Hotel bardzo przyjemny, podobno jeden w najlepszych w okolicy. Najmocniejszym punktem hotelu jest zdecydowanie obsługa - na najwyższym poziomie. Wszyscy pracownicy zawsze uśmiechnięci i gotowi sprostać nawet najbardziej wymyślnym prośbom. Jedzenie smaczne, restauracje ala carte na dobrym poziomie. Klimat hotelu dość spokojny sprzyjający wypoczynkowi, bez hałasu i głośnych imprez, ale na pewno nie nudny. Do starego miasta stosunkowo niedaleko - chociaż proponuję jednak taksówkę |) W okolicy kilka przyjemnych knajpek, jednak po więcej atrakcji proponuję udać się troszkę poza najbliższy obszar hotelu. Stosunek jakości do ceny na prawdę zaskakujący - za tą cene spopdziewałam się 'udawanych' gwiazdek, ale na prawdę sprostał moim wymaganiam - a musze powiedzieć że w wielu przypadkach na prawdę jestem surowa w ocenie. Jeden z listy tych hoteli do których chętnie wrócę jeśli nadarzy sie okazja a to chyba najlepsza rekomendacja. Na prawdę udane wakacje - polecam!

Jedzenie słabe, mało urozmaicone, mało warzyw i owoców morza, mrożona pizza podawana w barze przy basenie, brudne naczynia. Goście hotelowi to przede wszystkim Hiszpanie - 90% z małymi dziećmi. Bardzo ładne miasteczko Altea, zwłaszcza stare miasto wieczorem.
