Straszny tłok. Obsługa na recepcji była chaotyczna. Pokoje były słabo sprzątane, brudna umywalka, a w łazience śmierdziało szambem. W okolicy snack baru unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach. Stary autobus, który przewoził nas na lotnisko, był w złym stanie technicznym i wydzielał intensywny zapach pleśni, co było zarówno nieprzyjemne, jak i potencjalnie szkodliwe.

Rodzina 2+2 . Słaba obsługa personelu. Trudności z porozumieniem się po angielsku z paniami pracującymi na recepcji o Paniach sprzątających już nawet nie wspominając. Drugiego dnia pobytu wypożyczyliśmy wózek dla naszej córki , zostawiając zadatek w wysokości 50 lewa. Następnego dnia mieliśmy trudności ze zwrotem pieniędzy gdyż pani na recepcji mówiła że jej koleżanka schowała gdzieś nasz zadatek i że musimy czekać dzień lub kilka aż znajdą kopertę z naszymi pieniędzmi. Dopiero gdy stanowczo zażądaliśmy zwrotu pieniędzy odrazu to Pani nam je zwrocila. Czyli ze jednak nie musieliśmy czekać na zwrot a była to tylko słaba obsługa recepcji. Z uwagi że hotel ma 1025 pokoi było bardzo ciężko znaleźć leżaki przy basenach. Pokoje UWAGA nie sprzatane!!!! Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie . Raz się zdążyło ze Pani sprzątająca zamiotła nam balkon ale chyba tylko dlatego że było tam dużo piachu z plaży i nie miała wyjścia. W łazience była nieszczelna szyba w wannie,co powodowało że cały czas podłoga w łazience była zalana . Dodatkowo w łazience bardzo śmierdziało z cofającej się kanalizacji. Z całą pewnością nie polecam tego hotelu.

Pobyt dość udany. Pierwszy raz w Bułgarii. Hotel oceniamy jako bardzo dobry. Największy mankament to jedzenie. Mało przyprawione, mięsa, niesmaczne ciasta, pomimo kilku restauracji mała różnorodność i po 4 dniach uciekaliśmy do restauracji w Słonecznym Brzegu. Całe reszta w jak najlepszym porządku.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Godny polecenia dla rodzin z dziećmi. Wyżywienie różnorodne i dla każdego znajdzie się coś dobrego. Bliskość do plaży (3 minuty spacerkiem) oraz promenady jest zdecydowanym plusem. Animatorzy zapewniają rozrywkę dla wszystkich od najmłodszych do najstarszych, codziennie wieczorem mini disco, a także animacje dla dorosłych.

Czystość pierwsza klasa! Jedzenie przepyszne i duża różnorodność, czego tylko dusza zapragnie. Wszystko czego sobie życzysz jest na wyciagnięcie ręki. Uważam, że hotel jest dla wymagąjących :-)

Hotel przepiękny bardzo czysty położony niedaleko plaży. Różnorodne menu; do wyboru są aż 4 restauracje: włoska, hiszpańska, bułgarska oraz chińska. Jesteśmy zachwyceni i chyba pierwszy raz chcielibyśmy wrócić w to samo miejsce. Wieczory bardzo ciekawie organizowane. Dużo atrakcji dla dzieci. Zdecydowanie były to udane wakacje. Polecamy ;)

Piękna szeroka plaża, w hotelu czysto, pracuje tam kilkaset osób które w pocie czoła i z usmiechem dbają o komfort turystów. Jedzenie pyszne, duży wybór napoi, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Od klasycznej jajecznicy po małże - żadnego zatrucia czy problemów zołądkowych. Baseny zadbane, duża frajda dla dzieci i dorosłych. W naszym odczuciu brakowało basenów dla małych dzieci na glebokosc okolo 30 cm, bo był tylko jeden z fajną zjezdzalnią w ksztalcie ośmiornicy - nie był to problem, jednak fajnie byłoby mieć wybór aby urozmaicić pobyt dzieciakom. Na korytarzach automaty z wodą i kawą. W poblizu wiele sklepikow z pamiatkami, art.plażowymi (klapki, czapki, kolka do plywania itd.) w ktorych sprzedawcy sa przychylnie nastawieni do polakow i maja fajny asortyment. Sporo kafejek i knajpek, jednak jedzonko w hotelu na tyle pyszne ze nie korzystalismy. Bardzo dobrze wydane pieniądze, jeden z fajniejszych wyjazdów, pierwszy z dziećmi w wieku 2 i 6 lat, a i tak udało się wypocząć i naładować baterie :)

Hotel usytuowany w centrum Słonecznego Brzegu, ogromny, podzielny na 3 budynki. Dostępnych 5 restauracji, w których menu różni się podczas kolacji ( bułgarska, włoska, hiszpańska, chińska i indyjska). Dostęp do każdej z restauracji bez konieczności wcześniejszej rezerwacji. W hotelu liczne bary oferujące napoje alkoholowe, bezalkoholowe i przekąski. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Na terenie hotelu 5 basenów, w tym jeden zamknięty. Plaża publiczna ok. 100 metrów od hotelu, prywatna ok. 150 m- leżaki, parasole i ręczniki w cenie. Na plaży bar hotelowy z napojami, piwem, kanapkami i lodami. Poza widokiem z pokoju nie mam zastrzeżeń do tego hotelu i polecam pobyt w nim.

Hotel nastawiony głównie pod rodziny z dziećmi. Wysoki standard, kosmetyki w łazience Rituals (szampon, balsam do ciała, żel pod prysznic, Odżywka) co nie jest standardem w innych hotelach. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo uprzejma. Czysto, przydało by się tylko umyć nawierzchnię na placu zabaw. Miło, że restauracje Ala'Carte są bez rezerwacji. Do tego w każdej z trzech głównych restauracji podczas kolacji nie powtarza się jedzenie. Baseny zadbane, wszędzie są ratownicy. W basenie o głębokości 1m sporo piasku na dnie, przydało by się częstsze czyszczenie dna. Plaża - rewelacja, piaszczysta, duża, nie ma dużych fal, woda zawsze ciepła. Bez meduz i zanieczyszczeń. Bardzo przyjazna dzieciom. Do tego bar hotelowy na plaży i bezpłatne leżaki. Położenie Hotelu - w samym centrum Słonecznego brzegu, dokoła duży hałas i harmider który nie pasuje każdemu, np. na deptaku po obu stronach są stragany, sklepy itp., zamiast zostawić widok na morze, jednak to już nie jest zależne od hotelu. Wchodząc do hotelu ma się wrażenie zmiany kurortu na bardziej spokojny. Bardzo przyjemna obsługa hotelu. Można porozumieć się w j. angielskim oraz rosyjskim.

Hotel Melia Sunny Beach to strzał w dziesiątkę, tym bardziej na pierwsze zagraniczne wakacje z dwójką małych dzieci. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić, zaczynając od obsługi, animacji, czystości pokojów a kończąc na różnorodności i jakości posiłków. Można ładować własne baterie i relaksować się bez wychodzenia poza teren hotelu. Dla nas jedynie smak kawy do poprawy z czystym sumieniem polecamy to miejsce.

Sozopol - Ropotamo — a trip combined with a ship cruise along the Ropotamo river that runs through the reserve of the same name. On the route there are unique natural objects: unusual rock formations, swamps and marshes, protected plant life and water birds. In the afternoon tour Sozopol - the oldest Bulgarian city on the coast, situated on a slender rocky promontory. Walk around the Old Town. Free time for shopping in Burgas. Day trip. Varna - Dolphinarium - Aladzha Monastery — visit to the Aladzha monastery which is forged in a rock, dating back to the 12th century, the most famous monastery on the Bulgarian Riviera. Travel to Varna - the beautiful capital of the Bulgarian coast and city with a rich history, a show at the dolphinarium in Varna. Day trip. Price - approx. 44 EUR, children up to 12 y.o. - approx. 22 EUR (includes lunch, entry to dolphinarium, the care of a Polish-speaking guide).
Bulgarian evening — dinner and folklore show in an outdoor restaurant. Presentation of music, folk costumes, dances, and above all, the "Nestinarka dance" on burning coal. Jeep Safari — an encounter with nature in the nearby Stara Planina mountains. Presentation of Bulgarian handicraft in a small ethnographic complex combined with homemade Rakia tasting.
