A visit to the old underground Portuguese Cistern, the beauty of which can only be compared with the Istanbul cistern. Transfer to CASABLANKA - the largest city of Morocco and one of the four largest African metropolises, the economic capital of the country. Lunch in Casablanca. Walk in Fez El-Bali - a maze of 9 thousand. winding streets, the best-preserved medina of the Arab world under the patronage of UNESCO: the mosque and the Al-Karaouine University from the 9th century (from the outside) - the oldest in the world of Western Islam, the most beautifully decorated, with a capacity of up to 20,000 of the faithful, the Chouwara tannery, the most photographed place in Fez, enchanting with the richness of colors, madrasah Al-Attarin (sightseeing) - a pearl of Moorish architecture. Trasa ciekawa, program zwiedzania mógłby merytorycznie być bogatszy (brak zwiedzania jakiegokolwiek muzeum i wielu zabytków). Plan wycieczki nie był aktualizowany. Przykład - przewidziano spacer (...)
Trasa ciekawa, program zwiedzania mógłby merytorycznie być bogatszy (brak zwiedzania jakiegokolwiek muzeum i wielu zabytków). Plan wycieczki nie był aktualizowany. Przykład - przewidziano spacer obok bramy Bab el-Mansour w Meknes, ale nie zaznaczono, że od dawna w całości jest zasłonięta ze względu na remont. Poza programem pojawiły się takie pozycje, jak: W Marrakeszu wizyta w "aptece", która apteką nigdy nie była lecz sklepem, w którym usadzono uczestników na ławach i zachwalano oleje i maści na wszystkie możliwe przypadłości i choroby. Skład tych specyfików był podawany na gębę przez elokwentnego sprzedawcę a metody marketingowe banalnie proste - kto kupi dwie butelki olejku (jakoby arganowego po ok. 250 ml) - trzecią dostaje gratis. Kilka starszych pań udało się naciągnąć na spore sumy w euro. Ktoś robił biznes a uczestnicy tracili czas, a mogli zwiedzić np. niedaleko leżące muzeum Dar Si Said w zabytkowym riadzie. W Fezie wizyta w sklepie z dywanami, w którym usadzono uczestników ... itd. Uczestnicy mogliby w tym czasie zwiedzić muzeum w funduku Nejjarine. Oczywiście takiego wyboru nie dano. W drodze do Essaouiry postój w Kooperatywie Zin Oil - w dużym, z wieloma salami, sklepie sprzedającym fabrycznie wyprodukowane kosmetyki oparte na oleju arganowym. Poza sklepem nie ma tam jakiejkolwiek produkcji ani konfekcjonowania, natomiast w salach na podwyższeniach siedzą starsze kobiety , które średniowiecznymi metodami obtłukują skorupki orzeszków arganowych kamieniem na kamieniu trzymając je w palcach(!) i następnie na żarnach (!) ucierają na oleistą papkę. Personel sklepu zachwalał, że dziennie zarabiają w dirhamach równowartość 3 Euro, wielokrotnie mniej, niż najtańszy sprzedawany kosmetyk. Wokół sklepu poza kilkoma drzewami arganowymi nie widać jakijkolwiek plantacji. Jedyną ciekawą wizytą poza programem było zwiedzanie sklepu i wytwórni ceramiki (naczyń) oraz mozaik w Fezie. Inne uwagi: W Casablance: czas na zwiedzanie Placu Mohammeda V - niespełna 15 min. zbyt krótki, w czasie wolnym pod meczetem Hassana II powinno być zaproponowane zwiedzanie znajdującego się tam muzeum, w czasie wolnym na spacer ulicą wzdłuż brzegu (zabudownego) oceanu powinien zacząć się dalej na zachód, na klifie przy marabucie Sidi Abderahmana. Na całej trasie nigdzie nie pokazano takich obiektów. Wyżywienie ogólnie było dobre lub bardzo dobre z wyjątkiem hotelu Gomassine. Przy odlocie samolot był opóźniony. Pasażerów przepuszczono przez bramkę i te dwieście osób trzymano w kolejce na zewnątrz budynku na silnym wietrze przez blisko pół godziny. Brak słowa przepraszam ze strony załogi!

Ogólnie wycieczka udana, spełniła moje oczekiwania, Najgorszym elementem wycieczki to hotel w Marrakeszu Gomassine. Pokój słabo sprzątnięty, w łazience brak mydła do rąk oraz kubków do mycia zębów a przecież to podstawa. Meble obdrapane. Jedzenie w hotelu słabe i zimne. Pozostałe hotele dobre, tak samo posiłki. Przewodnik sympatyczny i kompetentny. Ciekawie opowiadał o zabytkach, kulturze i kuchni Maroko. Sugeruję zmianę hotelu w Marrakeszu, wówczas turyści będą zadowoleni i chętnie polecą innym taki wyjazd.

Nie podał nam swojego telefonu dopieto po zaginięciu jednej uczestniczki która ratowala się telefonem do biura w Polsce. Nie byl pomocny ani przy chorobie bakteryjnej żołądka ani przy problemach kwaterunkowych. Jeżdżę z Itaką ale niechciała bym już takiego przewodnika bez zangażowania.

Wycieczka ciekawa, dużo zwiedzanych miejsc. Mało czasu w Casablance, zwiedzanie tylko meczetu, nic więcej. Hotele usytuowane blisko centrum. Jeden dzień męczący, ponieważ praktycznie cały w autokarze, ale małpki nad wodospadem Uzud wynagradzają niedogodności. Warto byłoby poinformować pracowników biura podróży co to jest ramadan i z czym się to wiąże. Krajów muzłumańskich jest sporo i jeśli sprzedają wycieczki w takie miejsca to warto wiedzieć, że w tym czasie są pewne ograniczenia. Jest to duża ignorancja w stosunku do klientów, tym bardziej jak o to pytają.

Hotel Gommasine w Marakeszu to kompletna porażka: jedzenie bez smaku, bez żadnej odmiany, obrusy zdążyły wytworzyć własny ekosystem. A spędza się w nim 4 noce. Itaka negatywne uwagi klientów konsekwentnie ignoruje Sama trasa też pozostawia wiele do życzenia, mimo zastrzeżeń klientów. Cały dzień spędzony w autokarze w drodze do wodospadów to strata czasu. Autokar bez toalety. Itaka nie raczył poinformować, że wyjazd przypada w ramadanie, co wykluczyło m.in. zwiedzanie meczetu. Zmarnowany czas na liczne zakupy. Brak noclegu w Essaouirze - przejazd w te i z powrotem bez sensu. Sytuację ratowała bardzo profesjonalna p. Magdalena, ale jako przewodniczka nie ma wpływu na program wycieczki. Na plus: możliwa dieta wegetariańska. Opłaty na miejscu to 150 EUR, a nie 120. I należy zapomnieć o płaceniu kartą: w większości miejsc niemożliwe, w nielicznych tylko powyżej 30 EUR.

W ogólnej ocenie wycieczkę uznaję za udaną. Maroko zaskoczyło mnie bardzo pozytywnie. Program Rabat dla Berbera zgodny z oczekiwaniami. Poznanie świata islamskiego dało duże wrażenie. Pani Magda opiekunka naszej grupy swoja pracę wykonała na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Potrafiła przekazać nam w interesujący sposób życie w Maroku i jego historię. Jedynymi minusami to fakt, że zamieniłbym jeden z noclegów w Marakessu na nadmorską miejscowość As-Suwajra nad oceanem. Naprawdę przepiękne miasto które raptem odwiedziliśmy przez tylko 2 godziny. Innym to jedzenie w hotelu Gomisimi w Marakessu. W porównaniu do innych hoteli było naprawdę niesmaczne. Potrawy ubogie nie przyprawione. Ale cóż nie zawsze będzie wspaniale. Ogólnie jestem zadowolony.

Wycieczkę uważam za bardzo udaną i wartą polecenia. Świetna Pani przewodniczka Magda z ogromną wiedzą i chęcią przekazania jak nawięjszej ilości informacji dla innych TO OGROMNY PLUS. Hotele w porządku. Wyżywieniew hotelach ok, z wyjątki hotelu w Marakeszu za który daje duży minus, na posiłki wręcz nie chciało się przychodzić. Reszta jak najbardziej na plus.
