Hotel jak najbardziej godny polecenia, pokoje duże, czyste, codziennie sprzątane, uzupełniany mini bar. W wyżywieniu spory wybór, jednak codziennie zmieniały się nieliczne pozycje, cały tydzień to samo - śniadanie, obiad, kolacja. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła, jednakże poza recepcją i animatorkami ciężko dogadać się z kimkolwiek w języku angielski. Pracownicy SPA bardzo nachalni, przez pierwsze 2-3 dni próbują wmusić na siłę dodatkowo płatne usługi. Mało tego, ciężko ich unikać, gdyż ręczniki na plażę/ basen do odbioru i zwrotu codziennie u nich. Kręcą się również wokół basenu i restauracji, nie potrafią zrozumieć proste - NIE, DZIĘKUJĘ. Animacje różnorodne, jednak powtarzalne, mimo to wieczorne imprezy dla dorosłych lub dzieci. Położenie hotelu na skrajnym końcu świata. Jakakolwiek cywilizacja i atrakcje dostępne w Belek prawie 10km dalej. W okolicy do około 1.5km jakiś jeden bazarek i kilka sklepów spożywczych, nic więcej.

Pani zachwalała że hotel jest super,lecz taki nie był brudna łazienka, żółta muszla klozetowa, bałagan przy basenach. Ludzie zostawiali przy basenie jedzenie, które później wpadało do niego, a obsługa nic z tym nie robiła.

Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, obsługa przemiła, jedzenie okej. Plusem był otwarty lobby bar do godziny 3:00, alkoholu nigdy nie brakowało, różnorodne drinki w opcji all inclusive ultra były ogromnym plusem. Animacje codziennie wieczorem jak i w ciągu dnia, muzyka ciągle grała za co duży plus, bardzo nam się spodobały imprezy takie jak pool party, piana party, red party itp Ok 20 min od hotelu bazar Kolacja ala’carte przepyszna, wybraliśmy włoska i był to strzał w 10 Minus: Poprosiłam o przygotowanie niespodzianki urodzinowej dla drugiej osoby ( w lobby było napisane że jest taka możliwość), podałam nr pokoju a nikt nic nie przygotował,

W hotelu jest duży problem z rozmową w języku angielskim. Ciężko się dogadać. Dostaliśmy niewłaściwy pokój 2 +1 a miał byc 2+2, za mało ręczników i poduszek. Ciężko było je wywalczyć. Po przyjeździe do hotelu w recepcji nie było nikogo, musieliśmy szukać obsługi. Żadnej kolacji , nic do zjedzenia. Sam hotel ładny , zdecydowanie nie 5* ale ładny. Jedzenie było dobre i wybór bardzo duży. Woda w basenie i nad morzem ciepła. Podczas pobytu pokój praktycznie nie był sprzątany. Klejący blat umyłam sama pierwszego dnia, niestety takiego go zastaliśmy. W pokoju nie było kubkow do herbaty ale czajnik i herbata były.

Entuzjaści masaży i strefy Spa będą zadowoleni. W hotelu funkcjonuje kilka sklepików z pamiątkami, tekstylia, barber. Załoga hotelu wykazuje się profesjonalizmem na każdym kroku. Polecam każdemu kto planuje odpocząć.

Jeśli chodzi o sam hotel to nie mam zastrzeżeń. Hotel jest ładny, pokoje były duże i przestronne, codziennie sprzątane. Przestrzeń wokół hotelu nie jest duża - basen i scena i tyle. Wokół hotelu nic nie ma i jest oddalony od miasta. Jedzenie też bez zarzutów, było smaczne, każdy zawsze znalazł coś dla siebie, popołudniami przekąski, owoce i lody na basenie, na plaży restauracja z jedzeniem. Są pewne mankamenty do poprawy np. na śniadaniu na cały hotel jest jedna osoba, która stoi i smaży jajka przez co robi się długa kolejka za jajkami i koniec końców nie zjadłam jajka przez cały tydzień. Na minus tez to że jedzenie często jest zimne. Maja je wcześniej przygotowane, zafoliowane i dokładają przez co nabierasz świeże jedzenie, które już jest zimne. Plaża jest bardzo fajna, dużo leżaków i zawsze wolne, wejście do wody kamieniste (polecam buty). Plaża dość spokojna, nie ma tu animacji, krzyków czy muzyki. Leżysz i odpoczywasz. Jest oddalona od hotelu i trzeba przejść jakieś 5-6 min do niej, ale jeździ bus z hotelu i podwozi na plaże więc nie jest to problem. Obsługa pomocna. Jedyna rzecz która bardzo rzuciła mi się w oczy to że wszyscy są bardzo młodzi i mówię tutaj o nastolatkach. W moim odczuciu większość miała tam 16/17 lat. Nie wiem czy to ze względu na wakacje i sezon ale wydaje mi się to dziwne i pierwszy raz się z takim czymś spotkałam. Animatorzy: powiem szczerze dramat. Ludzie niezaangażowani, wręcz wstydzący się zagadywać do ludzi, ich praca polegała tylko na codziennej imprezie, nie potrafili porwać ludzi, nawet głupia gra w siatkówkę była wyzwaniem dla Pani żeby stanąć i krzyknąć „Volleyball” i zebrać grupę ludzi. Same animacje też do poprawy: Karaoke i Bingo (płatne) w 5* hotelu? Na plus Butterfly Party, chociaż panie tancerki z klubów dla dorosłych wieczorem spoko, ale o 15:00 na basenie na Pool Party trochę dziwnie przy tej ilości dzieci w hotelu. Reasumując hotel był dobry ale do 5* trochę mu brakuje. Polecam w logicznych pieniądzach :)

Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania, jest duży ale nie było problemu z leżakami na basenie czy miejscem w restauracji. Pokoje 36 m, tak jak w opisie i na zdjęciach. Mini bar uzupełniany codziennie - cola, fanta w puszkach, woda niegazowana i gazowana, soczek i wafelki. Wifi dostępne wszędzie. Jedzenie dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na terenie hotelu jest market ze wszystkim, sklep z torebkami, sklep z ubraniami i jubiler. Przed hotelem apteka, dwa markety spożywcze. Plaża duża, nie ma problemu z leżakami, ograniczone menu z karty na obiad. Przydają się buty ochronne, bo dno kamieniste. 5 minut spacerem od hotelu, busik jeździł non - stop. Basen duży, nie regularny kształt. Większość ludzi spędzało czas na basenie. Bar, lody i przekąski w zasięgu ręki. Animacje dla mnie porażka, tak samo jak cała ekipa animatorów. Przystanek autobusowy 100 m od hotelu, trzyma rozkład podany w internecie.

Hotel spoko. Czysto i spokojnie. Dużo obsługi która ciągle coś sprząta. Pokoje czyste i sprzątane codziennie. Basen ciepły i czysty. Leżaki dostępne dla osób które przyjdą po południu. Przekąski smaczne i dostępne cały czas. Barmani nie żałują niczego choć mogliby zadbać o mycie kubków plastikowych w zmywarce(bądź dokładne ręczne). Animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych oraz zabawy spoko (jak ktoś lubi). Cena w stosunku do standardu bardzo dobra(jest to zdanie dla osób które czego podróżują w różnych przedziałach cenowych a nie dla osób które myślą że po opłaceniu 2500zl zostaną tureckimi księżniczkami na 8 dni. Ogólnie polecam. Pobyt w lipcu.

W pokoju lodowka była tak obrzydliwie brudna że odechciewało się pić. Przy basenie bardzo dużo śmieci wszystko się wala gdzie popadnie w basenie pływają talerzyki. Obsługa nie nadarza sprzątać tego bajzlu raczej ospale krząta się po obiekcie. Obsługa nie mila dla gości z Polski. Plaża blisko ale byliśmy tam raz ogólnie brudne leżaki sporo śmieci i ludzie palący dosłownie wszędzie. Zastanawiam się skąd tyle pozytywnych opinii jak to możliwe że one się pojawiają. Dla mnie te wakacje to stracone pieniądze jest mi bardzo przykro że tak trafilismy i zastanawiam się co z tym faktem zrobić.

Jedzenie monotonne, ale można znaleźć coś dla siebie. W ofercie Itaki jest informacja o importowanych alkoholach. To nie jest prawda, są tylko lokalne. Niezle spa, polecam masaże. Miła obsługa, pomocna.
