Najwspanialszą jednak cechą hotelu jest przesympatyczny personel. wszyscy byli bardzo przyjaźni i uczynni, nie było problemu w udzieleniu pomocy w zakresie każdej, nawet najdziwniejszej prośby. Bardzo sympatyczne animacje, chociaż było nieco głośno, jednak nawet przy tej muzyce można było szybko zasnąć. nie było żadnego rezydenta, nikt nie zainteresował się nami, dobrze, że na lotnisku obsługa pomogła nam skontaktować się, by móc uzyskać pomoc w transferze do hotelu. Wycieczki fakultatywne - nie mozna było się na nie zapisać przez internet, były niedostępne, gdy zapisałam się do jednej - nie została zrealizowana, a zabrano mi pieniądze. nadal czekam na ich zwrot. Informację o transferze powrotnym otrzymałam na maila na 4 godziny przed godziną transferu.

Wystrój hotelu bardzo przyjemny, jednak nieco niedbały, choć w pokoju było czysto. Pokój duży i przestronny wyposażony w minibar i klimatyzację. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna. Plaża hotelowa dosyć mała i kameralna, z możliwością wypożyczenia wielu sprzętów wodnych w cenie pobytu (windsurfing, paddle board, żaglówki), co było wielką zaletą. W kwestii wyżywienia - koncept dine around to świetna alternatywa dla klasycznego all inclusive, możlwiośc zjedzenia codziennie w innej restauracji pysznych i ciekawych dań, niestety desery w większości były suche i niezbyt smaczne. Osobiście jestem we 100% zadowolona z usług spa - wspaniały wystrój, klimat i cała oprawa powoduje, że można się poczuć "jakby luksusowo" ;) terapeutki w spa były wybitne i bardzo profesjonalne! THE AUTHENTIC SOUTH - a trip to the interior of the island full of beautiful views and to Trou Aux Cerfs - a dormant volcano. Exploring Floreal - the suburban town of Curepipe, one of the most important cities of the island in terms of population and size of trade, here you can encounter a large variety of local products. Then drive to one of the Hindu temples. Every year during the Maha Shiveratee festival, it is visited by pilgrims from all over the island. Day trip Price – approx. 65 EUR.
