Miasto piękne, można zwiedzić stare miasto położone bardziej w górach. Tylko Itaka jako biuro się nie spisała, a opieka rezydenta była żadna - zależało nam na wycieczkach fakultatywnych, jednak z uwagi na trudności z dojazdem rezydentka nam odpisała, ze z naszego hotelu nie organizują i możemy sobie poszukać lokalnych.

Taka informacja również powinna być przekazana wcześniej klientom, a nie już na miejscu. Srednio można było też sie dogadać ze starszą obsługą hotelu, którzy znają głównie rosyjski, angielskiego w ogóle.

Hotel Princess w Barze w pełni zasługuje na swoje 4*. Przyjemne, przestronne i czyste pokoje i łazienki. Rzeczywiście - tak jak piszą inni - czasem pokojowe sprzątały pobieżnie ale zawsze były zmieniane ręczniki, pościel, w łazienkach mydło, płyn do kąpieli etc. Widok z balkonu na ogród i marinę w zupełności rekompensował nam brak bezpośredniego widoku na morze - te pokoje są dostępne za dopłatą już w hotelu. Gościom hotelowym oferuje sie 2 baseny (jeden wewnętrzny, drugi na zewnętrzny). Basen zewnętrzny oddzielony jest niskim murkiem od bulwaru i znajdującej się przy nim plaży, dzięki czemu leżąc przy basenie można słyszeć szum morza. Różnorodne śniadania i kolacje, na bieżąco uzupełniane. Obsługa hotelowa ( recepcja, kelnerzy, etc) bardzo uprzejma, dbają o gości hotelowych tak jak przystało na hotel o tak wysokim standardzie. Posiłki są podawane w hotelowej restauracji i na tarasie, z którego rozciąga się piękny widok na morze, marinę i port oraz przybrzeżny bulwar - zachody słońca przy kolacji niezapomniane. Sam Bar i umiejscowienie hotelu bardzo dobre, nie jest tam głośno ale blisko do knajpek, sklepów czy innych atrakcji. W hotelu nie ma organizowanych animacji, ale dla nas to była duża zaleta tego miejsca. Spragnieni animacji łatwo mogli je znaleźć w okolicy. W trakcie naszego pobytu mieszkali tam też Rosjanie, Serbowie, Francuzi, Włosi i Skandynawowie - Hotel Princess to hotel o najwyższym standardzie w okolicy. Plaża przy hotelu jest kamienista i raczej nie do kąpieli ( bliskość Mariny i portu). Aby znaleźć przyjemną plażę trzeba się wybrać trochę dalej a jest w czym wybierać- dojechać do innych miejscowości można niedrogimi, dobrze kursującymi autobusami, lub dopłynąć od strony morza, w porcie organizowane są całodzienne wycieczki na plaże, do Budvy etc. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Trochę długi i męczący dojazd z i na lotnisko w Dubrovniku, do hotelu przyjeżdza się przed rozpoczęciem doby hotelowej, trzeba było zatem poczekać 2 godziny, ale obsługa hotelowa zapewniła nam miejsce na bagaże i zaproponowała aby udać się od razu na basen lub hotelową plażę.

Wyżywienie doskonałe, nie ma kolejek, a to co się kończyło było uzupełniane na bieżąco. Czysto, chociaż sprzątanie pokoju 'po łebkach'. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Basen otwarty i drugi pod dachem. Leżaki dostępne przy basenie, bez tłoku.

W hotelu dostępne są bezpłatnie dwa baseny (odkryty i kryty), a także siłownia. Pokoje duże, przestronne, często sprzątane. Obsługa jest miła, a jedzenie smaczne - szczególnie dobrze smakuje na zewnętrznym tarasie restauracji, skąd rozciąga się piękny widok na morze. Plusem jest również możliwość dostępu do Internetu.

Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania. Pokoje ładnie urządzone, wygodne, polskie kanały TV (TVP INFO, POLONIA, TVP HISTORIA). Na wyposażeniu bezpłatny sejf, lodówka z mini barem, darmowe WIFI. Łazienki czyściutkie, ręczniki codziennie wymieniane, na wyposażeniu suszarka, żel i mydło do kąpieli. Jedzenie smaczne i urozmaicone: dożo warzyw, owoców, nabiału oraz rożnych rodzajów mięs, co kilka dni podawane są ryby lub owoce morza. W hotelu brak animacji, co w moim przypadku jest zaletą, bo jest cicho i spokojnie. Hotel wyśmienicie położony, praktycznie bezpośrednio przy plaży, niedaleko centrum, mariny i portu jednocześnie w otoczeniu zieleni. Do dyspozycji gości bezpłatnie dwa duże i czyste baseny (jeden kryty), parasole i leżaki przy basenie i na plaży, dostępne o każdej porze dnia. W hotelu jest wypożyczalnia samochodów i lodzi.

The Tara River Canyon – the heart of Montenegro is the unspoiled and wild nature in the northern part of the country. The enchanting beauty of the deep canyon, crystal clear rivers and majestic mountainous landscapes. The route leads to the largest and deepest canyon in Europe and one of the deepest in the world - Tara. The shore of the river and steep slopes of the canyon are covered with lush vegetation, and its highest part with fir trees and spruce. Stop at a vantage point - on a bridge suspended 170 m above the river joining the 2 banks of the canyon. Transfer to the capital of the mountains - Žabljaka - and then to Black Lake located in the National Park of the Durmitoru Mountains between their highest peaks. Day trip.
