Hotel zadbany, dość czysty, wyżywienie bardzo dobre (wybrałam ten hotel ze względu na to, że był oferowany jako hotel z dietą bezglutenową, niestety na miejscu okazało się, że przy daniach nawet nie ma wypisanych alergenów, jadłam na własne ryzyko, bo nie wyobrażam sobie tracić czasu na pytaniu o każde danie czy jest bezglutenowe). Drinki i piwo dobre. Animacje w hotelu fajne. Zawiodłam się plażą, która była niezbyt czysta i wejście do wody nie było łagodne.

Hotel o bardzo wysokim standardzie. Ładne pokoje, w których było czysto. Personel przyjazny, pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty. W hotelu bardzo dużo rodzin z dziećmi, hotel i baseny przystosowany do dzieci. Wyżywienie - nam smakowało, bardzo duży wybór, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie, jednak rzadko coś zmieniali w menu. W ciągu pobytu można było wybrać sobie kolację w ekskluzywnej restauracji - ciekawe dania. Było elegancko i pysznie. Basen ogromny, dużo leżaków, przy basenie drink bar. Personel zapewniał rozrywki, np. Aerobik w basenie, rzutki, gra w siatkówkę, itp. Na miejscu w hotelu sklepy z biżuterią, fryzjer, kosmetyczka, sklep z ubraniami, torebkami i market. Z siłowni nie korzystaliśmy. Plaża znajdowała się ok 10minut piechotką od hotelu, można było pojechać też transferem, który był ciągle dostępny. Przy plaży drink bar oraz coś do zjedzenia. Leżaki w cenie. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, chętnie wróciłabym do tego hotelu jeszcze raz.

Hotel Sensitive wystrojem/wyposażeniem na pewno spełnia warunki 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu. Jedzenia jest różnorodne, jednak dominuje kuchnia turecka - mięsa, ryby. Bardzo obfity bar sałatkowy jaki i niespotykana ilość ciast, tortów, ciasteczek. Każdego dnia dodatkowo kuchnia serwuje nowości tak jak np. sushi, owoce morza. Dodatkowo kucharz na miejscu komponuje potrawy na życzenia gości. Jedzenia jest pod dostatkiem, na pewno nikomu niczego nie zabraknie. Praktycznie o każdej porze jest dostępne jedzenie np. w bufetach na plaży/ basenie itp. Pokoje duże, czyste, serwis sprzątający dostępny codziennie. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła, pomocna. Woda w basenach zimna, jest to dokuczliwe zwłaszcza, gdy jest się z dziećmi. Na plaży jest dostępny bar, leżaki z materacami, parasole, plac zabaw dla dzieci i tu niespodzianka, bo woda w morzu jest zdecydowanie cieplejsza niż na basenach w hotelu. Plaża znajduje się około 400-500 m od hotelu, jednak w trybie niemal, że ciągłym kursuje autobus. Łatwa droga do przejścia jeśli jednak chciałoby się przejść na piechotę. Ponadto w hotelu centrum SPA (sauna, jakuzzi, basen kryty - woda również zimna tak jak w basenach zewnętrznych) sklepy, fryzjer, centrum rozrywki z dyskoteką i grami komputerowymi. Animacje dla dorosłych na bardzo wysokim poziomie, codziennie inne widowisko np. występy grup tanecznych, cyrku, Party Dragon" itp.

Hotel zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek- powinien zostać wycofany z oferty Itaki. Jedyne odnowione i reprezentatywne części hotelu to lobby i recepcja. Pokoje hotelowe, korytarze, windy oraz stołówka brudne. W łazience deska WC w strasznym stanie, zżółknięta - wygląda jakby była używana od 15 lat. W kabinie prysznicowej grzyb, woda nie spływa do odpływu. W restauracji posiłki głównie zimne, bardzo monotonne, brudne stoiska z wodą i sokami. Restauracja a'la carte okazało się, że nie jest już dostępna - wg Turków obecnie jest sezon zimowy ( pobyt 09-16.10.2023r.) Pracownik biura Itaka zapewniał o dostępności tej opcji restauracji. Dodatkowo all inclusive ultra, które mieliśmy w ofercie nie można było nazwać nawet soft jeśli chodzi o wybór alkoholu. Plaża hotelowa zanieczyszczona papierosami i innymi drobnymi śmieciami. Leżaki oraz stoliki również brudne. Zejście do morza zdecydowanie nie było łagodne - głównie żwirowo-kamieniste oraz bardzo głębokie po około 2 metrach głębokość +/- 170-180cm!!! Autobus wożący gości z hotelu na plaże nie powinien być dopuszczony do ruchu drogowego! Nie zdecydowaliśmy się nawet do niego wsiąść. Odpadający tylny zderzak, brak szyb. Długi czas oczekiwania na zameldowanie! Z lotniska przyjechaliśmy o godzinie 12:20, zostaliśmy poinformowani o konieczności oczekiwania na pokój. Godzina zameldowania od 14:00, więc to było dla nas jeszcze zrozumiałe, ale kiedy po godzinie 15:30 dowiedzieliśmy się, że dalej musimy czekać i w sumie nie powinniśmy narzekać, bo przecież nie czekamy aż tak długo, to już było za dużo. Nigdy nie wrócimy do tego hotelu ani nie wybierzemy już żadnej oferty Itaki.

Hotel robi wrażenie bardziej na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości. Jest ogromny, przestrzeń wspólna raczej czysta i zadbana, ale pojawiają się mankamenty jak brudne i porwanie krzesła na stołówce, odchodzaca tapeta w pokoju, zapchany odpływ pod prysznicem. Największy minus hotelu to housekeeping, który przez tydzień naszego pobytu posprzatał pokój jeden raz i to tylko po wykonanym telefonie do recepcji. Jedzenie delikatnie monotonne, ale dobre, duży wybór oraz łatwość dostępu do jedzenia praktycznie od 7 rano do 21 więc pod tym względem nie ma co narzekać. Ogromny plus to duży basen i ilość miejsc nad basenem, nikt raczej nie musial się martwić, że zabraknie dla niego leżaka bez względu na porę dnia. Plaża duża, piaszczysta, jedynie wejście do wody było kamieniste. Na plaży dostępny bar i przekąski oraz super przestrzeń, gdzie można było spokojnie usiąść w cieniu i zjeść coś oraz napić się.

Nie wiem skąd pomysł na to, aby hotel miał 5 gwiazdek. Opis hotelu dalece odbiegający od rzeczywistości. Lobby i pierwsze wrażenie okej, natomiast weszliśmy do pokoi, które nie były dobrze posprzątane. Ich ogólny stan był w porządku, natomiast doproszenie się o sprzątnięcie pokoju, czy wymianę pościeli lub ręczników graniczyło z cudem. Jedzenie dość różnorodne i smaczne. Obsługa ok, chociaż komunikacja w języku angielskim nawet w recepcji mocno średnia. Co mogę z pewnością polecić to hotelowe SPA - wykupiony pakiet relaksacyjny dał nam poczucie 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu, ponieważ jakość wykonanych zabiegów była na najwyższym poziomie.
