Na uwagę zasługują bardzo duże pokoje, codziennie sprzątane. Hotel ogólnie czysty. Jedzenie - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Do Belek można dostać się autobusem. Dla dzieci codziennie animacje. Ogólne nie drogi fajny hotel.

Hotel piękny, lobby robi wrażenie, pokoje przestronne z balkonami. Sprzątanie na żądanie, minibarek uzupełniamy codziennie, obsługa przemiła pomocna. Jedzenie urozmaicone w takich ilościach że nie da się wszystkiego spróbować, desery, dania gorące i przekąski na zimno, bazarek w okolicy ok 1km. Plaża bardzo blisko busik jeździł co 1h ale plaża jest tak blisko raptem 500m a okolicach piękna, duży plus są koty ale jest ich znacznie mniej niż w innych miejscach.

Czystość w hotelu bez zarzutu. Wyżywienie średnie. Potrawy z reguły jednogarnkowe czyli przerób tego co zostało z poprzednich posiłków. Nie ma nic w tym złego tak samo się to odbywa w naszych domach jednak przez to potrawy monotonne (gulasz z marchwi, gulasz z fasoli, gulasz z różnych mięs, gulasz warzywno-mięsny itd.) Pokój bez zarzutu duży i przestronny. Urządzony raczej nowocześnie. Balkon duży także bez zarzutu, z setem wypoczynkowym i miejscem na pranie. Fatalne łóżka rozklekotane, trzeszczące na wysokich nóżkach ruszające się przy każdym ruchu. Jedyny plus to materace wprawdzie mocno zużyte, ale przynajmniej o odpowiedniej twardości. Plaża cóż jak to plaży w Turcji. W miarę czyste i spokojne ale to wynik tego że jest jeszcze przed sezonem.

Hotel robi bardzo dobre wrażenie. Jedzenie jest w porządku, naprawdę każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Przekąski przy barze są super, lody przepyszne. Napoje i drinki okej. Bar na plaży jest świetny. Zamawiasz z karty i dostajesz swoje danie na świeżo. Animacje w porządku co wieczór coś się działo, tak samo w ciągu dnia. Na minus czystość w pokoju. Nie ma dramatu natomiast na pewno mógłby być leoiej sprzątany. Ręczniki faktycznie sprane i nie dość duże zwłaszcza te plażowe. Obsługa słabo mówi po angielsku. Czasem ciężko się porozumieć bez translatora. Ogólne wrażenie mam ok.

Hotel piękny, robiący duże wrażenie, z funkcjonalnym lobby i ogromną, świetnie pomyślaną częścią relaksacyjną wokół baru, gdzie można wypić na prawdę pyszną kawę. Czar pryska jednak kiedy chce się usiąść na którymkolwiek fotelu czy krześle pokrytym tkaniną, bo miejsca te upodobały sobie także koty, które zostawiają ślady swojej bytności. Również wycieranie stolików przez obsługę brudną szmatą pozostawia nieprzyjemny ślad i zapach. Do tego dochodzą brudne szklanki i kieliszki do których, przemiła zresztą obsługa, wlewa napoje. To są szczegóły ale dość uciążliwe, bo ogólnie hotel robi wrażenie czystego. Odnośnie restauracji to sprawa gustu i smaku. Ogromna ilość jedzenia na średnim poziomie. Cała blacha jajek sadzonych usmażonych wcześniej i wyjmowanych z lodówki do podgrzania robiła wrażenie. Plaża miłe zaskoczenie, bo busik hotelowy bardzo sprawnie przewoził z i na plażę wczasowiczów. Natomiast połamane leżaki, bardzo brudne materace i stoliki plażowe a także słabe sprzątanie całej plaży nie powinny mieć miejsca w hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym. Byliśmy w Turcji już szósty raz, zawsze w hotelu 5*, więc mamy skalę porównawczą. Był to zdecydowanie najgorszy hotel nie zasługujący na 5*.

Hotel nie był do końca czysty. Jedzenia było dużo, ale większość była niesmaczna i niedosolona. Leżaki przy basenie były bardzo niewygodne. Personel często był nieuprzejmy. Mieliśmy możliwość bezpłatnej rezerwacji kolacji w restauracji — pytaliśmy, jak to zrobić, ale nikt nam nie pomógł, więc zostaliśmy bez tej kolacji. Nasz pokój wychodził na basen, wszystkie dźwięki były bardzo słyszalne, przez co trudno było zasnąć. Personel pozwalał sobie wejść do naszego pokoju, gdy spaliśmy lub się przebieraliśmy. W dniu wyjazdu nasz autobus przyjechał o 17, nikt nam nie powiedział, że musimy się wymeldować do 12, informacja o tym była jedynie na dole małej kartki, co zmusiło nas do dopłaty 60 euro.

Hotel czysty, obsługa pomocna. Plaża ok 500m od hotelu ale co 20min jezdzi hotelowy bus, spacerem też fajnie się idzie. Na plaży bar. Codziennie również inne animacje, tematyczne imprezy i klub otwarty do 2:00. Bardzo polecam!

Z pozytywnych aspektów: Wydzielona plaża hotelowa i leżaki pozwalały na spokojniejszy wypoczynek bez potrzeby martwienia się o rzeczy. Darmowe wifi na terenie całego hotelu oraz plaży. Jedzenie całkiem dobre, chodź powtarzało się to i tak można było skorzystać z opcji doprawiania sosami. Jak ktoś lubi koty to często się kręcą i dają się głaskać w okolicach hotelu. Z negatywnych aspektów: Hotel może z 5 lat temu miał te 5 gwiazdek, ale teraz nie powinien mieć moim zdaniem. Jako że to Tureckie standardy i działają na innych niż europejskie standardy to w europejskich by pewnie to był hotel 2-3 gwiazdkowy. Na terenie całego hotelu często (co 2 dzień) unosił się dziwny nieprzyjemny zapach. Naczynia należy sprawdzać przed chęcią skorzystania, obsługa przywozi jakby umyte, ale często spotykałem z żoną niedomyte talerze lub szklanki. Spora część obsługi nie rozumiała angielskiego. Hotel znajduje się całkowicie na uboczu przez co trudno było na własną rękę zwiedzić coś.
