To nasz drugi pobyt w tym aparthotelu.Zdecydowanie poprawila sie czystosc apartamentu.Nie bylo wszechobecnego w poprzednim roku kurzu.Do oferty dolaczono w tym roku bezplatne korzystanie z sauny suchej oraz mokrej. Kompleks SPA bardzo przyjemny i czysty.Niestety czynny tylko do godziny 19.To zdecydowanie zbyt krotko ,kiedy z nart wraca sie okolo godziny 17.Narciarnia jest wygodna,tuz przy windzie.Nie ma w niej grzalek na buty. Obsluga hotelowa jest bardzo mila i zawsze pomocna.

Niestety w całym hotelu jest bardzo dużo kurzu,co wynika zapewne z używania zbyt słabych odkurzaczy,starych dywanów i wykładzin,zasłon oraz mebli tapicerowanych.Nie polecam dla osób uczulonych na kurz choć ogólnie hotel sprawia wrażenie czystego.

Narciarnia ciepła, ale z niepraktycznymi uchwytami na narty. Hotel absolutnie nie zasługuje na 4*, co najwyżej na dwie. W kwaterach prywatnych jest czyściej i są lepiej wyposażone, mamy porównanie, bo jeździmy do Włoch od wielu lat.

W pokoju na ścianie pleśń. Po oknie spływała skraplająca się woda przez co stale na podłodze była kałuża. W pokoju było ciepło ale kaloryfer grzał tylko raz (przez 2 godziny). Nie dało się (...) expand
W pokoju na ścianie pleśń. Po oknie spływała skraplająca się woda przez co stale na podłodze była kałuża. W pokoju było ciepło ale kaloryfer grzał tylko raz (przez 2 godziny). Nie dało się czegokolwiek wysuszyć co dla narciarza jest dużym kłopotem. Jedyną wentylację pokoju stanowiło otwarte okno bo przewodów wentylacyjnych nie było. Bezmyślne wyposażenie kuchni - brak niezbędnego czajnika za to mieliśmy zupełnie zbędną zmywarkę (bo jak zmywać w maszynie gdy ma się komplet naczyń dla 2 osób?). Garnki były wielkości umożliwiającej wyżywienie pułku wojska (7l + 5l) a nas było przecież tylko dwoje. Kuchenka za to taka malutka (2-palnikowa), że garnki się na niej nie mieściły. Hotel dobrze położony, czysty.
