Designed in Mediterranean style, with low-rise detached housing, it is a pleasant spot for holidays in one of the most beautiful corners of Sardinia. Its name - Capo D'Orso - comes from the symbol Palau - a rock formation in the shape of a bear looking down on the sea. On site you have everything you need for a great holiday with family or in a group of friends: beach with a view of the turquoise bay, simple, but functionally equipped apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people, and great fun with animations in a typical Italian style. It is also terrific as a starting point for touring northern Sardinia.

Pobyt dość zgodny z ofertą. To co można dodać: Wi-fi w okolicach recepcji - bezpłatnie. Pokoje czyste, codzienne sprzątane, ścielone łóżka i wymieniane ręczniki. W pokoju (przynajmniej moim - nr H8) w podstawowy sposób wyposażona kuchnia: talerze, szklanki, garnki, sztućce etc. - chyba to wszystko nie do końca potrzebne. Podczas pobytu mojej rodziny w okresie bardzo ciepłego sierpnia, klimatyzacja mimo, że sterowana indywidualnie, ledwo wyrabiała, przez co komfort był taki sobie, ale na pewno było lepiej niż na słońcu :). Co do animacji - bez rewelacji i na dodatek tylko po włosku, ale śmiesznie było popatrzeć, szczególnie jak się niczego nie rozumiało. Do zdecydowanych plusów należy zaliczyć położenie całego zespołu hotelowego (Capo d'Orso oraz Posada) - piękne i dość spokojne sardyńskie miasteczko z tradycyjną zabudową, kafejkami, targami, mariną i urokliwymi uliczkami do spacerów. W pobliżu dość tani dyskont spożywczy, sklepik z alkoholami, odrobinę dalej lodziarnia z naprawdę doskonałymi lodami. Palau jest naprawdę bardzo ładne. Świetna też jest bliska plaża hotelowa (z pięknym widokiem na zatoczkę, jachty i Palau) oraz cienisty lasek w jej pobliżu. Baseny należy traktować tylko jako dodatek - są to nieduże baseny bez jakichkolwiek atrakcji. Na basenach i kąpielisku przy plaży - dzienna opieka ratowników. Są wg. mnie także minusy oferty - wyżywienie to nie żadne all inclusive, w ostateczności takie określenie mogłoby przejść, ale z wyraźnym dopiskiem 'SOFT'. Tak naprawdę to śniadanie, obiad i kolacja z napojami (zimnymi z automatu) i winem (obiadowym czerwonym i białym, do obiadu i kolacji). Kawa (dość kiepska jak na włoską tradycję) i herbata (podła czarna torebkowa + rumiankowa) były dostępne jedynie do śniadania. Pozostałe świadczenia żywieniowe wymienione w ofercie to jakieś nieporozumienie - dostępne bezpłatnie jedynie w barze przy recepcji a do tego mocno ograniczony asortyment (w wybranych godzinach) i jakość + nieciekawie podane :( . Owszem można było więcej (np. całkiem dobrą kawę czy lody), ale to już za dopłatą. Główne posiłki to odrębny temat - dużo, niby urozmaicone (po za śniadaniem), niby trochę nawiązujące do sardyńskiej (mięso) i włoskiej (dużo makaronów) kuchni, ale tak naprawdę wszystko smakujące dość podobnie - po dwóch, trzech dniach odwiedzanie restauracji nie jest już przyjemnością. Wzrok może i przyciągało (szczególnie różnokolorowy bufet z daniami na zimno), ale podniebienia nie cieszyło. Do śniadań i kolacji coś na słodko. Owoce do każdego posiłku. Nie mniej - polecam wszystkim bez specjalnie wygórowanych wymagań. Będą również z tej ofert zadowoleni wszyscy, którzy jadą tam by podziwiać Sardynię a nie hotel (chociaż same budynki utrzymane w tradycji są ciekawe i na swój sposób ładne). Zaś liczący na luksus i chcący spędzić czas jedynie w hotelu (korzystając z atrakcji) - powinni poszukać czegoś innego.

Oddzielny pokój dla dziecka-był najważniejszym kryterium wyboru hotelu w interesującym nas kierunku podrózy. Pokój przydzielony w hotelu nie odpowiadał wybranej i zakupionej przez nas ofercie wyjazdu. Wykupilismy pobyt w apartamencie 3-osobowym z oddzielnym pokojem dla dorosłego dziecka a otrzymalismy sypialnię 28m2 z jednym łóżkiem 2-osobowym i stojącym obok łóżkiem polowym (dostawką). 'Sypialnia' oddzielona była od pomieszczenia ze stołem i krzesłami 2m drewnianą ścianką,które odległość 30cm od łóżka dawała klaustrofobiczne wrażenie. Okno wychodziło na mur i zestaw 3 głośnych jednostek zewnętrznych klimatyzatorów z innych pokojów.Komofort snu tragiczny, niewspólmierny do opisu i wykupionej oferty w Państwa biurze. Ograniczona komunikacja w języku angielskim (service room nie mówił nawet w podstawowym zakresie).

Przede wszystkim bardzo przeciętne wyżywienie - mało różnorodne, a pod koniec czasu posiłków braki prawie wszystkiego. W przypadku tego hotelu formuła all incusive praktycznie nie funkcjonuje. W częsci rezydencjalnej brak dostępu do jakichkolwiek niepłatnych napojów. Bardzo słabe informacje rezydenta na temat wycieczek fakultatywnych. Nocne zwiedzanie wybrzeża zupełnie bezsensowne w sytuacji,gdy cel odległy jest o dwadzieścia pare kilometrów, a przejazd (w tym po gości z kolejnego hotelu) zajmuje ponad trzy godziny. W czasie przejazdu w dodatku nic nie widać, bo jest już całkowicie ciemno, a wystarczyłoby żeby ta sama wycieczka zaczynała się 2-3 godziny wcześniej. Na pozytywną ocenę zasługują zatem jedynie położenie hotelu i bardzo sprawny transfer z Polski i powrotny.

Obsługa hotelowa i w restauracji bez zarzutu, sprawna, miła, jedzenie urozmaicone, dużo owoców morza. Animacji nie oceniam -nie byliśmy zainteresowani.

Dobre położenie, przy plaży, blisko miasteczka i sklepów. Ale pokój w rezydencji bez klimatyzacji - można wytrzymać bo to nie Egipt, ale mamy 2012 rok i za cenę 15000zł klima powinna być. Za to przestronnie, z widokiem na morze, lodówka, 2 pokoje. Wyżywienie - no cóż starali się, ale do polskiego się nie umywa. Wszyscy mieliśmy dość. Polecamy dla osób z dziećmi, bez wysokich wymagań.

Hotel w niskiej zabudowie co powoduje ze nie ma takiego tłoku jak w dużych hotelach , przez co jest dużo bardziej przyjemnie.Jedzenie typowo śródziemnomorskie z dużą ilością sałatek w porze lunchu i obiadu w postaci 'przystawek' . Generalnie kuchnia smaczna i wystarczająca na posiłki. Na plus zasługuje obsługa która w żaden sposób nie podchodzi negatywnie do gości. Odnośnie wyposażenia to należy pamiętać żę jest to 3/4 gwiazdkowy hotel także nie widać już pewne zużycie w pokojach, które dzięki swojej przestronności zyskują w dłuższym czasie

Jeżdżę na wczasy z Waszym Biurem od 6 lat i nigdy nie spotkałem się z tak słabą jakością usług które zafundował mi ten Hotel. Jeżeli chodzi o personel recepcji to moja ocena w skali 1 - 6 to 0. poza tym wyżywienie to 1. Chcąc utrzymać swój dotychczasowy prestiż Itaka powinna zrezygnować z usług tego Hotelu. Pozdrawiam

Jestem zadowolona z pobytu, przestronne i czyste pokoje i łazienki ,wszyscy bardzo mili,jedzenie bardzo mi smakowało:mięso,ryby,owoce morza,dobre makarony,jedyny minus to bardzo słaby wybór alkoholi w ramach all inclusive i nie poinformowanie o lądowaniu w Pradze -robi się długa podróż, ale ogólnie było bardzo miło i sympatycznie.Polecam.
