It is close from here to the ancient center of Side with the famous Temple of Apollo and the ancient theater. Różnorodne i smaczne dla wszystkich także z wymaganiami. Desery -po prostu bajka.Super lokalizacja z bezpośrednim zejściem na plażę z barem i obsługą leżaków. Byliśmy zachwyceni wnętrzami hotelu i całą organizacją. W okolicy wszystko co potrzebne. Do Side można spokojnie zrobić długi spacer wzdłuż całego wybrzeża. Pięknie. Polecam z całego serca.

Byliśmy drugi raz w tym hotelu i powiem, że nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Przede wszystkim jest czyściutko, hotel bardzo zadbany jedzenie do koloru do wyboru, alkohol m.in Jack Daniels czy Absolut, obsługa hotelowa uśmiechnięta i pomocna nawet nie trzeba mówić co się chce zjeść czy napić oni sami wiedzą jak się podchodzi do baru. Woda w morzy ciepła aż się nie chciało wychodzić dodatkowo ścieżki do wody polewane wodą żeby nie poparzyć stóp. Nie rozumiem tych złych opinii, np. 1 tacy ludzie powinni jeździć pod namioty do lasu np. do Niesulic. Turyści głównie Niemcy, Polacy, Czesi, Turcy my unikamy hoteli gdzie są Rosjanie i Anglicy ... a tu praktycznie nie było... Dodam również, że Itaka jako organizator również spełniła moje oczekiwania wszystko bezproblemowo, punktualnie ... Także polecam serdecznie wszystkim niezdecydowanym.

To już mój trzeci pobyt w Turcji . Wybieram ten kraj ze względu na piękne hotele, wyżywienie i obsługę. Wybrałam ten hotel sugerując się wystawionymi wcześniej opiniami. Wybór hotelu to był "strzał w dziesiątkę". Ogromny kompleks, piękny ogród, przepyszne jedzenie, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie - praktycznie kłaniająca się przy każdym składanym zamówieniu. Nawet podawanie żywności stało się pewnym rytuałem. Zawsze obsługa miła, uśmiechnięta, mimo że nosiła maseczki było widać te piękne czarne uśmiechnięte oczy. Panie sprzątające posyłały buziaki. Nikt nikomu nie zwracał uwagi na niewłaściwe zachowania turystów, co w innych hotelach można było spotkać. Rozmawiałam z wieloma zapoznanymi tam turystami ii każdy był bardzo zadowolony, Niestety najmniej Polacy. Najbardziej Ci, którzy nie znali języków i denerwowało ich to, że nie rozumieją po polsku. Osoby niezadowolone to moim zdaniem osoby bardzo nieszczęśliwe. Takiego hotelu i takiej obsługi nie spotkałam nigdzie indziej. Ktoś wystawił opinię , że z basenu były wyławiane odchody. To jest skandal! Widziałam na własne oczy, jak wybierane dwa listki, które wpadły do basenu, a nie miały prawa tam się znaleźć!. Nie było ich nawet na samym basenie, a roślin wokół masa. ktoś napisał, że dostał pokój z widokiem na krzaki, a to roślinność, ogród, krzewy, drzewa!. Jedzenie bardzo urozmaicone i niestety przepyszne!. Te ich słodkości: ciasta, ciasteczka, kremy - w życiu takich słodkości nie jadłam. Niestety i ja należę do tej grupy turystów, którzy przytyli. Jedyny zarzut, jaki mam to oczywiście przydzielenie pokoju. Przyjechaliśmy nad ranem, sami, i otrzymaliśmy pokój na najniższym piętrze z dodatkowym podwójnym łóżkiem. Przez to był mały i ciemny. Niestety recepcjonistka nie chciała go wymienić, informując nas, że hotel ma pełne obłożenie. Boy hotelowy poinformował nas, że o 9 będzie kierownik i on nam pomoże. I tak faktycznie było. Po 3 godzinach znalazł się czysty,, nowy, jasny, duży pokój na ostatnim piętrze z widokiem na morze i góry. Byłam bardzo wdzięczna za okazanie dobrej woli i poprawienia warunków zakwaterowania. A hotel nie miał pełnego obłożenia, widać było sporo wolnych miejsc i pokoi. Zabawne było oglądanie ludzi przychodzących po 6ej na basen rezerwujących leżaki. Ja o tej porze pływałam albo biegałam po plaży stąd te moje spostrzeżenia. Pobyt uważam za udany ,a sam hotel i obsługa godny polecenia. Bardzo spokojny, bezpieczny i zadbany. Wiele miejsc przeznaczonych do wypoczynku. Obsługa na plaży również zasługuje na pochwałę. Gdy tylko przychodziło się na plaże już szedł Pan z pokrowcami na leżaki, piasek był polewany wodą, żeby nie parzył w stopy. Jedzenie przy plaży bardzo dobre - najlepsza rybka z grilla!. Mimo, że był upał (ponad 32 stopni) , rozpalone grille za plecami to obsługa cały czas pozostawała uśmiechnięta, nie czekało się w kolejkach, bardzo szybko i sprawnie obsługiwała turystów. Na potwierdzenie, że to bardzo dobry hotel mogę tylko powiedzieć, że spotkałam tam turystów, którzy byli w nim już kilkakrotnie! Ale wspominali też, że przed pandemią było o wiele więcej atrakcji, profesjonalne występy, pieczenie świniaka, pokaz sztucznych ogni, no i masa aktywności nad basenem i wieczorami. Każdemu niezadowolonemu współczuję, a pozostałym szczerze ten hotel polecam i pozdrawiam serdecznie!
