbym jeden - dojście do plaży - droga nie jest długa, ale powrót z plaży mocno pod górę. I zdecydowanie warto wybrać pokój z widokiem na morze - Hotel jest położony w taki sposób, że wyglądając przez okno, czy siedząc na balkonie mamy widok jak z pocztówki!

Hotel pięknie położony na wzgórzu. Dla jednych to zaleta, a dla innych wymagająca wyprawa na plażę. Choć uważam, ze po tak dobrej kuchni jaką serwuje kuchnia dobrze spalić nadmiar kalorii. Pokoje o rożnym układzie. Nasz był z antresolą, co daje trochę przestrzeni i komfortu. Pokoje sprzątane. Sam obiekt bardzo fajnie rozłożony na tzw. Wioskę, co również daje uczucie przestrzeni. Dużo zadbanej zielni. Widać było i czuć, ze się starają.

Hotel czysty, pokoje sprzątane co drugi dzień. Przepiękny widok na morze i okolice, bo budynek jest na wzgórzu. Chociaż do plaży trzeba się przejść i niestety powrót jest pod górkę. Dwie plaże w pobliżu - bardzo ładne, ale chwilami jest problem z dostępnością leżaków i niestety są płatne. W restauracji jest w czym wybierać, posiłki smaczne i urozmaicone, zawsze słodkie desery do wyboru oraz lody i różne napoje. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Fajnie, że jest kilka basenów przy hotelu, więc można znaleźć wolny leżak. Chociaż ludzie ciągle zostawiają ręczniki, blokując od rana miejsca przy basenie. I rzeczywiście raczej dla ludzi sprawnych fizycznie bo wszędzie są schody i wspinaczka. I jeszcze jedno dojazd do hotelu widokowymi drogami, co dla mnie oznaczało trochę stresu. Brawo dla kierowców autobusów, którzy świetnie radzą sobie na zakrętach - podziwiałam ich każdego dnia. Ale na odpoczynek z dala od gwarnych miejscowości hotel idealny.

Hotel ma swoje plusy i minusy. Na minus: brak sprzątania w pokojach, nie wymieniano ręczników (musieliśmy chodzić i się prosić), po papier toaletowy też musieliśmy chodzić.. Zajmowanie leżaków przez turystów, dramat.. Wyżywienie smaczne, widoki piękne.

Hotel bardzo ładnie położony, piękne widoki z tarasu. Pyszne jedzenie. Jeżeli ktoś się nastawia na pobyt z dzieckiem - raczej odradzam -nie ma dla dzieci żadnych atrakcji w wyjątkiem mini disco. Jeżeli chodzi o pokoje to zależy w której części hotelu otrzyma się zakwaterowanie, My w pierwszej kolejności otrzymaliśmy niezgodny z opisem oferty (zdjęcia na portalu Itaka), jednak nie widok na morze był głównym powodem prośby o zmianę - tylko stan ubikacji i łazienki, W kolejnym dniu otrzymaliśmy zmianę (jednak nie każdemu sie udało). Obsługa bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta. W miejscowości można skorzystać z dwóch plaż - na jedną zawozi autobus ( mała i wąska - nie polecam) i druga na którą można zejść pieszo (bardzo klimatyczna, tańsze leżaki, fajne knajpki), którą również polecam na wieczorne spacery. Wynajem samochodu - lepiej poszukać w pobliskiej miejscowości - ta przyhotelowa ma niekorzystne warunki. Ogólnie wyjazd bardzo udany,

W pobliżu 2 plaże: Aglia Pelagia - jeździ bus hotelowy, jest tam promenada sklepy, tawerny i Lygaria (tu 1 sklep i mniej tawern). Obie ładne. W okolicy hotelu sklep spożywczy. Jedzenie dobre, są np. owoce morza. Są lody przy obiedzie i kolacji. Każdy powinien znaleźć coś dla siebie. Obsługa miła, zbierająca naczynia na bieżąco. Sprzątanie pokoi co kilka dni. Ręczniki plażowe do pobrania za kaucją w recepcji (wymiana co kilka dni). Pokoje przestronne, z tarasem. Bar przy basenie i bar przy restauracji. Wieczorem otwiera się bar na tarasie (i tu minus bo tylko 1 bar otwarty wieczorem stwarza kolejki). W hotelu siłownia (na zewnątrz, pod daszkiem), kort do paddla. W ciągu dnia animacje, pomieszczenie coś a'la mini klub. Odpłatny bilard. wifi bezpłatne. Hotel posiada swoją aplikację do zameldowania się - meldujemy się sami wypełniając dane w aplikacji. Hotelowym autobusem można dojechać i wrócić do pobliskiego Heraklionu (5 euro). Hotel fajny także jako baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie zachodniej lub wschodniej części wyspy - a jest tu wiele pięknych miejsc.

Jedzenie dobre każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie obsługa na jadalni miła, sprawna szybko sprzątane stoliki. Przy głównym basenie od godziny 5 rano zajmowane ręcznikami leżaki. BRAK atrakcji rozrywek wieczorami powinni być animatorzy aby zabawiać gości hotelowych było tylko mini disco dla dzieci a dla dorosłych BRAK rozrywek. Wycieczki fakultatywne i wypożyczenie auta w hotelu - drogie lokalnie dużo taniej. Problematyczne zakwaterowanie w hotelu przy użyciu aplikacji. Duży plus dla hotelu zostawiają opaski przy późniejszym wylocie. Płatne drinki bardzo słabiutkie. Ogromne kolejki w godzinach wieczornych do baru.
