Byłam w Benalmadenie w marcu - pogoda w sam raz na zwiedzanie około 21 stopni. Hotel bardzo przyjemny, czysto, wszędzie blisko. Benalmadena to świetna baza wypadowa do Malagi, Torremolinos, Mijas, Fuengirola (autobusy podmiejskie po 1,70 euro za przejazd). Jedzenie w hotelu zróżnicowane, obfity szwedzki stół. Basen hotelowy niezbyt duży.

Hotel rewelacyjnie położony, blisko plaży, blisko centrum, świetny punkt wypadowy na wycieczki po Andaluzji. Pokój premium trochę surowy, bez żadnych ozdób, staranność wykończenia np sufitu (tzw gładzie) żenujące. O czajnik elektryczny trzeba było poprosić, za kaucją. Kawa i herbata już we własnym zakresie. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, bardzo miły personel. Posiłki śniadania i obiadokolacje- bardzo duży wybór, wszystko pyszne. Woda w basenach nie podgrzewana, w marcu nie do skorzystania. Generalnie chętnie skorzystam znowu.

Spędziłam z przyjaciółką 5 nocy w hotelu Best Siroco. Przemiła obsługa, niezwykle pomocna, zarówno pracownicy recepcji, restauracji, ekipa sprzątająca. Mimo, iż hotel ma 4 gwiazdki to nasz pokój odbiegał od 4 gwiazdek, które można spodziewać się w Polsce. Pokój był posprzątany, ale chyba wymaga remontu np.: brudne ściany, pęknięcia na ścianach. W toalecie brak kratki wentylacyjnej (być może tak budują w Hiszpanii). Wybór jedzenia przeogromny, śniadania raczej podobne każdego dnia, obiadokolacje codziennie inne, duży wybór, dobrej jakości produkty. Ogromny plus za smaczne owoce (ananasy, melony, pomarańcza - pyszne). Przepiękny ogród, strefa basenowa. Pyszne drinki. Hotel położony jest blisko plaży oraz co ważne przystanku autobusowego z którego możemy udać się do Malagi. Z animacji korzystałyśmy jednego dnia, lecz były częściej organizowane zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Byłyśmy w II połowie lutego, mnóstwo ludzi w hotelu, głównie seniorzy z Niemiec i Wielkiej Brytanii oraz rodziny z dziećmi (w większości Polacy).

Hotel znajduje się w centrum Benalmadeny, w pobliżu przystanków komunikacji miejskiej. Obiekt nie jest nowym budynkiem ale jest dobrze utrzymany. Wnętrze jest czyste i zadbane. Pokoje funkcjonalne, łazienka duża i czysta. Codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników. Jadalnia obszerna, swobodnie pomieści wielu gości na wszystkich posiłkach. Dodatkowo jest bar oraz przestrzeń na wieczorne występy artystyczne. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel na wszystkich szczeblach obsługi. Dobrze zorganizowana kuchnia. Smaczne potrawy i szybka obsługa kelnerska. Przed hotelem jest parking, ale parkowanie jest także możliwe na okolicznych ulicach zupełnie bezpłatnie. Basenu i plaży nie testowałem ze względu na porę roku.

Wszystko byłoby super gdyby nie ogromne ilości kurzu pod łóżkami. Niechcący moje dziecko tam wpadło i wyszło czarne od kurzu. Ewidentnie to miejsce przy sprzątaniu wszyscy omijają. Rozumiem, że nikt tam nie chodzi, ale pod łóżkami też należy posprzątać chociaż raz na jakiś czas.... Ten kurz nagromadzony został z lat.

Hotel położony blisko dużej, piaszczystej plaży. Przejście tylko tunelem przez ulicę. Zejście do wody łagodne, długo płytko, nie ma potrzeby zabierać butów do pływania, nie ma kamieni. Ale (...)
Hotel położony blisko dużej, piaszczystej plaży. Przejście tylko tunelem przez ulicę. Zejście do wody łagodne, długo płytko, nie ma potrzeby zabierać butów do pływania, nie ma kamieni. Ale uwaga: wbrew temu, co jest podane w ofercie biura - nie ma plaży hotelowej ani darmowych leżaków z parasolami. Plaża jest publiczna i WSZYSTKIE leżaki i parasole są płatne. Dokładnie o to wypytaliśmy na miejscu, więc biuro podaje nieprawdziwą informację. Pokoje standardowe niestety różne - lepsze i gorsze. Na początku trafiliśmy na pokój bardzo ciasny, zajęty w 90% przez ogromne łóżko. Nie było miejsca na nic, ani postawić dwóch walizek, ani jak się ruszyć. Widok na jakieś dachy na tyłach hotelu. Po interwencji w recepcji, zmieniono nam pokój na lepszy, na wyższym piętrze, z widokiem na ogród i przede wszystkim większy. Obsługa bardzo miła, recepcja pomocna we wszystkim ( i całe szczęście, bo nie ma na miejscu w tym hotelu rezydenta). Panie sprzątają pokoje codziennie, dość dokładnie. Jedzenie rewelacyjne! Na śniadaniach wybór bardzo duży: od angielskich specjałów (fasolka, bekon), przez jajka, wędliny, sery, smażone na miejscu omlety, naleśniki, gofry, różne rodzaje pieczywa i słodkich bułek aż po dietetyczne dania oraz soki "kręcone" na miejscu. Kolacje codziennie o innym motywie przewodnim, np. owoce morza, kuchnia meksykańska, kuchnia arabska itd. Każdy na pewno znajdzie coś dla siebie. W pobliżu hotelu przystanek autobusowy, skąd można dostać się do pobliskich miejscowości. Bilety kupuje się u kierowcy, ale należy mieć odliczoną kwotę lub niewiele powyżej. Sama miejscowość duża, z fajnym portem i promenadą. Jest gdzie wyjść, mnóstwo knajp i sklepów. Polecamy to miejsce i hotel!

Gibraltar — the 6 km-long peninsula was once a place of international conflicts, therefore, it has a very turbulent and rich history. After reaching Gibraltar, the Rock Tour with a guide. The program includes: minibus drive around the Victorian streets of Gibraltar to the Europa Point lighthouse, with a magnificent view of Morocco, a visit to the Cave of St. Michael and a meeting with Gibraltar macaques. At the end, a drive next to the old, Mauritanian castle. Return to the city, free time (approx. 3 hours). Price from Costa del Sol - approx. 60 EUR, price from Costa Tropical - approx. 70 EUR (includes the care of a Polish-speaking guide); passport or ID required.
Cordoba — it reached its greatest artistic and cultural splendour during Arabic reign. The program includes numerous monuments, a huge Mosque-Cathedral and the Jewish part of the city La Juderia with a synagogue. Price from Costa del Sol - approx. 70 EUR; the trip is not organized from Costa Tropical.
Path of the King — trekking around Caminito del Rey, a scenic route along the mighty limestone walls of the canyon of the River Guadalhorce in Desfiladero de los Gaitanes National Park. The trail was officially opened in 1921 by King Alfonso XIII. After many years it was renovated and made available for tourists. The route runs at a height of approx. 100 m, the cliffs rise to 700 m. The total length of the trail is 8 km, of which approx. 3 km is a route along bridges over a gorge. Thanks to the renovation and security features, it can be overcome by people without experience in climbing. Half-day trip, for guests over 8 y.o. Price from Costa del Sol and Costa Tropical - approx. 55 EUR (lunch not included).
Granada — a trip through scenic landscapes, drowning in Andalusian sunshine, straight to Granada, the longest existing Arab kingdom in Spain. The city was made famous, among others, by Alhambra, as well as the beautifully maintained gardens of Generalife. Day trip. Price from Costa del Sol - approx. 80 EUR, price from Costa Tropical - approx. 75 EUR.
Ronda — the route of the trip runs through mountain areas to the white town suspended in clouds - Ronda, one of the most interesting cities of Andalusia, divided by the El Tajo canyon and connected by the bridge of cultures. The high point of the visit is the the oldest bullring in the world. Price from Costa del Sol - approx. 50 EUR; the trip is not organized from Costa Tropical.
Morocco — Romans, Arabs, Portuguese, English and French all tried to conquer the mysterious lands of the Kingdom of Morocco. Today, it is enough to sail 14 km of the Strait of Gibraltar to touch the ground of a different continent and reach Tetuan - a city in Arabian style of a completely different culture. Price from Costa del Sol - approx. 85 EUR (lunch included); the trip is not organized from Costa Tropical.
Sierra Nevada (Alpujarras) — a scenic route through typical mountain villages. Narrow, winding roads, gorgeous views of the highest peaks in continental Spain - Sierra Nevada. The program includes a visit and tasting at a facility that dry-cures the Spanish jamon ham and at an olive oil factory.
