Ogólnie pokoje w porządku, w sumie z koleżankami nie liczyłyśmy na aż takie ładne zakwaterowanie, ponieważ zdjęcia w internecie nie oddają tego, co spotkałyśmy na miejscu :) Można narzekać na sprzątaczki, bo nie ścielą łóżka i nie wyrzucają np zużytych wacików leżących na umywalce, jednakże codziennie była myta podłoga i blaty w aneksie oraz dostawa papieru toaletowego ;) Wyposażenie aneksu też pozostawia wiele do życzenia, jeden garnek, dwa talerze i brak ostrego noża.

Hotel nowy, zadbany. Pokoje nieduże ale wystarczające. Aneks kuchenny kiepsko wyposażony. Ciężko cokolwiek ugotować. Basen z czystą mineralizowaną wodę, zadbany o wystarczającym wymiarze. Przy basenie darmowe leżaki i parasole. Tu bez obaw jest ich tak dużo, ze nie trzeba było z samego rana rezerwować :). Niestety obsługa hotelowa nie zadowalająca. Pokoje sprzątane były byle jak. Na zasadzie przejechania mokrą szmatą podłogi. Przy basenie lobby bar cały czas i w kółku gra tą samą \'rąbankę\' lub techno. Na prośbę zmieniali muzykę ale jeśli zakupiłeś coś u nich. Do plaży całkiem niedaleko. Spacerkiem 10 min. Plaża czysta, piaszczysta z możliwością wykupienia parosoli i leżaków.

Kiepsko działa wi-fi - ostatnio podnieśli za to znacznie ceny za dostęp. Dziewczyny w recepcji sympatyczne i pomocne.Sprzątanie w porządku (choć bez szaleństwa). Dobry dla dzieci, bo spokojna okolica z placem zabaw, duży przyjemny basen.Za 5 lv/h możliwość dokupienia dodatkowych godziny przed odlotem.

Generalnie hotel jest w porządku. Zarzuty można mieć jedynie co do wyposażenia kuchni, o którym wielokrotnie wcześniej to wspominano. Nie zgadzam się z wcześniejszymi opiniami, że Polacy byli źle traktowaniu, czyli barmani czekali, aż coś ktoś zepsuje. Podczas naszego pobytu nic takiego nie miało miejsca. Jeśli chodzi o kaucje, to mi nie została zwrócona z powodu złamanego łóżka, ale nie mam pewności czy nie było wcześniej już nadłamane. Czytając wcześniejsze opinie na temat problemów ze zwrotem kaucji byłem na to przygotowany. Tak więc przy tak niskiej cenie pobytu wliczyłem to po prostu w koszty. Podczas pobytu zostałem również bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczony. Jechaliśmy rodziną 4-osobową, z czego najmłodsze dziecko miało prawie 2 lata (skończyło je dzień po powrocie). Z tego powodu prosiłem a jakieś większe studio a dostaliśmy 2-pokojowy apartament z kompletem pościeli, sztućców i etc dla 4 osób.

Hotel ładny i czysty, baseny i siłownia także czyste - trudno się do czegoś przyczepić. Pokój komfortowy, ale mieliśmy drobne zastrzeżenia co do wyposażenia: przede wszystkim brakuje CO NAJMNIEJ jednego mniejszego garnka i patelni oraz głębokich talerzy. Przygotowanie posiłku mając do dyspozycji trzy płaskie talerze i wielki garnek było nie lada wyzwaniem. Doszło do tego, że przygotowując prosty posiłek (makaron z sosem etc.) musieliśmy posiłkować się kubkami, a zupy mleczne jadaliśmy w pustych opakowaniach po jogurcie ;) Choć nie było to wygodne, dało się to przeżyć. Większym problemem był natomiast balkon, który nie był oddzielony od sąsiednich balkonów, co było BARDZO uciążliwe, kiedy na balkonie obok odbywały się imprezy do 3-4 w nocy. Ogólnie byliśmy z hotelu bardzo zadowoleni, ale te dwie rzeczy nie pozwoliły nam wystawić najwyższej oceny. Hotel jest położony ok. 10 minut spacerem od plaży, co jest dość wygodne. Dużym plusem jest duży, tani market ok. 1.5 kilometra od hotelu - ceny tam potrafiły być i o 30-40% niższe niż w sklepach obok hotelu. Na plus baseny (na zewnątrz i w budynku) oraz mini-siłownia. Leżaki wokół basenu idealne na wieczór ;) Nie korzystaliśmy z wyżywienia i animacji/wycieczek, więc wystawiamy ocenę 3 - po środku. Obsługa pomocna i komunikatywna, zwrot kaucji bezproblemowy - jeśli ktoś nie zostawia zupełnego syfu w pokoju, to nie ma się czego obawiać ;)

Hotel bez podjazdu dla wózków co powoduje duże utrudnienie dla osób z dziećmi nie wspominając o niepełnosprawnych. Bardzo dziwne pory racy fitensu i basenów, nie można korzystać wczesnym rankiem. Badzo słaby internet, nie działał w pokojach a na recepcji biegała jakaś kobieta i wymchiwała kartką, że zabronione jest korzystanie w jej okolicy. Absurdem było konieczność płacenia za łóżeczko dla dziecka. Kwota za dwa tygodnie (90 leva ok. 200 zł)przewyższyła zakup takiego łóżeczka. Kary za korzystanie z basenu poza godzinami pracy 100 leva - co za bzdura? Próba wymuszenia obciążenia za wcześniej uszkodzony kosz na śmieci to kolejne nieprofesjonalne i nieuczciwa zachowanie obsługi. Sprzątanie po łepkach - niewystarczające. To był nasz 3-ci wyjazd do bułgarii z Itaką i oceniam go najgorzej.
